Loaders take forever to bring your vehicle out. What's the purpose of scheduling appointment if it's been hour since and still no vehicle .. and it's like this here every time 1-2 hours after appointment your car might show up. Other copart locations no problem 10-15 minutes.

As a car hauler driver, I will not be returning to this location due to their inability to accommodate side loads (empty trailer) Portland copart have same shit. The rest of 48 states has no problem with that

The worst company ever seen. The damaged the bottom of my car my car , and stole my license plate. They cost me $1000 in damages. They need to shut down.

I got a 100% bait and switch car was not the car in auction photos at all or conditions I really tried to get with management and resolve the issue prior to picking up vehicle because after seller was 3 days late delivering. I told them I had a gut feeling and I was 100% correct they are letting off-site vendor sell completely bad vehicles his check list was super off and the car even had tinted windows but when I picked this vehicle up was a totally different car as well as needed several repairs and was nothing like i bid on at all do not buy from this site at all if you can. We pay enough in California as it is to be scammed by some company that should be mutual as a seller. They are supposed to do inspection and should have let me cancel sale after seller voided his end of the deal in the first place the staff is extra ghetto in my opinion also. Upon picking up the vehicle, I discovered multiple issues that were not disclosed in the auction listing: - Check engine light was on - Bad head gaskets - Engine and transmission leaking - Filthy engine compartment with mechanic fingerprints all around the front end In addition, the seller delivered the vehicle two days after the required time, which further exacerbated the inconvenience. Despite notifying Copart about these issues, I have not received any assistance or a refund. Considering that Copart inspected the vehicle upon its arrival, it should have been evident that the car did not match the auction description. This is a clear case of false advertising, and the seller should not be permitted to list vehicles on Copart again. I request that Copart takes immediate action to resolve this matter by either allowing me to return the vehicle for a full refund or providing a credit toward a future purchase. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to protect my rights as a consumer. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your swift response.

If you are picking up vehicles here, expect to wait a couple hours. The forklift drivers get paid by certain drivers to bring out their cars without a wait time drivers that sat here for 2 hours have to wait longer drivers that just pull up get their cars right away

This place is terrible! Our insurance company had our truck towed to Coparts Heavy Haul yard after an accident. While in their "secured" yard parts were stolen off our truck. We are almost 2 months since we picked up our truck and our insurance company is still waiting on Copart to compensate us.

The driver gave me a check that the bank would not accept because the numbers were slightly faded. I called and spoke to a guy that told me to go ahead and bring the check in all the way to their office in South Sacramento and that a new check would be given to me while I was there. I got a lyft out there which is 15 miles out there. The gal at the front desk was very polite. I explained to her the situation with the check. She then explained that it wasn't that easy to get another check reissued to me. Co-part needed to verify that I didn't go cash the check somewhere already and bring it back and try and acquire another check from them and that it would take 24 hours before another check could be reissued and that I would need to come back the following day to pick it up. I explained to her that the back of that check wasn't even endorsed by my bank and that I hadn't cashed it, plus I did not have transportation to be coming back that they had my transportation in their yard. that is why I had gotten that check in the first place. The nice lady went and spoke to her manager or someone higher up. They said no that I would have to come back out the next day.. They offered to mail me out one, which I had to decline. I wasn't happy with how this was handled. The issue falls back on them and where ever they store their checks or their driver had the check prior to me getting it. Maybe a bit more caution on the check handling or storage or maybe double check before sending them out with your drivers. It surely would safe people a whole lot of time and money. Lyfts are not that cheap. I ended up spending more on the lyft than what they paid me for my car which I know they are going to make a lot of money on parting it out. All n all the service was great , just maybe be more attentive on the check thing. Thank You !

Quick in and out, great customer service, girls at the front desk are very helpful, loaders are very skilled at load outs, if you have an appointment you won't have any problems getting your vehicle.

Came first minute they open to preview a vehicle. Was told they are not ready and to wait 45minutes. 2 hours pass and still no help. This place is a joke and are inconsiderate of members time. They dont value anything except thier profits and anyway of making more while hiring less. Also check out thier fees when buying a car. They are ridiculously expensive. Monopoly ran bussiness.

Got the run around , but service was good. I’m really here to say, I came in today 5/30 and my purpose was to focused on grabbing my belongings out of my car, but I will say the forklift driver was very attractive and very handsome. Brown skin , possible twists lolHe was well into his duties. I didn’t get to say hello. Safety comes first! Anyways, hi & thanks for the service !

Items will disappear out of your car, so make sure that you understand that when dealing with this shady business. It is so common there they don't even track it and will refer you to your insurance company. I guess you need trash to manage trash, thanks Copart!!!

