Arturo, a driver from this company, was assigned to me through AAA late tonight, just after midnight, when one of my tires suddenly blew out coming down the freeway in San Bernardino. I managed to get off the freeway and into a parking lot, and sent a request in to AAA for a tow truck. Arturo called me just a couple moments after being assigned to me to double check my location, and let me know he would be there to get me in less than 20 minutes. He had my car ready to tow, had shown me the tire damage I’d gotten, hidden on the inside edge of my right rear tire, and had us on the road in just under 30 minutes.
He was very polite, professional, conversational, and quick at his job. He even waited for me and my car to be safe at my drop-off location before leaving. I’ve had multiple tow truck drivers in the past (even through AAA) who genuinely seemed very bothered to have to even deal with me/talk to me or help me when I was stuck on the side of the road or even in a parking lot with a non-functional tire. I did not expect a cheerful nor even remotely pleasant character to come help me out (based on past experiences), and Arturo showed that maybe those guys were just some bad apples.
I came on here to give him and the business he works for a shoutout shortly after I got home safely, just because I think he was outstanding. If you are looking for a tow company to use, hopefully you’ll seriously consider asking for Arturo (I think he said he works nights) at Chino’s Towing. The man seems to genuinely care about his job, the work, and the way he does it. If the other guys at the company are anything like him, you’ll be happy with your choice.

Chinos Towing always coming thru...I was at the park with my wife and dogs and locked the keys in the tailgate of the bed. Service driver Mr. Michael Bolton arrived super fast unlocked the truck and even stuck around helping us get the tailgate open. Phenomenal job sir. Very much appreciated
Please teach your drivers how to use a turn signal. It is conveniently located right by the steering wheel. Unless most of your business comes from accidents they cause when they cut people off.
I’ve used triple A since 2021 so every time I need road side assistance chinos towing got me. They don’t ask me quest I don’t understand and just get the job done! They’re timely and respectful.
These guys have saved me on multiple occasions! So happy they go through AAA so its an easy request for my preferred towing company. Every driver I've had come was so amazing as well from the battery calls and towing, all around good people.
The driver that towed my car today i forgot his name Alejandro.or something like that . Was absolutely excellent. He was friendly and professional. Give that man a raise . From timothy Pickard silver audi with a exploded battery .I could tell immediately he knew what he was doing .
Never hire this towing company. I called them because my truck broke down , the guy on the phone told me they were going to show up in 30-45 minutes. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting I called back only to be hung up! Worst towing company and bad customer service. Try hiring a different company not this one or you will be disappointed

2nd time my sons car broke down within the last couple of months, and both times we’ve used Chinos Towing, coincidentally we got the same night driver too. After being angry and frustrated it’s nice when the driver arrives quick, friendly, happy and smiling. Remembering who we are and making small talk makes all the difference. Hello, I just had Tow for my 05 Subaru outback all wheel drive and this nice young man name Anthony, with tattoos he did a very fantastic job and was very communicative and just overall a great experience and very thankful for his Professionalism and assistance, Anthony was not even on time but there before the time expected and was a very great Driver was polite and friendly, and I just want to say thank you, Anthony and Chino towing Through everything especially how quickly they showed up how prompt the toe was, and when he took my vehicle off of the bed of the truck did a very professional job exactly where I needed it
I had a great experience with Chinos Towing. They were prompt, fast, and professional. Their customer service was awesome, they were communicative throughout out the towing service. They went straight to the point and provided the service. I don’t know if you ever been in a hassle where you are frustrated waiting for a towing service and the process takes forever, not with Chinos towing. I highly recommend them! Stuck in the rain today Called AAA and they dispatched Chinos Towing , I googled them and called in direct to get an ETA Guillermo was real helpfull and even goth the driver out sooner than what the App was telling me.
Chino's Towing is an approved AAA service provider and towed my car this morning to a mechanic for repair. The tow truck operator Anthony Leonard was extremely polite and professional. I had a pickup appointment at 815am, and he was there exactly on time. Anthony has a great attitude, which is appreciated. I definitely recommend Anthony Leonard and Chino's Towing, who, in my experience is are polite, professional, and punctual!
My car died while I was on campus at CSUSB. I called AAA and they dispatched Chico’s towing to come out and help me replace my battery. I got a call from Henry, and he said he would be there in a few minutes. AAA said it would take him until 8:00 to get there but he got to me quicker than that. He was very friendly, asked me questions regarding my car and was patient with me. He checked on my battery to show that it was fine. He even checked for my alternator to see if it went bad and showed me that even that part was running right. I was confused on why my car wouldn’t start before he got there, and he explained clearly what could have happened. The interaction was fast, professional and friendly.
I was stuck on Aug 24. Needed a tow. I was about min away from my house and 10 from Chinos Towing. I called AAA. They assigned Chino's Towing. They kept on delaying my two. They showed up over 2 hours later. It was a hot day. Terrible service.
Excellent service! Gabriel was are tech did a great job! Except he didn’t write down the test results of are battery which we had to end up paying full price. Since it was supposed to be a replacement. AAA needs that information for reimbursement of cost. I have contacted them a couple of times still waiting on information. I did hear back from the dispatcher she said she would look into it. Other then making sure paperwork is filled out correctly our service was excellent!! Thank you Chino’s Towing.
I got to hand it to these guys, They are the best towing company I have ever used. Everyone I talk to was very polite and the best price I could find. It was Friday night every other place I called said they were to busy and. Didn’t have time. I called these guys and no problem they sent someone right out and the driver who name was Kevin and couldn’t have asked for a nicer person very polite and courteous. Most times they. Don’t speak just drive up hook the car up and drop it off never say a word. But Kevin was friendly had conversation with us. Honestly If I ever need a tow again They will be my first call without a doubt. Thank you
FAST AND RELIABLE! Thats all you need to know,100% 5 star service. Professional and knowledgeable. AAA called them in the middle of the night and they got here as fast as they could. And for the record I know how to change a tire but my Jack was missing -_-
