he employees were very helpful and made the whole process easy. I went in thinking I had to drop off a washer and dryer for the dump, but I wasn’t aware that I could actually be compensated for my recycling items. That was a great surprise!

My scrap sat on the scale for 45 mi utes befire i got help then it paid less tgan i expected...they werent up front at all on the pricing...I still give it 3 stars because the weigh master was polite..otherwise 1 star cuz it took me 2 hours and 15 minutes to get paid from start to finish...Dishonest scales are an abomination..
The staff is above and beyond, especially the lady's inside the office they makes me feel especial and treated me like a human being, with their kaidnes , love and respect. I'll recommend to anyone and please allow me to give men's an advise don't misunderstand the lady's inside the office, please respect them like family. Thank you 😊 🙏

The ladies in the booth were super nice super friendly very helpful and quick to do their job. The guy that helped in the yard was quick to show us where we needed to be and also very friendly.

Great first experience here. All staff were very welcoming and polite. From the gentleman at the front booth to the beautiful women at the cashier's box, they all made it a good experience. They all treated me with respect, explained the process of how to go about recycling my scrap metal, and had a great attitude in the process. Give them a raise!
I have been to a lot of recycling plants and I like this one the best! No hassel, everyone is nice and helpful from the people checking you in to the ones helping you offload. Brought multiple heavy loads and JR out on the field was a big help! Solid guy! I appreciate you all!
This gentleman said I couldn’t bring my chain link in when the pleasant operator clearly said it was cool. Bad hospitality, or bad communication, leads to a BAD experience. 🙏
Retail prices are very competitive, clean yard, the only thing they don’t take is CRV recycling. But appliances, all metal scraping and non Ferrous metal.
A bit confusing to get into the retail scale since they service commercial accounts and there are lots of rigs in and out.
But Retail scale is the first entrance at left hand after the guard shank.