I recently visited Copart, and I must say it was the worst experience I've had in a long time. Here's why: Excessive Waiting Time: I had to wait for over an hour just to get basic service. Time is precious, and this was a complete waste. Short-Staffed: It was painfully obvious that Copart was understaffed. The place was chaotic, and the staff couldn't keep up with the workload. No Card Payments: In this day and age, it's shocking that Copart doesn't allow card payments for previewing cars. This is a major inconvenience. Refusal to Provide Change: To make matters worse, when I asked for change, they flat out refused. It's not customer-friendly at all. I wouldn't recommend Copart based on this experience. They seriously need to improve their service and modernize their payment options. It's a shame that such a well-known company provides such a subpar experience.

I mean I'm not the type to write reviews nor care about how you run your business but Dam really had to this time. I see dozens of comments of poor reviews and I would agree. I mean some of these reviews are like 9 years old so basically nothing has been done to improve the customer service crisis I guess. Lack of leadership lack of discipline and lack of experience in the customer service department. People if you are planing on stopping by prep dinner with you going be awhile.

I been doing business with this company for over 5 years now. This place gets worse and worse with customer service. I always try to be patient but they Just help who they please at most times. You check in online on the queue and there is a wait time. Most people just go up to the counter and ask for assistance. There’s no purpose of checking in on a waitlist. They just take their time processing everything. I wish they would provide faster service. They get a lot of business and this is what frustrates us as members. A lot of times I Jsut go in to pick up/drop of titles, get checks, and i waste an hour or so to do that.

Imagine getting your car picked up from Stockton (where you live) the tow truck driver does not provide a bill of sale and you don’t know you need one. Turns out I have to drive to Sacramento wait at an office for 30 minutes, get told I’m at the wrong office and get sent to another office to wait another 30 minutes. Absolutely crazy. No compensation for their mistake.

Today July 20th I have paid and schedule an appointment yesterday for time frame from 11am to 2pm Been waiting in virtual line here for over an hour now. All I need just a gate pass to pick up a vehicle from Sub lot. Lady over the counter didn’t want to even hear my question, eve today is slow day, not many people.

Absolute poor experience at this location. After waiting outside in the cold and rain with others waiting on service, I was met with hurdle after hurdle. The female who was at the counter was the most unhelpful and rude customer facing staff person I’ve ever encountered. Her language was far far from professional. Her arrogant snarky attitude coupled with her lack of ability to answer a single question I posed, convinced me she was poorly trained and dramatically under supervised. I shall not be utilizing the services of Copart ever again!!

Terrible wait time. Wait times freeze and change. Doesn't matter when you signed in. And the front desk can care less. Not the lady with tattoos. She was kind and informative. The girl with glasses has a rude tone and facial expressions that scream, I hate my job.

The young lady that helped me was professional, informative, and pleasant. She was able to explain what I needed to do, and how to do it. Best service I've had there in many years. Have been a member since 1996 for context.

Although the wait was a while, when I got up to the front desk there was an issue with the account I was paying through and I had a fussy toddler with me, the worker was very kind and patient with me. Let me make a few calls and come back to her no problem.

The customer service was lacking at this location. There was not enough staff working the front desk, and the two people who were working the front were very careless and disrespectful. It was remarkable how slowly the staff processed the long line of patrons that reached all the way to the front door. There was a clear lack of basic respect and I felt that our very simple request was mishandled and the time waited in line could have very easily been helped. I recommend if this location can at all be avoided, to do so.

The service desk personnel were not particularly friendly or helpful to me as a first time visitor. I was looking to purchase a Buy it Now vehicle but it turns out you need a business license and a seller's permit even if you are not intending to resell. They suggested a broker, but we're not interested in assisting in that process other than directing me to their website.

Slow, poor customer service. Not by the 1 person at the counter but the fact they only had 1 most of the time. More effort is needed and more available customer assistance. I heard the one across the yard/next street down has their act together.

Rude, unprofessional staff who don't know what's going on. Talked to 3 people who couldn't even locate my information after my car was wrecked. They tried to blame the tow company for my car still being at the tow yard instead of at their yard getting the appraisal. My car was totaled out and i sent in my title to them so my insurance company can pay me so I can get a new car but 5 days later I have to call them again to ask them to do their job. They have had my title for over a week, I have no car and they still haven't contacted my insurance. This place needs complete new management or to just be shut down. Most pathetic excuse for a business yet.

Sucks if you are a vehicle owner that has to come here and give your car "last rights." But they make it as easy as possible here. While the line was a bit long, it moved quickly. They had my car pulled around in five minutes, and all of my personal belongings were already in a baggie ready to go. What more can you ask for? This place is like a car morgue. It's not a happy place, but it needs to exist.
