First in my Lowered nissan S13 which he had no problems loading it up to his flatbed and tonights pleasant suprise was him being dispatched to me again to save my friends BMW e36 this time. I called triple A and had Walter Valle come to tow my vehicle from an apartment parking lot to my home. He greeted me with a smile and had a positive attitude which made my (car failing one me) situation less frustrating. He is a very professional and efficient worker. Managed to do towing service in a swiftly manner while still following all procedures. My car had failed on me in a busy parking lot and was near a dip. Walter went above and beyond by helping me push my car over a dip and helping out another driver (I was blocking the other drivers exit of parking lot with my car). Walter carefully guided that other driver so that he can get out of the parking lot without damaging my car or the tow truck. Walter Valle is a great driver as he went speed limit and drove safely / always checking his mirrors. Walter a charismatic worker with a lot of integrity, his work ethics is much appreciated!

Ran into an issue with .y truck not wanting to start. Called AAA , flag towing was called out. Walter V. Responded quickly arriving. He was extremely friendly which put my stress level a little at ease. Got the truck loaded and delivered to desired location while keeping me informed the entire way. From start to finish the experience was Great. Thank you Walter!

I didn't catch the driver's name, but he was a young man with an A name. He gets a major shout out and a thank you! He saw my daughter and I broke down on the side of 138 in Phelan and asked if we needed help. I informed him my car just overheated due to a leaking radiator and he was so kind to help us fill the reservoir and get us back on the road. I didn't flag him down or call for help. He stopped out of the kindness of his heart and showed my daughter that there are still good people in this world despite what's all over social media and the news!

Continuously updated me on their arrival time. When Austin arrived, very professional and straight to the point, he confirmed my destination address and even ensured that I was aware that the shop would be closed after we were expected to arrive (which was fine, had confirmed with shop okay to drop off after hours) but that was a nice touch. Even helped push the vehicle into a parking spot in front of the shop. Hopefully never need a tow again, but if I do, hope it's Flag Towing

2 times now I have had to be towed. Both times my AAA got flag towing to tow me. Both times they were respectful, helpful, and were just there to help. Both times the car wasn't even mine but I was stranded with them and flag towing had no issue towing a car that wasn't mine. Would definitely recommend for great service.

Called AAA today to get my Honda towed after an accident....Flag Towing was dispatched for the service. Technician RICHARD was sent to the rescue, professional, friendly, honest, real down to earth guy. 5 stars all the way around for Richard. Flag Towing you got a hard worker on your team! Literally the worst customer service. We used AAA battery service and were sold a bad battery. We ended up having some major car issues because of this and when we asked for a refund for the battery (not any of the additional service work) we basically were ignored and told we voided our warranty. I would never use AAA battery service again and would try to avoid this company.

Thank you Ryan and Brian for helping me out and blessing me with 3 free gallons of gas. I was doing Uber Eats for extra money and I couldn’t stop for gas without risk of my order being cancelled but as I was driving to the gas station my car ran out of gas and I had no choice but to call my AAA to use my fuel benefits but unfortunately after opening a request for fuel delivery I realized I didn’t even have $12 to my name for gas and after explaining my situation to Ryan he told me not to worry about it and he would give the gas totally free of charge. Thank you so much you guys saved me and got me back on the road so I could make money to feed my family today god bless you guys and I pray a ton of wealth comes your guys way. Walter Valle arrived quick, thank God because it was raining pretty hard. I locked my keys in the trunk of my car after leaving an LKQ Pick Your Part in Bloomington CA. Unfortunately LKQ was just closing and I was the last person to leave. It was so cold and to top it all off it had began to rain pretty heavy. Here I am in a huge dark wet cold parking lot in the middle of what it seems like nowhere (google street view would show you what I mean lol). I wasn't afraid, just concerned that I'd be waiting a long time and concerned that I'd get sick. Just as I was just starting to get soaked, Walter pulled up and quickly got me back in my car and on the road to a warm house. He was very kind and helpful.

You know your day isn't off to a good start when your car breaks down and you end up stranded on the freeway. I called for a tow truck service. I really appreciated the quick response time. Fortunately for me my tow truck driver, Walter Valle made my stressful situation easy going and smooth. Walter was very professional and courteous. He arrived in a timely manner and kept me in my car well he set up a safe perimeter with his cones ( I was stranded on the ramp off the fwy partially blocking a lane). Once it was safe, he had me step out if the car and explained the process to me and had me wait in the truck, out of harms way, well he mounted my car. I was impressed with how carefully he handled my car. It was a smooth towed back to my home. He was able to place my car in my driveway which isn't to wide but he did it all in one try without damaging my car. Over all it was a great experience and life saving.

Walter Valle was by far the best tow truck driver we've had! He was nice and he carefully loaded my vehicle on the truck. Thank you for helping my family and getting our vehicle to its destination to get fixed. 10/10 recommend if you need a tow.

Gabriel was my tow truck driver and he was incredibly professional, polite and accommodating. No one wants to be stuck on the freeway, but if you ever are, this driver and company were then people you want to be there for you. Very impressed.

Austin was awesome. Super professional and a nice guy. Saved the night honestly. He found me a 24/7 tire place in the area when my spare wasn’t going to work, and towed me there to get a replacement. Went above and beyond in multiple ways. Very grateful for his service.
