Terrible experience with Eagle Towing. They promised arrival at 7:40 but never showed. After multiple calls, the representative was rude and kept pushing the time back instead of apologizing. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
We were stranded with a dead battery and a newborn in the backseat after an ER visit at 2am, literally a perfect storm. No one is particularly bubbly or friendly in the middle of the night so when I tell you Fred is a ray of sunshine (and I'm writing this weeks later because I'm still so impressed) please believe me. Thank you Fred for saving the day (night)!
I had a very frustrating experience with this company. The customer service was poor, and I found the overall service quality to be far below expectations. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this company to others.
My husband and I went to pick up his car on Friday and we had the worst experience there. SUSY at the front was attending us and we had a few questions about the pricing which we were confused about. She was very rude and even rolled her eyes at us because we were confused about the prices. We wanted to speak to someone else because we felt she was very unprofessional and rude. Her attitude was very snarky. And she said she was the manager. She needs to step down and learn customer service first!
Eagle towing has awesome customer service. They answered my questions and helped me understand what I needed to do with my insurance. I did not have to wait long to see my vehicle. I am glad they were dispatched to pick up the vehicle. The guys this morning we're awesome!! I definitely recommend Eagle Towing.
On our way down to Disney for a roadtrip we got into a horrible accident. Charles was there in less than 30 minutes and was absolutely amazing. He has the best customer service, he’s very reassuring especially during such a difficult time in people’s life. He made me confident that my car was going to be taken care of and explained the whole process amazingly! Riding with him to the garage, he reassured us and further explained everything and advised us on so many things. 100 % service.
As a collision repair shop owner, Eagle Towing is my GoTo. From calling dispatch to the drivers, they are hands down the best. Communication is amazing and timeliness is on point. They make it super easy and always help out when there needs to be a release and or storage fees are involved.

I called my insurance company needing a tow and they dispatched Eagle Towing. I was so pleased their driver, Charles, arrived 20 minutes earlier than the estimated time and took me to the dealership where I wanted my vehicle towed. He went above and beyond by helping me complete the overnight drop-off paperwork before I left it with my car key in the night dropbox and then stayed with me until my husband came to pick me up. They're my go to towing company for anything that I need towed! Response time and communication is very important to me and my business and they do a great job at either meeting or beating there quoted ETA time or letting me know if they might be a little later than estimated. I understand traffic, back-log, etc... can be an issue, but they continue to always be a great provider for my shop!
I called my insurance Allstate to get towed and was told by my insurance company after waiting an hour for my tow that there was going to be a sudden extra 350$ charge to my tow. The dispatcher at eagle towing told my Allstate agent over a 3 way call that I was supposed to not get charged extra for my tow because of the weight of my van. My agent tried to shut him up and made the dispatcher get off the phone. The agent then told me that I would have to be charged extra so I canceled my tow. I stayed with my vehicle to find another way and eagle towing came to save the day even after I canceled . The boss of eagle towing called all state and fought for us to get towed with no extra charge . I truly appreciate the service they provided for us! 5 stars!!!
I had my truck towed due to a accident they took money out of my center box and a key to my other car very unprofessional, lady was not the best At customer service, I really don’t know why the sherif are working with thief’s.
I went unprepared to their tow yard to pick-up a totaled F-250. They went out of there way to show me how to safely transport the truck when they didn't have to. Thank you.

A woman under the influence ran a red light and T-boned my 2017 Mercedes Benz CLA 250. The police called Eagle Towing and Mark arrived on the scene. He was so unbelievably helpful and kind to me during this traumatic incident. I had no idea what to do or where to start and he told me exactly what i needed to do step-by-step. My car was a total loss and i was in the middle of moving, so the car was full of expensive and designer things. I was so worried about things being stolen because i was in an unfamiliar city and had no one here to help. I begged him to please not let anything happen to my belongings while i went to the hospital. Mark reassured me he would not let anything happen and would take care of everything. The next morning, i went to the tow yard and the front desk lady (i forgot her name) was so helpful and kind as well. I was injured at the accident and was limping. she couldn’t let me into the actual cage, but she helped me take my personal items out of the car and put it in my rental so i can go home. Really, this is such a nice group of honest people who made this really traumatic experience a little less difficult by just being kind. Thank you for your help and your business.
Would never use these people. Their truck driver hit my car and did over $5k in damage. They refused to pay for their error. Even after the insurance company chased them for like 9 months. Avoid Avoid Avoid..
