1,000 thanks to Joseph T. Of Broncs towing. No one like to get a flat much less the two front flats I dealt with today. This gentleman made the tow experience painless - I felt confident that my car was carefully transported- & I appreciated the professionalism & his friendly attitude.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like people should know what happened. My car was impounded by Redlands police departments and taken here. When I got it back the very next day, some of my belongings were missing—$40 cash, my portable speaker, and my jumper box. None of it is super expensive, but it was mine and I had already paid a lot of money just to get my car out. When I called to ask about my missing items, the person I spoke with was extremely rude, yelled at me, and told me they don’t have cameras. I wasn’t expecting special treatment, I just wanted my things back. Instead, I was disrespected and left with the loss. People deserve to know how this business handles customers.

AAA sent Broncs when I needed a tow and WOW. They were at my location in less than 5 minutes, and the driver was kind, efficient, and amazing at his job. I would 100% recommend them for any row in Redlands.

Jon came out to help me Jumpstart my battery. Very quick service, friendly interaction, and he went above and beyond to check tsh battery out and any potential issues with the wiring. Recommended.

AAA Certified Company and Wonderful Employees! I’ve had to have my car towed or recovered multiple times in my life. I’ve used plenty of tow companies around the region and these guys are definitely a top contender. I scheduled a tow for a day later to pick up a totaled car for one of my relatives and they were there right on time. They arrived with a flat bed that also had a wheel lift hooked to the back of it. That’s pretty neat for anyone traveling through the area with two cars. I think it’s wonderful that they offer that and it shows they’re caring about their customers and reinvesting into their company to provide even better service. Speaking of service, both the employees were exceptional with positive attitudes and going above and beyond to answer my questions about the towing process and to emphasize their attention to detail. They took great care of the car even though it was totaled. While we followed them back home, they drove with absolute care on the way back and helped us pick the safest spot to put our car to wait for the insurance company to come get it. Broncs Towing is a great company with great dudes who will take care of you. If you find yourself in service of this tow company, know you are in good hands.

When there weren't any other tow men around they came to pick me up off the side of the freeway, they even also came back to give me a jump for my car once I fixed my serp. Belt! Great experience overall I would recommend giving them a call whenever you need a tow or jump!

5:45 pm AAA dispatched Julie from Bronc’s and within minutes she contacted me to verify information about my situation. She arrived by 6:10 with a smile and an attitude -“I’m ready to help you” . Thank you for such WONDERFUL customer service! I’m 66 and miss the customer I have experienced in yesteryears.

Unfortunately I had to have my car towed tonight, AAA assigned me a driver from BRONCS TOWING, and man am I happy with that choice they made, my tech/tow driver was excellent he was quick and even waited for me, gave me some ideas to look at to maybe get a solution to fix the problem with the car and was polite since I don’t understand car lingo, so this is to JUAN! From BRONCS TOWING I hope your job sees you and realize they have a dedicated and professional working for them.. GO JUAN!

My won’t start, called Broncs. The tech tested the battery, then he charged the battery. He asked me to leave it running for at least 45 minutes which I did. Then I turned off the car and tried to restart it again and it won’t sart.. I called AAA and they send the technician again from Bronch. I told him what happened and he decided to come back. He tested the battery again and he said the battery is dead and needs replacement.he advice me to either buy a new battery from him or bring it to Walmart to claim for replacement as per warranty. I . Something is wrong! the battery July 2022. I went to Walmart Redlands. They tested my battery and they said that the battery is good with no problem. So brought back my car home.

The best experience I could ever have for towing. Very professional team and super fast arrival time to the location. Highly highly recommend this team to you.

My driver tonight, was Asude. Not sure on name. But he was assume, funny & informative, so professional. & I didn't have to drive my truck up on bed, because the driver didn't know how to drive stick. Like helping angels tow company , had me do. Last year. 2nd driver from Broncs, that I had great service with. Thxs.

I got stuck in a ditch. Neither wheel on drivers side was touching the ground. The first tow driver couldn't figure out how to pull my vehicle out without damaging my car. The next tow man came- assessed the situation and managed to pull my vehicle out. His name was Juan. I am so thankful.

Peter was exceptional at picking up my Harley Ultra Classic. Very knowledgeable and careful.

My vehicle lost power on a busy on-ramp today. AAA said the tow company would arrive in 1 hour. However, Jose with Broncs towing called me almost immediately and said he would be there in 12 minutes after verifying my location. He was right on time. Jose was courteous, efficient, kind, and safe. He had my vehicle on his truck and on our way in 22 minutes. We enjoyed a great conversation and he was able to assist with everything I needed. I typically use AAA and this tow company for various tows. I only had one other problem, but handled it very professional. Tonight, on the other hand, I ordered a tow through AAA. The guy came out and didn't even drive around to look for the car in the small parking lot that it was. He called my son, who is not even on the account I used, the number I gave them, nor the number I was getting updated text on. My son called, I got out my car and started looking for the tow truck. The driver saw me approaching and never got out nor addressed me. I was on foot, and not that close initially. I then asked him when he got the number I had given him. He replied that, that was the number I provided I told him that I didn't showed him my current text on a completely different number, yet he still insisted I used that number. After our small spat, I pointed to where the car was, and started walking towards the car. The driver remained parked. I then approached my car, and while standing there, he yelled from his truck (that was a distance away), that I needed to order another driver. He then canceled my tow and drove off. Horrible customer service!!!!

I didnt get the homie name but the homie with the dreadlocks definitely saved the day! Got my keys locked inside my car and he got her Pronto! Very respectful and chill person! If you need a tow or locksmith definitely call these guys!

We lost our Volvo key fob. Vehicle was parked in our driveway. Called AAA and Bronc’s came out because the vehicle had to be towed to the dealership for fob codes. Told twice that it would have to be dragged to place it on the tow bed. We didn’t want that because we had just purchased new tires and an alignment. So the tow company owner came out and said no problem. George was able to unlock the Volvo, release the parking brake then drop it into neutral. YAY! Thank you, George and Brandon for your professionalism and optimistic “can do” attitude. You really made our day a lot better. We now have a new fob and will definitely be more careful going forward.

These guys are crooks !!! They showed up at my crash site and negotiated a price and once my vehicle was loaded up ,they increased the price holding my vehicle for ransom. Just read the multitudes of angry reviews on yelp and you will understand that this company and the people that work for them are trash

Redlands PD tow contact - unfortunately, when dropped off at Broncs’ yard on Kansas, they damaged the rear bumper and tail lamp while dropping the car. I almost lost money on my total loss payout due to this damage, but I fortunately had video/photos (including of the red light cracked bits on the Broncs dirt lot behind my car) that validated that the bumper/light damage was post-accident. Nice people, but I’d be even more upset with the damage Broncs caused if my vehicle didn’t end up being a total loss anyway.

Had a bad experience here, had some issues with both guys there. The older one starting raising his voice when I asked a SIMPLE question on the price (they did discount about 100 something dollars, was already going to pay 1500!). The other guy gave me attitude on the phone threatening that he will make me pay full price because I was giving him attitude? Was simply calling to make sure I can pay with credit card since it has to be under my name and I was fortunately getting help from a family member. The girl there I don’t believe she knows what she’s even doing. She HUNG UP on me when I asked her if she can please transfer to the owner for the credit card question and then they all blamed me saying I hung up. Just try AVOIDING going here!!!!!!!
