Everytime I come in Eric has been amazing. Friendly and helpful and reminds me if I have a AAA membership to save a few dollars on on most purchases. Napa always seems to have my parts too.

I had a great experience working with Emilio. He was extremely helpful in assisting me with finding the parts I needed to fix the AC in my car. He walked me through everything clearly and made sure I understood what was required for the repair. Emilio was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to, overall a great representative of excellent customer service.
Went in today to warranty a master cylinder that I had with no receipt I was ready to just pay for it and get another one, gentleman name. Edgar said no I will find it and he kept looking and looking looking and sure enough he was able to file my receipt for my purchase not too many people like this around anymore that work at places they have that kind of customer service
Conflicting messages from everyone along with manager throwing new employees under the bus who he clearly has not trained. Really wanted to like this location. Very frustrating experience. Avoid unless desperate and even then still avoid them.
Did not have the snow chains I needed but they kindly referred me to another store that had them available. I was able to get on with my trip today. Thanks guys!!
I was in Redlands doing a job concerning some air conditioning and I came up short some fittings. Could not find any of the local parts houses in stock with that part. I went to Napa Auto parts and got residential air conditioning component to finish the job. Napa rocks
Be careful using your credit card. This is the only place that make a copy of your credit card, and get the pin, and get your address. So what's the concern. Mysterious charge appears on my credit card. I call some of the vendor and they have my address and the pin down. Just the items were sent to different address. I back track and this was the only place that took down all that info and made a copy. It also matched that 4 days after ordering, those mysterious charges appear. I'm not saying the company is at fault, but you can't have an antiquated system to still copy the credit card.
I tried to return a pair of tire cables, brand new in the box, never opened. Art at the counter told me that they are a non-returnable item. There is no mention of them being non-refundable on the invoice. They never mentioned to me that they can't be returned when I bought them. When I spoke to the manager he basically just told me that if I walk into any auto store and I would get the same response as if I should've known. The only suggestion they could give me was to try to sell them on Craigslist. Are you kidding me?? I am now stuck with a pair of tire cables that cost $170 and have no use for them.
The guys at SAW always go above and beyond to help our shop find the difficult parts we need. We always get a good price and excellent service highly recommend.
