Brought in 2015 Honda CR-v with less than 100,00 miles. Had taken to a service station and told needed a whole new transmission. Took to Transmissions Plus Complete Auto Care for a second opinion. They were able to replace a sensor in the transmission which saved me thousands and I am so grateful! They took the extra step and I am ready to change mechanics because of their great work. This is my second time using to have them check on my Transmission. They were helpful, tested well, reported test results and when I gave the go ahead, they serviced the transmission and were completed on the same day. I will use them for other services soon.

Most of You have a week, at most two, invested in having work done with him and his shop. We had 7 weeks (sum total).
It was the most pleasant, reassuring, and expedient experience I've ever had with a mechanic and a shop.
Our Vehicle (2010 RAV4) came into our possession with an aftermarket warranty covering the internals. The Transmission failed, I towed it to Jeff's, he fought for us to get a new original manufacture transmission (despite the fact the aftermarket warranty wanted to short us with a rebuilt transmission). He got the new transmission from Toyota Redlands, and it turned out to have a "1/1000" issue with the internals.
Jeff brought it back to Toyota Redlands and they refused to do the work to install the 2nd brand-new transmission... Unbelievable, especially after they had had incorrectly diagnosed the vehicle as having a faulty ECM (which turned out to be incorrect) and refused to cover the labor for the 2nd transmission install.
To make a long story short, Toyota gave him a second new transmission, he installed it, and charged me less than half the cost of install (after being horribly mistreated by Redlands Toyota - they refused to cover the additional labor for the 2nd install, after selling him & us a faulty part).
Jeff is an absolute GEM, a blessing from above, in the midst of a greedy world.

They were a great pair and I appreciate the work they did and got it done in one day. It was ready before I was!
They were courteous and did their due diligence to get my transmission replaced. They couldn’t help the part shipping taking a couple weeks. But when it did arrive, the replacement was done quick and efficiently, and the car works great again.

after going to the dealership, Budget Transmission and Banning transmission with my problem I got nowhere what's my transmission problems, first person I went to they put the wrong transmission fluid in it. After going to transmission plus finally I really found someone that was honest, everyone reading this listen up, if you're having problems with your transmission this is the place to take it to, they are very friendly not to mention very very reasonable compared to those other places I went to, they beat them all in prices, They are under new ownership, so don't get confused with this place with their other owners these guys that own it now are very knowledgeable and they won't give you any BS or try to take you to the cleaners, I guarantee you, You will not regret going to this place, Carlos Arce
I didn't know this place does EVERYTHING! Brakes, oil changes, transmission service as well as transmission replacement. Whaaaat? They've become my place and I love that I can trust them!
"Blu" is smart honest and fair, a rare quality these days. He has a can-do attitude and that carries over to the guys in his shop. I had a problem with my manual Eclipse not shifting into reverse, first or second gears. The technician in the shop found the problem that most would have overlooked; in fact the previous mechanic I took it to did. Literally saved me thousands of dollars. Quality workmanship, and they stand behind it all at a very reasonable price. Very, very pleased with my experience.
What can I say, I came in knowing I needed transmission fluid in my car. Quoted me over the phone for 175$. Ended up paying just under 200$ because my car needed more trans fluid than they thought. THE DIFFERENCE IS NIGHT AND DAY. My car is running as smooth as ever thanks to transmission plus. Did I mention they gave me a ride home after dropping off my car! GO HERE
I called and got estimates over the phone for a 2018 Ram 2500 turbo diesel. I called my dealer first and got prices. The prices I got from transmissions plus was 270.00 transmission service and 70.00 oil change. That was a good price so I took it in. The dealer was 389.00 transmission service and 140.00 for the oil change. Transmissions plus ended up charging me 300.00 for the oil change and 370.00 for the transmission service. They got me with the old bait and switch. Good prices over the phone and jacked up prices once they get my truck. I was happy I found someone nice to talk to on the phone, got me to put my guard down. How is your oil change double what the dealership would be. They ended up giving me some money back and said it was an accident the way I was charged. I give them credit for attempting to make things right.
Bob is a good honest mechanic and a nice guy. My car broke down on my way to visit relatives. I was in a bad way and needing to get back to Fresno the following day. I was willing to risk driving my car back over the grapevine which would not have gone well. Bob offered to get my car fixed in 32 hours and give me a ride to my relatives house. He replaced the whole transmission and had my car ready to go the following day. I made it home that night with no trouble. Bob called the next day to make sure I made it home Safe. Wow, that kind of service doesn't happen anymore. Thank you so much for all your help. Robin
Excellent and prompt service. Bob and his crew were very friendly and got back to me very quickly. He even gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off. Also, no unnecessary repairs were suggested or pushed on me. I will recommend this shop to friends and family and take my own car back there.
