I brought my teen to recycle her cans and it's closed.

Today was the first time I've ever been there. I normally go to my normal place in Riverside but I needed to empty my trunk. What I would normally get $20 for I only got $6 at this place. The employee was very nice but I will not come back. The two stars is for the employee not for the price

Everyone is so helpful here. They are hardworking and help customers get the best deal.

Went close to closing time and the guy there helped me out despite the heat, very nice workers will definitely be back. Also cleanest recycling center I’ve ever visited

They have always been fast friendly and fair. Thumbs up! Plus they will hire homeless for odd jobs as well!!! U guys rock!

I’m done with the Sunset Recycling - this is the second location in a row that has ripped me off. I double checked the weight of the cans and I was short changed by 4 lbs. When I confronted the guy, he had already hauled off the cans and just shrugged. Don’t waste your time here.

The employees here work really hard keeping the place so clean you cant believe its a recycking center and overall the service was very good and i got $45 for my crushed cans keep up the great work guys

brought my plastics to sell and I was amazed. They gave me very good money. I thought it would be less money. I was the first to arrive and I saw the young man picking up trash and that speaks very well of this place. He was also very kind.

I been used to selling van and bottles. So I thought this time I will get almost $100.00 But Worker used his phone and right down the something (maybe weights) and I was standing to watch the weight He told me to not to close to inside. And then He told me it’s all $50.53. I knew this guy is using me and do something. Lady brought little and she got 11.00 She doesn’t even Full the baskets. Very shame on him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND This recycle ♻️ place. I brought almost 4 Full Baskets. This is very VERY DISAPPOINTED. Not Showing weight to costumer. I m not stupid .Don’t Do that again to other peoples. It’s really hard to collected recycled. I Lost a lot of money. ???????

I went here earlier today with my kids and the guys working here are really cool, the cashier even rounded up my total since they didn't have any change I’d recommend this place

The area was clean and the 2 guys working were very nice and personable. Went today, different workers but still were very nice I've been noticing lately that I seemed to get at least a couple dollars less than I probably would at my other recycling center. Also it's not uncommon for them to be supposedly out of money. So I took away 2 stars. But sometimes out of convenience I still have to go here

Not only do they give you less per pound for your recycling but I think they even give a set rate for one of their orange bins full of either plastic or aluminum. Whether you crush everything or not which you would expect to get more, either way you get far less at this place an I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They ripped me off.

This place is a scam, first off they turn the scale so you can't see what they weighting. Then we caught he guy several times not putting our bin on the scale. I used to work at a recycling station so i know that this place is very dishonest. We had 5 orange bins full of crushed cans and 4 plastic and only got $57 they don't even try to hide what they are doing. I will never go back to this place and would leave zero stars if I could. It's sad when people try to get over on others that are struggling day to day.

I was forced to put 1 star in order to post this .They deserve no stars. I will never go back to this place.Its a rip off. The Scale is turned so you can't see when they weight and the other guy barely put the container on scale & supposedly weight in in 1 second?? I had 5 full containers with full of Cans and 5 full plastic containers and they paid me $57.02 for ALL???? They didnt give me receipt.So and i asked for my receipt and noticed not only is the weight off all looks less,they missed 1 full container of cans? I told the worker and he just gave me $10 cash ??Rip off!!

I had a great experience at this facility!! A worker by the name Ali helped me out so much!! I recommend anyone who goes to ask for him.

This place was much better than other nearby recycle places. The man working the scale was very friendly and helpful. I would come back again!

It was my first time going to that place. It is clean and the manager is very friendly.

First time here in a couple of months and it seems the new guys here keep the place very clean and the employees are very polite and helpful. Keep up the great work guys!

This place is a total rip off. I took a large garbage bag full of cans and 2 full of plastics and the guy there was dishonest and paid me only $20 and I know only the cans itself weight at least 10lbs. Not recommended!!

This place will rip you off! I took to large bags of cans to them today he told me my cans weighed 8.01 lbs but I know my cans weighed at least 10lbs a piece

This guy there is a rip off! He did not put it on the scale all the way so the weight of cans was off!!!!! Asked him n he said he already dumped them!!!!!! Asked a few people there and they said they always get ripped off there! Will never go back to that one again!!!!!!!!!!!

Straight up rip off! I get $50 minimum when i recycle 15-20lbs . I got $20 from this scam and the excuse was, "it's privately owned so the owner controls the rates. Rates aren't the same as California regulated recycling rates." Bunch of bs. Go elsewhere. It's not worth it.

I had an easy trip to the recycling center today and the reason for that was a decent respectable young man that helped me through out the process, his name is Ali and because of his competence I was in and i out like the wind. The company is far better because of Ali. Thank you

First time I went to turn in my plastics and cans I made bank the attendant was helpful and very kind the following month I had more cans then the last time and I left with half the money I made from the last time and this was the same person some young mexcain chick and her husband on this day she was not so friendly they rushed me threw it all I feel this is how the confuse the customer anyways how can the people get away with this it's not right who do we complain to everything I recycle is mine I payed for these with my hard earned money and I recycle to get my profit back not to have some low life thief rob me of what's mine anyways iam done peace our people.

First time recycling here, and definitely agree this was a great place! Daisy was a huge help. Excellent customer service, friendly faces, and speedy checkout. Highly recommend.

Today was my first time givin' away all my bottles at this recycling center, the the service was amazing and the boss Mrs.Daisy, she was very kind, and treated the workers great! Thank you Mrs.Daisy for giving me a good experience!

Went here on 7/10/21 watch the lady with blue/green color hair weigh my cans and bottles weigh 46lbs - 7.5 (weight of orange basket)= 38.5 she paid for 29 lb. I said something to her she told me if I have any complaints to call the number. They make a lot of money at the end of the day cheating all those people. I will be reporting them to the state.
