El los horarios no cumplen dicen el horario 7 am a 4 pm pero eso no es cierto llegue 4:35 y no me agarraron mi carga que ya estavan cerrados

Please don’t let this reflect on the company, but this is my experience only. For staters there was no direction at the entrance to help as you entered. There are no signs posted saying stop here, wait here, claim ticket. There are also no outside attendants indicating this or an error in the process flow. Because of this, I left empty handed. Per above there were no yard attendants present except for in the rear of the yard - offloading area. Anyway, upon entry I noted the weight of the vehicle on the scale and continued on as the other trucks were doing. Driving onto the back of the facility yard workers instructed to unload my truck. Again, blindly with no further instruction, I drove back around to front, and back on the scale, noting vehicle weight. While on approach I thought to call them, I was feeling lost and wanted my “my piece of the pie.” They were no help. while I would have liked to receive some monetary rewards for my labor and materials, I will chalk this one up as a loss; I should have called and asked first. However lacking their process is, I should have paid more attention to the recessed ticket booth. Lesson learned - review my experience only.
