AJ is great!!!!!! My tire had a blowout and I had to pull over on the side of Hwy 80. AJ put my safety first—he totally understood the situation and reassured me it was okay to leave the vehicle and get to a safe place. He handled everything quickly and professionally. I can’t thank him enough for making a stressful situation feel manageable. Highly recommend Westcoast Roadside, and especially AJ!
Wais came to my rescue late at night on Garden Highway after AAA kept delaying getting me assistance with a flat tire. He showed up exactly when promised and went waaaay beyond what he needed to. He installed my spare and insisted on having me follow him to the nearest gas station to add some air to it. That gas station’s air wasn’t working so he put my car on his truck and drive it and me to another station closer to my home so I wouldn’t have to drive as far. He waited for me to get the car going and made sure the car and I were ok. All of this after midnight on a Friday night. Sitting there in the dark on Garden Highway I wasn’t exactly worried but as a chick alone on that deserted road, I was relieved to see him and then had one of the best customer experiences of my life. I can’t recommend West Coast Roadside highly enough and if you’re lucky Wais will be your driver!

Ali was very nice and eager to help me tow one of my company vehicles. He took care of it as if it was his own. Ali was a great help and had great customer service!
My parked vehicle was involved in a hit&run accident. Geico provided me the tow to the collision center even though I dont have tow service. Ali was my tow driver. was on time or earlier. was friendly and helpful. He help double check to ensure Im covered and not receiving a mystery bill. Also gave me a courtesy called & text when he dropped off the vehicle. whole process was smooth.
Ali did such a great job today he went out his way to make sure everything was done right and perfect I willl highly recommend you call him if you guys need anything his a great guy an great personality

I cannot say enough great things about this tow company and repair shop! My car broke down unexpectedly, and I was in a stressful situation, but AJ, my tow truck driver, completely turned the experience around. He arrived right away, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and respectful, and reassured me that I was in good hands. He told me about their company’s 24-hour repair shop and took my car there.
From the moment my car arrived at the shop, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The team immediately started working on the repairs and kept me updated every step of the way through text messages. They even sent me photo updates, explaining every issue they found in detail so that I always knew what was going on.
What impressed me the most was their honesty and fairness. I’ve been taken advantage of by repair shops before, but this place was completely different. Their prices were extremely reasonable, and at no point did I feel like they were trying to upsell unnecessary work. They genuinely wanted to fix my car the right way, and they absolutely do not take advantage of their customers.
A huge shoutout to AB, the mechanic who worked on my car! He was incredibly thorough, skilled, and took the time to make sure everything was fixed properly. They started with one repair but found multiple other issues with my car—and AB took care of every single one without cutting corners. When I picked up my car, there was a minor issue that needed a quick fix, and they went above and beyond by picking up my car from my job, taking it back to the shop, and making sure everything was perfect.
And the incredible service didn’t stop there—AJ once again came through for me. I needed to return my rental car and get my vehicle back late at night, even though I live 30 minutes from the shop. Without hesitation, AJ helped me make it happen!
This company is truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, fairness, and genuine care for their customers set them apart. This is a late review from back in February I had a roadside emergency and needed a tow asap so I could get to work that afternoon. I didn't have insurance coverage for a tow and if I remember the driver's name was Ali. He showed up in great time considering the distance and drove me to drop my van off at my mechanic and was gracious enough to drive me home on the way out. Very professional and pleasure to work with. Thank you so much. Seriously in a rough hard world of no compassion, roadside emergency help that is honest and professional are like the earth angels in the flesh. As I promised I'd write a review.. sorry it took so long, but better late than never. Highly recommend these guys.
I just had my alternator replaced on my Chevy Cruze yesterday by Ebad. As long as he is in business he will be the only mechanic I go to. By being an honest guy and expert mechanic he pointed out a few other parts that could be replaced to make my car run even better so we scheduled another appointment. I highly recommended west coast auto repair for your automotive needs in the Sacramento and surrounding areas.
Would definitely recommend!!! Some tow trucks take forever to come but not west coast roadside. They arrived 30-40min and called to give me an update. Amir was great. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. Thank you for the quick service Amir!
I needed my car towed to my mechanic and through my insurance company. I had two other Tow companies cancel last minute but my insurance agent was able to get a hold of Wear Coast Roadside Assistance.
The contacted me and provided a really fast ETA. Amir was picking up my car and arrived at the time posted.

After waiting 2.5 hours for a different tow company originally, Wais from West Coast got to me in about 40 mins. I was so relieved. He knew how to protect my heavy Hummer H2 and get it to the destination safely. Thank you so much!

West Coast Roadside Assistance was extremely professional and helpful! Ali was able to head to my vehicle as soon as I requested service and was in touch by phone and text regarding timing. Once on site every attempt was made to start the vehicle and when that couldn’t be done the car was loaded with care and transported to our service provider. Ali was kind and friendly. I felt like the service was top notch and would recommend.
West Coast towing was amazing. The experience with Mohammed was seamless.. he showed up immediately and was very friendly. He took good care of my Tesla as he loaded it onto the tow truck. I was so glad to have Mohammed be the one to move my brand new car West Coast towing is an excellent option, very professional, and very friendly.
Had hit a pothole on the highway in my classic car and broke the rim this company finally took the call and got to me pretty quick the operator Muhammad was very professional and very meticulous on getting my car on the truck as it is very custom he was also very nice would definitely use these guys again he even dropped the car in my dad's shop so I didnt have to drive on a flat tire these guys get a A+ from me
Amir was there in half the time originally estimated upon the phone. He communicated very well, personable, patient and kind. Dispatch or whoever answered the phone gave a fast time and price estimate with minimal questions and no hassle. All things went smoothly and I would recommend to anyone needing this service to give them a try!
Was driving around when my transmission failed. Got West Coast assigned to me through my insurance after the first company never showed. Wais was communicative and prompt with the tow service he provided. My vehicle is lowered and he was very careful making sure when getting it on the flatbed that nothing got damaged in the process. Same with dropping it off at the shop. Many thanks to Wais and West Coast for their prompt service.
