Carlos was fantastic to work with! We had a very particular vehicle that required extra-special attention, and Carlos delivered outstanding results with his team, even with minimal direction. It was clear from the start that we had hired the right team — there was no need for us to supervise or instruct, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable about how to handle this unique vehicle, and his thorough explanation of the steps needed to move it safely gave us complete confidence. Additionally, Carlos went above and beyond to help us in an urgent situation, fully understanding how severe the circumstances were. Rather than postponing us to another day, he immediately found a same-day solution, even though he was already closing for the day. Juan was the best!! He arrived at my home within 20 minutes of being dispatched via AAA, performed an analysis on my car that wouldn’t turn on, figured out the issue, and replaced my Jeep’s dead battery within 15 minutes. He was professional, friendly and fast to fix my car. Would 100% recommend Ellison’s and use them again!

2025 Review A big shout out to Hans, who came to our house to change a tire on our older car that has been inactive since the pandemic. We requested this via our AAA membership, and were quite pleased. Not only did he inspect the spare and inflated it to a proper pressure, but also addressed our concerns about bringing this car back to operational condition. He took the time to inspect the battery, and also diagnosed what appears to be a stuck rear brake mechanism so that we could plan ahead. Hans was quite knowledgeable, very polite and personable - a real joy to talk and work with! 2020 Review Shawn came at the estimated time, was very courteous, diagnosed the issue with my battery, and replaced it with a new one. Fast, easy, pleasant service.

I would like to commend Marcus Roybal for his exceptional customer service during my recent interaction regarding an anti-theft reset request. After a long and hectic Monday, contacting AAA was just another task on my list. However, Marcus's professionalism and knowledge made the experience seamless. He was easy to work with and exemplifies the high standards of customer service that Ellison's Towing represents.

Ellison’s towing helped me with my flat tire yesterday, and I could not be more grateful. I had hoped that AAA would send me the opportunity to review the services that Ellison’s provided me, but I have not received that. I truly want to commend your company and the two drivers that assisted me yesterday. Initially, I had Hans but because my little car doesn’t have a flat tire and the flat could not be filled with air. I had to wait for an actual tow truck. I will say that Hans was incredibly calming and polite. I was so impressed with the service, as well as the timeliness of his arrival, which was literally under 10 minutes. I was then handed over to Daniel M. who arrived with the large tow truck again very timely. Extremely professional and again very calming. Probably stay to the service station and also offered me advice on the tires since I mentioned I would be purchasing four new tires. This was extremely kind advice to offer since sometimes women in particular aren’t treated with honesty when taking a car in for any service. So thank you Ellison’s, Hans and Daniel Much appreciated

Hans helped me out when I locked my keys in my car. He came to me literally in 10-20 minutes and finished under 5 minutes. I was so surprised by the quick and efficient service. Highly recommend and thankful for this service!!!

Hugo did an amazing Job. He knows how to do his job. He tested my car battery and made sure it was the battery that was not able to start my car. He was also able to provide the heath of my car battery and replace it with a new battery. Having the tech (scanner and phone ) for his job makes everything easy and smooth. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They will tell you anything for them to make money and profit off of you. Their charging me 5,000 when they told me they would only hold it for 10 days MAX. I asked if they can do payments, and got denied. There taking me to court and everything over this. This is ridiculous. I didn’t even have to pay this much for the accident I was in. Lost the car and now owe them half 10,000 dollars. They abuse their power and take the most from you. I’d stay away from these people, far far away from this so called business.

My little Prius tired,not happy,Bursted driver front tire.contacted AAA.The Driver Carlos is really a PRO.dispatched in 5 minutes.tie my car fluently in 5 minutes.jump into tow truck.oh my god,I lived 30 years,never seen soooo clean TRUCK.he said was old truck!I said no!show me the odo meter.seen,shocked.Carlos said clean everyday.And ask my distination.I said Walmart Fremont.Immediately pull transmission handle,without any hesitation.I asked do you know the address?he pointed his brain.I am so impressive and respected. *Added a picture,dropping off car,put wood lumber for landing car protection

David Liera of Ellison’s came out to help me and was the best rescuer we ever could have wished for! We had a hybrid car with a six month old but dead 12-volt battery. The last person we called for this would not charge it because it was a hybrid car. But Dave charged it well and very quickly. He explained how the hybrid charges its 12 volt battery (vs. it’s larger battery) and told me how often and for how long the car would need to be driven to keep the charge. He explained so many things that will help me keep this battery healthy - I can’t thank him enough!

We used twice in a week to move our poor damaged car, initially home while we found a good repair shop, and then to the repair shop, which actually turned out to be a recommendation from our tow driver! The girls in the office were so efficient and helpful, and both our drivers were super quick and friendly! Thanks Alex for the repair shop recommendation! Would highly recommend for anyone in need!!

We had a hybrid vehicle with battery issues. Patrick S. responded quickly and fixed the immediate problem and identified a more serious problem. We don’t think “saved the day” is too strong to describe his knowledge and care. Thank you Patrick! EZ

We were out of town and the battery died in our car. Contacted AAA and Hugo responded very quickly. He was extremely professional and took care of us promptly. Highly recommend him and the company! Thanks again!

