My truck was stolen and things were missing and fluids were low. They helped me get my truck back to drivable condition to take it to my mechanic's shop. They didnt charge me anything extra for all the little things they did. I greatly appreciate them and what they did for me.
Got our vehicle stolen. They were not helpful at all. After dealing with police dept & highway patrol and got a release on the vehicle from O code to C code. They still would not release our vehicle and charging $60 a day on top of that plus $250 to have the vehicle towed to their facility from where it was found. Very difficult people to deal with.
I was fortunate to have my car a1999 Dodge Caravan towed to this shop last December2013. They found the timing belt broken and within 24 hrs they had it fixed and back on the road.They were very friendly and even gave me a ride to and from the shop while they fixed it and after it was fixed.The conversations were very informative.
