DO NOT COME HERE! I repeat, DO NOT COME HERR! Unless you have a biohazard suit on and N95 mask. The place is indoor, there are trash trucks unloading next to you so it is RAINING BIOHAZARD CONSTANTLY. It is the grosses thing, do not come here, go to Mid-Valley. And the wait here is also longer.
They will ignore a disabled person in 100 degree heat after waiting in line and ignoring me for 10 minutes. Because im hard of hearing and there intercom has been broken for years. So if your wdisabled they will all just laugh at you and ignore you no matter what window or how long your wait. They will help everyone but you. People that act this way should be fired and replaced with respectable employees that care about your business that actually want to help anyone that comes to make you money. They don't want you to make money or help the business succeed. Hope all 5 or 6 people that where in the office at the time are let go. I just left and went to a different place that was friendly and that liked money. Get rid of horrible entitled worthless workers that dont make you money…. Dont support this bad businesses its even worse if they treat the disabled this way. Let’s hear your horror stories on this place till they take accountability for there bad service and horrible workers.
5/28/24 WHAT THE HECK? Last couple times Ive been here its been bad. TODAY....TERRIBLE. 40 Mins to get inside. Once inside I sat in my truck for 20 mins WAITING to unload. Kicker is, no one was unloading. Guys standing around, terrible!

Place is pretty good. Go here a lot, price seems to vary. Sometimes its a flat fee sometimes they weigh me before and after. Its usually about $30. for a pick up load. I got a F-150 long bed truck. The wait is usually 30 mins, although that'll vary as well. Staff is whatever.

His knowledge and expertise were evident as he shared valuable insights about composting and how to make the most of the materials available.
Be careful they are fraud they charge just 180 in my bank account took all my money I have a receipt that says they were only supposed to charge me $50 $52.14 and they took 180 out of my account today I am disputing this with my bank and I'm falling fraud charges

This place is unorganized . They should appreciate a law abiding citizen coming and dumping here instead of on the streets. Might as well have dumped my mattress on the side of the street instead of here where they treat you very unprofessionally. Il
Every time we have to make a recycling delivery the person letting the other semi trucks in tells us to wait until the others are done unloading even though we are there first. The guy in charge has a vendetta against some of the other truckers
very bad service , l spend almost 3 hours in line , l upset with these people, they give preference at the trucks company. they come in and out every 30 minutes ..
They can’t even get their hours of operation correct online. Says they are open sundays until I get there at 7am and find out that’s a complete lie. Now I have a truck full of drywall and nowhere to dump. It’s really not hard to at least get hours of operation correct.
Was 100 to go in but once we came back out they gave us back 70 so they only charged us 30. We took a 20ft uhaul worth of junk and just dumped it out real quick
Best place to dump under a ton for 29 dollars, should cover your load, and recommend wearing a dust mask. Process is pay 40 dollars .weight in and dump, exit weigh out if you dump under a ton get 11 dollars back.