If I could give a negative star rating I would. AAA sent a truck, before arriving the driver called and asked me what was wrong with my truck and I informed him that it was overheating. The very first thing the tow truck driver did was restart my overheating vehicle. And then he walked back to his tow truck and sat in it for 5 minutes. I turned my vehicle off as soon as he sat down and closed his door. He came back and started getting ready to hook my vehicle up, and he decided to roll my window down. I rolled the window back up and explained to him that he wasn't going to climb on the truck to raise it after he loaded it onto his truck and that the window needed to be up in order to prevent my papers and other things from being blown around and possibly out of the vehicle. The driver told me that he wouldn't tow it if I didn't leave the window down. I asked if they would send another truck and he told me no to which I replied, "that's fine you don't have to tow it" The tow truck driver then immediately turned around and pulled his phone out of his pocket while walking back to his tow truck. He sat in the tow truck talking on the phone for 10 minutes while I waited standing next to my vehicle before walking over to him to ask him to take the tow cables off of my vehicle. The tow truck driver then proceeded to ignore my repeated requests to release my vehicle for 20 minutes until after we had both called the police and they arrived. The tow truck driver told me that they wouldn't send another tow truck and he made sure that AAA would never send another one as well as not refund my money paid for Roadside Assistance because he called and told whatever story. I hope his bosses and AAA look at that camera footage that he kept telling me was being recorded as I continuously requested him to release my property. Which he didn't release until after the Sheriff's Deputies arrived and determined that I wasn't doing anything other than asking for him to take his hooks off my truck. I pray that the tow truck driver loses his job over the lies he told. The driver refused to disconnect his tow cables/hooks from my vehicle, and then lied to AAA so that they would refuse to provide the Roadside Assistance services that I paid for. The tow truck driver is basically a liar and a thief. Because why didn't he take the hooks off my car when I told him that he didn't have to tow my car? Instead he pulled his phone out of his pocket went to sir in his tow truck ignoring my requests to release the vehicle while he called and lied to AAA about what was going on. He didn't want to tow the vehicle because I insisted on keeping my vehicles windows rolled up. I didn't argue and agreed with him that he didn't have to tow it. He fraudulently, dishonestly, and maliciously called AAA and made up a story they won't tell me. They offer no explanations as they cancel my service calls. Because an Ellison's tow truck driver got mad he couldn't roll my windows down and I didn't want him to tow my vehicle

I called Ellison's Towing after getting 2 flat tires from a large object on the highway. I was quoted 45 minutes and the tow truck arrived within that time frame. Carlos Nerimora was my driver, and he provided excellent professional and friendly service. Carlos was extremely helpful, and he even went the extra mile encouraging me to call several tire places to make sure my car went to a shop that had my specific tires in stock at the best prices. Many places didn't have my specialty tires in stock. Thanks to Carlos, I found a place that could fix my car the same day (all the shops would be closed for Thanksgiving the next day). I appreciate all of Carlos's help, advice, and his professional and positive attitude. Thank you so much! I recommend Ellison's Towing and would definitely use them again!

Carlos N. picked me up on the side of 280 and immediately had me wait in his vehicle while he loaded my SUV onto his flatbed. He was extremely courteous and professional for the entire experience. I highly recommend this firm and am especially grateful for the care received from Carlos.

Through Hyundai Roadside Assistance, Ellison Towing were contracted via AAA to tow our car to the nearest Hyundai dealership. Curtis , ( from Ellison's) was amazing. He quickly figured out the ins and outs a fairly new vehicle ( fully EV) , jump-start it and safely tow it. He was courteous , professional and every adept at his work.

AAA used this business for my roadside service request. I received a non-automated confirmation text from them only a few min after submitting my request on the AAA member app. Fast text replies. I asked for an ETA, someone responded 35-45 min, and Emmanuel pulled up much sooner than that. Speedy assessment and fix. Asked questions to learn anything contextual that might've been relevant. Even gave recommendations on the specific maintenance service for my car that I should look into within the next 3 months. Just a really easy, pleasant experience.

Initially, Chito rescued us by giving us a jump! He came to us within a half hour of our call even though we were told 90 minute wait...super cool!!! He offered the Battery service and set me up with an appointment the next morning! He was very personable and efficient! The next morning I met Casey who was professional, courteous and prompt! He explained exactly what he was going to do to my car...and he did it with a smile! He's a great conversationalist and has great customer service! I am grateful for both their help! Two thumbs up in my book!!!!

My car wouldn't start....Hans came and checked it over and said it needed a new battery, He was very polite and checked back with Ellison's to find out how much a new battery would cost. The next morning I ordered a battery and Patrick arrived promptly. He was most efficient, taking out the old one and replacing it with the new one , he was friendly and once again polite. Ellison's have to be congratulated for hiring such outstanding employees which are hard to find these days!
