I have been waiting around 40 minutes just to pick up a title for a vehicle I bought, since they didn’t give it to the driver or mail it to me over 6 months ago when the vehicle was purchased and picked up. they send me a wait time of 25 minutes then changes to say 5 minutes and continuing to change the wait times with random minutes. Apparently Only one employee works here at a time. Rest of employees walk around like they don’t know what they are doing. To tell a business customer that has spent millions of dollars with Copart to wait outside 5 times when they have plenty of seating inside. I will be filing a complaint with their GM and possibly even Steven. 👍
I have been waiting around an hour to make payment. Ones they send me message wait time 12 minutes after 12 minutes send you message 5 minutes, after 5 minutes they send message 18 minutes. Only one employee service people. Rest of employees turn around even they don’t know what they are doing. Worst service I have ever seen.
