Sam towed my dad's car after all four wheels were stolen. Several other companies told me they couldn't help me, but Sam made the process painless. He updated me on his ETA and was very skilled and knowledgeable.
I was quoted $550 and when the driver showed up he said $500 cash and I wouldn't pay added cost for credit card fees. When the car was delivered I gave him $500 cash and he said it's $550 so after squabbling I put $50 on my credit card and a $50 receipt. THIS COMPANY IS COMMITTING FRAUD AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE..... DON'T USE THIS TOWING COMPANY.... AJ is great!!!!!! My tire had a blowout and I had to pull over on the side of Hwy 80. AJ put my safety first—he totally understood the situation and reassured me it was okay to leave the vehicle and get to a safe place. He handled everything quickly and professionally. Wais came to my rescue late at night on Garden Highway after AAA kept delaying getting me assistance with a flat tire. He showed up exactly when promised and went waaaay beyond what he needed to. He installed my spare and insisted on having me follow him to the nearest gas station to add some air to it. That gas station’s air wasn’t working so he put my car on his truck and drive it and me to another station closer to my home so I wouldn’t have to drive as far. He waited for me to get the car going and made sure the car and I were ok. All of this after midnight on a Friday night. Sitting there in the dark on Garden Highway I wasn’t exactly worried but as a chick alone on that deserted road, I was relieved to see him and then had one of the best customer experiences of my life. I can’t recommend West Coast Roadside highly enough and if you’re lucky Wais will be your driver!
Ali was very nice and eager to help me tow one of my company vehicles. He took care of it as if it was his own. Ali was a great help and had great customer service!
My parked vehicle was involved in a hit&run accident. Geico provided me the tow to the collision center even though I dont have tow service. Ali was my tow driver. was on time or earlier. was friendly and helpful. He help double check to ensure Im covered and not receiving a mystery bill. Also gave me a courtesy called & text when he dropped off the vehicle. whole process was smooth.

He arrived right away, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and respectful, and reassured me that I was in good hands. He told me about their company’s 24-hour repair shop and took my car there.
From the moment my car arrived at the shop, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The team immediately started working on the repairs and kept me updated every step of the way through text messages. They even sent me photo updates, explaining every issue they found in detail so that I always knew what was going on.
What impressed me the most was their honesty and fairness. I’ve been taken advantage of by repair shops before, but this place was completely different. Their prices were extremely reasonable, and at no point did I feel like they were trying to upsell unnecessary work. They genuinely wanted to fix my car the right way, and they absolutely do not take advantage of their customers.
A huge shoutout to AB, the mechanic who worked on my car! He was incredibly thorough, skilled, and took the time to make sure everything was fixed properly. They started with one repair but found multiple other issues with my car—and AB took care of every single one without cutting corners. When I picked up my car, there was a minor issue that needed a quick fix, and they went above and beyond by picking up my car from my job, taking it back to the shop, and making sure everything was perfect.
And the incredible service didn’t stop there—AJ once again came through for me. I needed to return my rental car and get my vehicle back late at night, even though I live 30 minutes from the shop. Without hesitation, AJ helped me make it happen!

This is a late review from back in February I had a roadside emergency and needed a tow asap so I could get to work that afternoon. I didn't have insurance coverage for a tow and if I remember the driver's name was Ali. He showed up in great time considering the distance and drove me to drop my van off at my mechanic and was gracious enough to drive me home on the way out. Very professional and pleasure to work with. Thank you so much. Seriously in a rough hard world of no compassion, roadside emergency help that is honest and professional are like the earth angels in the flesh. I just had my alternator replaced on my Chevy Cruze yesterday by Ebad. As long as he is in business he will be the only mechanic I go to. By being an honest guy and expert mechanic he pointed out a few other parts that could be replaced to make my car run even better so we scheduled another appointment. Had hit a pothole on the highway in my classic car and broke the rim this company finally took the call and got to me pretty quick the operator Muhammad was very professional and very meticulous on getting my car on the truck as it is very custom he was also very nice would definitely use these guys again he even dropped the car in my dad's shop so I didnt have to drive on a flat tire these guys get a A+ from me
Amir was there in half the time originally estimated upon the phone. He communicated very well, personable, patient and kind. Dispatch or whoever answered the phone gave a fast time and price estimate with minimal questions and no hassle. Was driving around when my transmission failed. Got West Coast assigned to me through my insurance after the first company never showed. Wais was communicative and prompt with the tow service he provided. My vehicle is lowered and he was very careful making sure when getting it on the flatbed that nothing got damaged in the process.
