I lived in Colton but since moved out. I visited the store and was pleased to find what I needed. And it didn't break the bank.

The gentleman Scott behind the counter really knew his stuff. Helped me out to get an old part for an old car. None of the other auto parts stores had no clue what I had or they never even heard of what I was looking for. Thank you for the great service

NAPA just has better parts first of all. This location adds knowledgeable, friendly experts that are always very helpful. I recently had an electrical issue. Jason walked me through some basic checks and I found the problem. Thanks Jason. If you are looking for a place to buy parts where they actually care about solving your auto issues, not just selling parts, this is your place. Highly recommend!

Napa is a great store to shop at they have specialty tools that no other store has and they have buckets for $2.99 with the lids

I came to this NAPA store because online it said they carried a pennzoil type of oil I use but I called before I left to verify after a few times of trying to call I drove to the store just to find out that they dont carry that type of oil at this store I explained about the online situation but they told me they cant do anything about it. Very bad experience its funny how driving there I see all the competition auto parts stores.

Napa in Colton I love that place now never knew they sold Heavy Duty Parts for heavy duty trucks was In-N-Out in 20 minutes and is very local to me staff members very nice and polite I will start buying my parts for tune-ups for my Freightliner m2 class 106 2008

I ordered some parts Saturday morning & was told parts should be in same day by 1pm & that I will be notified as soon as they were in. Well I never got a phone call so I made the drive to that auto parts store & it was closed. Who would think that on a Saturday your auto parts store would close at 3pm, and to make matters even more worse its closed on sundays. So now i'm going to have to call off work on Monday because my truck is out of service, then wait for my wife to get home from work so we can go get the parts. Im sticking to Autozone from now on.
