One lady only works low motion and doesn't respect anybody. The manager just walked around.Look at everything and not doing anything not helping not making any change.

Truly excellent experience at this auto dismantling and parts yard. I had the pleasure of interacting with Römé, a very capable and professional customer-facing representative; she went out of her way to help me in my search to locate a very specific part from a specific vehicle. Following my successful parts search, she was kind enough to go into detail showing me some of the available used cars for sale on the premises, ones in which I had expressed potential interest. Römé's high level of competency in customer service-based interaction deserves acknowledgment and compliment; her positivity, professionalism and knowledgeable facility in both nteracting with customers and a willingness to go above and beyond to help find and answer to your questions, all delivered in an accommodating and respectful manner is a clear asset to this business, and one which created an instant and noticeably positive impression. It is an admirable reflection on her character and work ethic.
Businesses' reputations and longevity are predicated upon the professionalism and customer experience provided by the people who staff those very businesses, and it is encouraging to see that such a competent and quality individual as Römé is part of the team at this location. I am sure the rest of the staff is equally worthy of high regard, though due to my brief and limited interaction with the others working on that particular day I was not able to acquire their names. I will certainly say that they were also very nice and helpful, and objectively there exists a wide availability of vehicles from which to source parts or projects. This location is definitely worth your time to patron :)
I have visited all your area locations and can say with confidence that Rome, Amir, Dolce, and Kevin are much better in customer care than all the rest. They should be thanked by management for doing the job better than expected.
Went in last Saturday, ended up getting charged for 3 hood hinges when I only bought 2. When I went in to get a refund, I was told "corporate policy is no cash refunds"
Now if I made the mistake, I'd be fine with the store credit I got back. But when an employee makes the mistake, and now I'm out my money and left with store credit? That's messed up.
Stay away from this location.
the girl who helped me must have not known much. wont be coming back here once i figure out how to get my $360 back for some bent rims. oh and she didnt even run my vin so the rims dont fit my car. when i called to get my situation solved she put me on hold and never returned. great job supervisor who knows nothing about cars yet you work at a pick and pull. ok. apparently they hire anyone

Not recommend at this place the people working here are just standing and not helping customers very bad customers service.
The black lady in the front had a disgusting attitude, not to mention she was also being extremely lazy and refused to help saying they were closed. Mind you last opening is at 5:30 for summer schedule (which they’re on now) and It was only 5.
take your business elsewhere … front 2 ladies aren’t helpful and just play solitaire on their computer!! They aren’t respectful when talking to clients and both have disgusting attitudes!!
Went to get a throttle body, and they tried to charge me extra for a mass air flow sensor. Price went from $80 to $152. Told the cashier that what he was referring to as a "mass air flow sensor" was the electric throttle motor and is part of the throttle body. After being silent for a minute, he tried to argue that it was a mass air flow sensor while showing pictures of a completely different part!
Update: Went to the Rancho Cordova location and they charged me appropriately. Mather is a scam and I won't be coming back.
I went there yesterday to get a hood for my ride and put it on in the parking lot and then cleaned it as the station then went to the pic n put on happy lane and to the one in rancho and I took a picture of the hood after putting it on and some one must have changed it well I was in the yard because the one I got didn't have any dents and pictures don't lie people do but I got 30 days to get a defrent one watch your vehicle because when you're not looking someone can be tampering with it and tampering with someone's vehicle is a serious offense keep your eyes open.
This is a very bad place! They charge very high prices for old parts!!! Plus you take them off yourself!!! I wanted to buy two shock absorbers for the trunk there, they were not in the best condition! At the checkout the seller asked for $35.99!!!!! They must be crazy!!!!! I opened the Amazon and eBay app for him and showed him the price of new ones, it’s $20-25!!!! He told me it doesn't matter my price is 35.99!!! You guys are crazy!!!!! This was my last time I went there and I don’t recommend this place to anyone!!!!
Was here to retire my vehicle as part of California BAR(Bureau of Automotive Repair) program to retire vehicles that don't pass smog. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole process from state application, acceptance, and turn in. This Pick n Pull on Happy Lane is bright and clean. Monique helped me over the phone and was pleasant and helpful. She also inspected my vehicle and handed me my check from the state. The whole process took about 40 minutes. First come first served. No appointments. She was very nice and made the process less scary. I'm glad she is there to help.
I was in dire need for a 1st car for my 16 year old son. Just by chance I ended up at PicknPull on Happy Ln in Sacramento. I met an employee named Margaret. She went above and beyond the customer service I expected. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, with great insight and I ended up finding the perfect car. GO SEE MARGARET FOR ALL OF YOU AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS!!!!

