My husband and I were driving from Woodland to Davis and ended up running over something and got a flat tire. We called the Toyota Road service and we were told it would be about a 60 minute wait. We got a text that said a 90 minute wait. Thankfully it was only about ten minutes later Kyle from Loyal Towing showed up. He was very polite, professional, and very quick. I was so relieved. I definitely would recommend Loyal Towing and Kyle. Thank you Kyle!
Kyle from Loyal Towing in Sacramento came to our house because our car wouldn't start, and we called AAA. Kyle was amazing. He answered all of our questions thoughtfully and cheerfully (even on a hot day, working in full sun). Our battery was old and spent, and the new battery that Kyle installed was actually less expensive than we could buy at our local parts store! Kyle clearly appreciates his employer, Loyal Towing, because he had many good things to say about the company. I hope Loyal Towing knows what a gem they have in Kyle!

When my tire blew on the freeway, Jonathan did such a great job communicating with me to let me know how long the wait would be, and on top of that, he got there really quickly. He made sure to get me settled safely in the truck, offered me some water, and got my car loaded up crazy fast. He was really engaging to chat with on the drive to the mechanic. If I ever break down in this area again, I would definitely use Loyal towing.
Kyle needs a raise and a paid vacation. My first call for AAA help and Kyle raised my expectations for help not only did he have a amazing positive attitude the whole time. He was on a mission to find out what was wrong with my car even asking questions to hone in on the issue and when it was resolved he made sure that my worries were gone and my car was safe to drive again. 10/10 need all my AAA help to be like Kyle.
I called my car insurance for roadside assistance. Max from Royal Towing arrived within 15 minutes of my request. He was very responsible and knowledgeable about the issue, and he helped me start the engine in less than 5 minutes. He was extremely professional and such a big help, especially since I am not from Davis. Thank you, Max!!!
Car went and died on me, very frustrating. Loyal Towing came out to help me get it home. They came out to Davis from Sacramento at 10pm and got here super quick. I didn’t quite catch it (I have terrible hearing) but I think the driver’s name was Tom or John - he was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Got me exactly where I needed to go and helped me park the car too. Could not have asked for better tow service!
Completely Exploitative. We were quoted $350 for a 5 mile tow. Then charged $800. They have changed their story multiple times. They started by getting our car confused with a different car, then corrected their story and claimed it took 2 hours when I watched our car loaded in under 20 minutes. DO NOT USE
Our company has used this company several times and the drivers and office staff have wonderfully helpful. They even saved our customer having to tow his vehicle, by showing him a trick to get his car to start with a weak fob. They could have just towed it and said nothing. Good people.
Robert helped us with a flat tire, towing our car off the dangerous freeway and replacing our flat all in less than an hour. He was extremely prompt, respectful, and patient with us and even provided us with suggestions on how to get home safe and fix the tire. If such an accident occurs again I'll be sure to contact Loyal Towing through AAA again. Thanks again Robert!
These guys have earned their name. They took a little extra time arriving but continued to troubleshoot my hybrid vehicle until they found the problem. Yang was the tow driver and he definitely went the extra mile!
I would give zero starts if I could. Beware if this predatory and scammer business. We called a tow truck having AAA roadside and once they got there they confirmed it would be covered. Once we went to pick it up they charged us for 2 hours ($540) for towing service even though the accident wasn’t even 30 mins away. The manager, a blonde lady, kept arguing with us for 30-40mins when we were trying to explain we had AAA and her driver had confirmed it was covered. After 40mins she said they were closing in 10 mins and if we didn’t get another tow truck to get our car she would charge us an additional $135. Said and done, she did not give us 10 mins of grace period and we had no other choice other than to pay it it they wouldn’t give us our car back. I cannot express how bad of an experience we had. Cold hearted, liars, money stealers and bad people all around. Avoid at all costs
The tow driver I gotten his name was Robert and he is a nice and amazing person. My car is modified and low so he when he was attaching the hooks and pulling up my car he made sure to go slow and easy to not mess up my back diffuser and not to pull my bumper off next time my car is stuck in Sacramento again i know I could trust this company with my car
If you need a tow do not contact this company and if you use roadside assistance and they inform you this is the company help you request a new company. I sat on the side of the road for 40 minutes waiting for them. After 40 minutes they called my Insurance Company and told them they can no longer provide the tow and cancelled. It took my company 5 minutes to find another company that will be here in 60 minutes. If I would have known this company was not coming I wouldn’t have wasted time and my tow truck would have been here faster. Call Mach One instead.
