This company lies to their customers. I was quoted a price and a pick up time and neither was true.
I was 2.2 miles from the shop I wanted to use. It was very early and I had a business appointment coming up, so my choices were limited. I spoke to an unfriendly dispatcher or receptionist and was quoted 1 hour and $140. I felt $140 was a bit steep but I haven't needed a tow in a while and didn't have time to shop around.
After an hour and 10 minutes I called back to see where the truck was. I was told it should be about 20 minutes more.
When they finally got my car to the shop, they tried to upcharge me $10 for using a debit card. The same card they asked for over the phone when they gave me the quote.
When I objected, the driver said they always charge $10 extra for cards. I pointed out this charge was never disclosed and it's illegal to charge someone a fee after the fact if it wasn't disclosed.
The driver said it wasn't his problem so I called the company back and the guy that answered also insisted they were going to charge me the $10.
He was rude and tried to talk over me. I told them that if the charge on my card is over $140, I will dispute it through my card company, and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I just looked at my account, and sure enough, they overcharged me.
Driver had a stressful situation due to another tow company trying to poach the job claiming to be from Easy Tow. While I try to hide it my ADHD was being overwhelmed making it difficult for me to assess who was telling the truth. The drivers quick thinking to show me that when they called my phone it showed Easy Towing as the caller unlike the other one (which had a area code from Southern California) allowed me to calm my mind and with a few more questions determine who was the correct driver. They quickly got my car up and running again. Very thankful for them for handling the situation as best they could while ensuring that I had the information I needed to make a informed decision on who I made a agreement with.
Like I said horrible coustumer service and false accusations after your tow I had to wait 24 hrs for an inspection and my car did not leave the lot again no one is looking for handouts just for my car to work properly I do not care about your video or audio I’m not sure why you continue to say if you have video you have video of your employee pulling over on the side of the road readjusting and having to double check my car because something was not done properly I would give zero stars if I could
Tow truck arrived sooner than expected..Driver was fast and efficient in getting my car ready to tow.. Inside cab was immaculate, driver friendly and knowledgeable..Perfect placement of my car in my parking spot..Chivas towing was way more expensive than this company, plus I asked for a lower price and received it...An exceptional company for towing services..Sue B

Had a tie rod give out on me, driver was sent out and he was very professional and nice! Treat you like family. We have to be patient with our tow guys out here, it’s a busy business and not all in the best conditions. The driver took care of my car and honestly was probably the cleanest tow I’ve ever experienced

My car broke down on the highway so I called them. The man that answered the phone told me that their driver would be there within 45 minutes. It has now been two and a half hours with three phone calls to them and my driver still isn't here. I would only use these guys if every other tow truck in Sacramento broke down and then I'd have to think about it long and hard
I was driving home from work and my tire blew out! I called Easy Towing and they got there SO quickly to make sure I was safe and my vehicle was taken care of! They put on a spare tire and followed me to the dealership to make sure the I got there safely! Thank you so much!
The driver was pleasant but the price was a rip-off. "Double the rate because larger vehicle"...when just sending a standard tow truck to do it.
Avoid if you can and shop around, 50% cancellation fee if you do.
They have excellent service all the way around! They beat everyone's price, and they were on time and extremely nice. I will definitely be using this company again and recommending them to my friend's! Thank you
Horrific experience. Avoid at all costs. They costed me a lot of time, money and headache at a very desperate time sensitive situation. My car broke down at 3 pm. Right after a surgical procedure too. I had to get my car to the dealership by 6. Guess what? They far more than MISSED that deadline. They said it would be around 45 minutes. I waited a whole hour and checked in and I got put on hold. So long, that the line just dropped or they hung up. I called a little again after and they claimed traffic held the driver back. Just 20 more minutes. For the next- TWO. WHOLE. HOURS. I kept calling them every 45 minutes where my driver was. Again, being put on hold for over 10 minutes each time. Finally after around the 3 hour mark I called and the first person who had me was feigning surprise. I was polite all the way up to the second last call. They, of course, put on hold over 10 minutes and said the driver claimed they called me numerous times when near by saying I didn't pick up. Absolute lie, I was eagerly waiting by the road for them and they didn't come- I could hear in his voice he probably knew their driver was lying but tried playing jt off. Probably not the first occurrence. He thankfully allowed to cancel without the cancelation charge (they take your card info before as collateral which is fair but nerve wracking as hell in this situation waiting three hours after pain from a surgical procedure starts kicking in.) I could not have bumped into a worse company at such a vulnerable moment. On top of that, as I write this, my dealership is 30 minutes past closed. So I'll have to tow it off to their closed doors then UBER BACK the next day to give them their keys. Then UBER BACK home again. To the other side of town. I can't believe the audacity of this company. You may or may not have good luck with them but I highly recommend to avoid. Avoid avoid. Especially if you're in an emergency. I only picked them because their business was apparently around the corner hoping for fast service. But of course their truck was far. And sketchy. And unprofessional. I've never been so mad at a business in my life, especially given these circumstances and landing on a lemon at such a bad time. Stay safe out there, everyone.