We wanted a part for our car and we found the right part on the website. We made sure it was still there so we called the shop and they said it was still available. We drove from SF to Sacramento just to find out that they didn’t have the parts we needed.
Would not recommend coming here if you are looking for specific parts for cars. Don't trust them.
Workers have an unnecessary attitude and they say they’re closed by 4:30 when they’re supposed to be open until 5. If you wanna do that then change your hours goofy. If anybody still wants to go after reading this you better go early or they’ll kick you out.
Neither of us had gone to a used parts place like this in over 25 years, and some places DO pull SOME parts and charge a little more. But the woman who was behind the counter Thu 9/7/23 was so rude, we immediately left. Make sure you know exactly how to do it before you get there, because she didn't have any patience even though we were the only ones there. The young man working with her was pleasant. Also, they wanted $60 for a used window, plus $2 to get in, with no guarantee the part is still there. We ordered a brand new one for $120, free shipping, and if anything is wrong with it, it'll be replaced free, in addition to a 1 year warranty. We even saved on tax because we paid for our home address in Sacramento and not for Rancho Cordova's higher local tax. Won't waste our time or gas & tax money in the future (no offense, City of Rancho Cordova, we've seen some of the improvements and we voted for Ken Cooley).
Very clean and well organized, easy to find relevant vehicles and the helpful staff gives you a printout with the locations of all of the relevant vehicles upon your arrival. Extensive selection, very good prices. My go-to parts place for hard to find replacement parts.
Went by today to look for some interior parts for my Honda pilot. They had multiple vehicles that were compatible to choose from with a variety of parts left in great condition. The front desk lady Margaret was extremely friendly and helpful and Mikey even came out and made sure we had ice cold waters as its the middle of a summer heatwave. Both employees were knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond for us(:
I spoke with Jen from Pick n Pull call center located in Sacramento. (I went online to Clunker Junker to get quotes for my vehicle. Jen was the 1st to give a quote & was $50 more than the next offer)
She was well-spoken, super polite, and patiently waited while I collected my documents, answered all of my many questions, and gave me extra helpful tips to help make sure everything went smoothly. Jen is definitely the best call center person I have ever spoken to. I want to recognize her for being such a wonderful person to her customers. Thank you, Ms. Jen! Usually, it is a hassle to speak with call centers, but you made the experience pleasant and easy she spoke to me like a friend, and since she sold her car the same way, was able to give the best advice.
Thanks to Jen and Pick n Pull, I was able to sell and have my vehicle towed the very next day. The tow truck driver handed us a cashiers check on the spot. I only needed to hand over the title and keys, because I had already gave all the other info like Vin, mileage, airbags, etc. to Ms. Jen over the phone on the previous day. So easy!
It's not worth coming out here. You can buy on ebay cheaper then driving out here sorting through there garbage and then being over charged. I spent a considerable amount of time looking for what I needed only to find out they wanted 86 dollars for a door pannel and lock assembly. After declining to par that and deciding to purchase only the lock assembly, she charged me 46 dollars for a lock assembly. I asked her why it was so much and asked her if she was charging me for an electronic assembly. She said no and so I paid it. After getting to my truck I look up on their website and it states that it's actually 23 dollars. Now typing this as I wait to get my money back, 10 minutes now for the manager to make phone calls and fill out paper work as she doesn't know how to do cash returns. It there policy to only give store credit... save your self the hassle and go elsewhere!
I contacted them by phone to get a price quote for a car. The staff was professional and friendly. But, the quote was somewhat less than the Kelly Bluebook website quote. Their offer is good for 72 hours, and they will come pick up your car. I don't remember if there is an extra charge for the pickup. I ended up selling the cat to a private party.
Was by far the BEST Pick n Pull that I've ever been to. Lot was clean and uncluttered. The bathrooms were clean and stocked and they had water stations to wash your hands...and yes, with good soap and paper towels!

I've been going there since they opened it's the only Pick-n-Pull I go to all around they're awesome helpful professional I've never had one issue. All the staff are great one in particular named Margaret always goes out of her way to help me she's always telling me the deals that they'll have going on throughout the week and any issues or questions that I have she's very knowledgeable and happy to explain policy deals issues etc. always has a smile very nice person congratulations on her promotion she deservesits it.....
A nice young lady by the name of Margaret was very helpful and gave me a very big discount. I got more than what I needed at a price that was easy on my wallet. It was my favorite visit out of the two I have had.
Your first time? The guys that work here are so helpful. Very professional and help in anyway they can to find what your looking for. It is a first come first pick off from the vehicle and lots of parts to look for. Unfortunately the car parts I needed got salvaged so fast they came in the day before and when I came in first thing morning it was down to the frame already. Good luck part hunting. Oh and make sure you bring your own tools to remove parts. Also, admission fee to enter as well.

Haven’t been to one in a hot minute and forgot you have to pay to get in. When you enter you sign a waiver form and pay at the clerk. I asked for inventory for a specific vehicle and Ryan helped me locate one.
My experience was great I got everything I needed for my truck and was able to fit it in my car. That includes my front bumper, driver side front mud guard,and both of the running boards for my Durango into my v-6 Chevrolet Camaro. From Sacramento up and past Oroville
Back Customer Service. There are 2 clerks working. 1 checking people in and 1 checking people out. I’m waiting in line to check in and the clerk checking us in starts helping the check out customers while the other clerk is also checking out customers. In the meantime there are 6-7 customers waiting to check in
