AJ put my safety first—he totally understood the situation and reassured me it was okay to leave the vehicle and get to a safe place. He handled everything quickly and professionally. Ali was my tow driver. was on time or earlier. was friendly and helpful. He help double check to ensure Im covered and not receiving a mystery bill. Also gave me a courtesy called & text when he dropped off the vehicle. whole process was smooth.

Had the best tow truck driver, Ali. He made me feel safe and with all the stress I was under made me feel comfortable and reassured me everything was going to be ok. Would definitely recommend!!! Some tow trucks take forever to come but not west coast roadside. They arrived 30-40min and called to give me an update. Amir was great. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. Thank you for the quick service Amir!
Amazing! Would definitely call again. Would give 10 stars if i could! Wais (I apologize if I am misspelling his name.) was so helpful and kind. After waiting 2.5 hours for a different tow company originally, Wais from West Coast got to me in about 40 mins. I was so relieved.