The tow truck arrived within the estimated time, calling first to let me know. The driver was friendly and experienced in hauling a motorcycle. I would use them again to tow any of my vehicles!
We will never use this place again! My son needed his car towed 2 blocks from the house because it was inoperable..ez tow is less about 3 or 4 blocks from our house as well..they told us it would be about 45 min b4 arrival..after a hour and 15 min we called and they said oh he will be there in 12 min..ok still no tech after half hour..we called again got hung up on...called again...finally the guy shows up..hes here for 5 min loads the car on the tow truck and charges us a whopping $300!!! I called to complain and was told that I would be contacted by a manager but no one ever reached out..not only were we OVERCHARGED but we almost missed getting our car worked on by the mechanics because of their delays! Never use these guys!
Don't expect Easy Towing to show up on time, IF EVER. Yesterday I called at 2:45, simple tow from gas station along Hwy 50 to my son's apt. They said it would take 45 min to an hour. Called at 3:50, where's my tow? Oh it will be there soon. Called at 4:15. Oh, it will be there in 20 minutes. Called at 4:40. Told them to refund my $50 cancellation fee as I no longer needed their tow. If they charge me I will cancel it on my credit card and they can fight the bank. Finally got an apology from an employee after I told them how poorly I was treated. I will never call Easy Towing again and recommend you stay away from them also! I waited over 2 hours in 100 degree heat! Least you could do is be honest when something comes up. Everyone has a cell phone.
Lousy experience when I got my SUV towed to a repair shop. I was quoted $50 for a four mile tow. However, I was charged $145 instead. Not happy one bit. I'll be reporting Easy Towing to the BBB.
I had a bunch of hassle trying to get a tow through my insurance so I just cancelled it and ended up calling Easy Towing. The guy on the line was polite and informative. The tow driver Izzy arrived within 40 minutes like the first guy said he would. Izzy was super polite, knowledgeable, and not a creep (a bonus in my book). 10/10 will call again if I end up stuck again (fingers crossed I don't need to)
Easy towing quoted me ~$100 for a 3 mile tow. The charge on my card was $144 for roughly 30 minutes of work. When I called to inquire about being charged the maximum, I was given terrible information and nothing but lip service from Maria with customer service. I asked her questions about the pricing breakdown and she got more and more aggressive and eventually she hung up on me. She does not understand the meaning of customer service. I am very disappointed in the dishonest quote, service, and terrible response and attitude from Maria.
On another note, the driver was timely and pleasant through the interaction.
Called this place to change a flat tire for my wife since I was at work. The lady said she would have a driver call. He didn’t , he showed up changed the tire and charged us $185
This place is really great on prices and customer satisfaction. My car was broke down and not only did he take it to the shop but also brought me to the hotel. Would recommend them to everyone...great professionalism!
Tried to get a tow and they took so long to get to me I was at Arden Fair Mall By Nordstrom’s on the 3rd floor in the garage and when the man got here he told me his tow truck was to big so someone else had to come and no one ever came nor tried to contact me back and when I called the place they said they was going to contact the driver and called me back. I never got a call and then next thing I know I was blocked and didn’t get my car towed to
My car overheated while driving on the freeway so I ended up stranded off the highway. After speaking with the lady there at Easy Towing and getting their price i told her i will call around and i will call Easy Towing back if I get no luck. I called back to your company number and it's blocked me and I call back the cell number and they're not answering my calls anymore. Just when I really needed you to help me get my car and myself home you block me. I'm cold, alone, and afraid out here and you blocking me shows how unprofessional and inhumane you are.
So I hope everyone sees my review first before calling , don't call these ppl I had them go out to my mom's car t tow it they said they would be there in 45 minutes not to leave cause they would charge her card or canceled , my mom was there for more then 2 hours (mind you the towing company was on Arden and my mom was on El Camino ) littlerly a few minutes . I called them like twice then second time they told me the tow guy had pulled over to put gas !!!! My mom was waiting for them 1hour and thirty minutes because he had to but gas they said he would be there in 10 minutes and takes thirty minutes more when the towing company had told me that he was down the street putting gas , why is he putting gas on our Time when we are paying for his service and on top of that take almost 3 hours to get there . They over charge you as well they charged me 140 to take the car down street .
They gave my senior father a quote of $139 for mobil battery install on old car.....come out 3 hours later and the guy claims it's his first try and that's why the horn was beeping for 35 minutes.... then comes the new price of almost $400 I'm reporting them to the BBVA don't even think about calling these FRAUDS
This company is horrible. It is by far one of the most unprofessional companies i have ever dealt with. Some rude Mexican lady told me to deal with the issue myself and hung up on me before i could say anything else. I called back asking to speak to a manager and she told me "I am the manager, deal with it yourself" and proceeded to scream other rude things into the phone. This lady, whoever she is needs to learn basic customer service 101, or be fired. nasty company, STAY AWAY.