Didn't charge me to come back after I misplaced my keys told me to my bank when my card didn't work. The driver was nice and Courteous. And it was the cheapest service in town only $123 compared to 180 to 300 dollar ratio compaied the 1st 7 tow companies i called and even filled my flat tire before puting on the flat bed.
I had an amazing experience with Loyal Towing. I love how fast they were and how friendly. Sa made me feel at ease and he was so nice. I would highly recommend this place.
Excellent tow drivers TERRIBLE receptions who over staff the tow drivers and falsify times. The Tow Driver Robert was friendly professional and very informative helping me diagnose potential issues with my car as he towed it. Would hire him in a heartbeat any company would be lucky to have him. Total go getter.
Desk receptionist was unprofessional Talked over us. Christina gave the worst service and said we would have a tow Told us we would have a tow in an hour and that we were next. Waited an hour said the same thing. Said the same thing again whe i called 2 hour later said the same thing. We questioned what the hold up was and then she started complaining to us about its not her fault they're busy when they in fact are responsible for dispatching drivers and coordinating logistics
Long story short. I'm a car guy,coming back from sac area hedging home to grass valley close to midnight my car broke down. Called aaa they sent out loyal towing. They could tow my baby home. Due to the distance and staffing. I get that now days due to no one wants to work anymore. They towed my bronco to their yard overnight and dropped off first thing in the morning. I do not ever leave my cats anywhere overnight I don't trust any one with my cars. It came back exactly like it was. Mike and Rob were my drivers both very professional and super nice. They make me feel comfortable with the situation. Thank you greatly. Would recommend any time. They were very prompt as well.

Didn’t even actually get a tow, let’s start there. Gave me an option that I didn’t need to be by present but talked to guy and I guess he needed me there ( why give the option but ok). We talked, I told him I may be 20 min (just extra time space just in case any accidents or what not) but was actually 8 min and when I got there he was gone with a note on my car.
I just want to say if you didn’t want to wait, that’s fine just tell me so I’m not rushing to the spot to be even more frustrated. Sounded like a young boy with no customer service experience because he couldn’t even communicate that.
This company is the worst the worst I've ever had dealings with. There customer service on the scale to 1to 10 is a negative 1. I don't suggest for anyone to deal with Loyal Towing.
Horrible service ,rude poor people skills . Eventually this company will sink . I will be contacting my insurance company and telling them my experience.
Was dispatched by my insurance company put in note that I would not be with the car and where to get the keys… got a call that they were there and waited for 2 hours finally got a call from the mechanic that the car never got picked up when I called loyalty the lady said that the owner must be with the vehicle… when in the notes I had said I wouldn’t be waste of time and the lady who answers the phone was really rude
Worst experience I’ve ever had! I waited for over an hour and a half and then called to check on the ETA, the “supposedly manager” was rude and just said “it’s going to be another 35 min” and than called again and they decided to CANCEL my towing because they thought I was rude. 2 hours of my life gone, I experienced better customer service in Africa, these companies shouldn’t exist
Driver never came down the road to the address PROVIDED! I saw the driver and tried to wave them down. Instead of coming all the way to the address or even drive down the road, they turn around and drive away! The dispatcher was just as clueless and didn’t care to resolve this problem after I waited on them for over an hour. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I’m disappointed with their towing. When the car finally arrived at my house I showed the driver a 30foot by 10 foot space to pull my car (we don’t have sidewalks), then went to bed because it took them so long to arrive. In the morning the car was hanging halfway out in the street at an angle. I called for 3 days, manager kept promising to send someone out. They never did. Terrible.
