Terrible workers today very disrespectful and tried to start a fight with me and my mechanic made us pay for a part we brought to exchange and pocketed the money in front of us. October 4th 2025 during closing time. Then told us to never come back it was about 4 workers up front. We come here all the time and never had any issues. They must have been coming down off drugs. Hopefully management gets to see this and does something about there workers.

I stopped by a few weeks ago looking for a part for my 2011 car. Since I’m not planning to keep the car much longer, I didn’t want to spend a ton on a brand-new part. Someone recommended checking this place out, and I’m glad I did. I got helped pretty quickly. I told them what I needed and he pointed me in the right direction. They even offered to pull the part for me. I paid a little extra for that, but totally worth it since I wouldn’t have been able to get it myself. The whole thing was smooth. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Also worth mentioning—the staff. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and seemed like they actually enjoyed working there. Now I know what to expect next time. Would definitely come back if I need anything else.

I looked on the website for the type of Ford F150. I was looking for 4 wheel drive. I contact their office over the phone. They could not tell me any information beyond the fact that it was f 150.

I was looking for a battery for my 2015 accord and Rod was very helpful. He quoted me a way cheaper price than what i was going to pay at a store like autozone. He also helped me locate where to go to find the battery i was looking for. Good customer service and great pricing you can’t beat that !

Friendly staff for a rough neighborhood. Went to find a door handle for my old toyota celica and they actually had it. Staff directed me on how to get to the car. This place is huge. Used to go to the location in stockton, and now come to the Sac one since its closer.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have been calling for 3 days with a promise of a call back 3 different times, not once did I get a call back. I waited 2-4 hours for them to “call their driver” “run VIN through DMV” I was asked to text a picture of junk slip which I did and not one of the 3 people I spoke with could ever find it. I was given a useless reference code because nobody could use it to find my paperwork. Fast forward to today tow driver comes to get the vehicle and hands me a check with my middle name as my first name. I take it to Wells Fargo and I’m told this business has it set up to where you CANNOT cash their checks you can only deposit them. I called and spoke with JACKIE who cut me off spoke over me telling me I had to wait an hour before I could take the check to the bank. Seemed like I ruined her day for the 3rd day in a row. Finally she let me speak as I explained what Wells Fargo had told me. She then states if you want cash come to our office. Literally will NEVER use these people again. Miserable all hate their job. Not one ounce of customer service in JACKIE at all. I would take her off the phones. I’m sure she’s the manager or something those always seem to be the ones on power trips will see when I pick up the cash. Update: the response is so far off what happened lol. I was NEVER told anything about waiting an hour before cashing the check first of all, secondly Wells Fargo said you have the account set up so it cannot be cashed it has to be deposited. As far as calling every 30 minutes I will happily provide the call log that shows how long I waited for a call “right back” over 3 days! The pick up window was from 8am-5pm I live over an hour away. So saying you were unable to provide a smaller window is a lie because your driver called me an hour and a half before there was nothing wrong with that part but the deflection is loud and clear. I see where the poor customer service stems from when management responds this way it’s no wonder your staff does as well.

Got here from long way 22 miles As per there google maps update showing me closing 6pm and I got here 05:28pm and they didn’t let me in they said we’re closing in a minute which is 05:30pm I requested them but they didn’t let me me in even I told them at least I’ll have a look at the car if it has the same part the I’ll come tomorrow it just take me 5 minutes but nothing works. Very disappointed Then at las they gave me paper how many cars and colors we have thank you for that

I don't normally do this, but this yard randomly ended up with a rare exotic car that myself and the community of owners couldn't not pursue. On the second visit there, we were connected with Bonnie, who has apparently been in the dismantle biz her entire life. She took the time to listen, understand what was up, and was more than willing to negotiate with someone from out of state who wanted the shell AS WELL as working with us for picking specialized parts at 100% fair u-pull prices. I remember when this was the old Stockton Blvd pick-n-pull and I will say that Bonnie and her crew have really upped the game! Thanks again for all the help!

Sold them a car through a third party out of state company. It took a little bit of phone tag but they got a driver to pick up the car I wasn't on site when the driver showed with my check I was able to go pick up my payment on a Saturday and didn't have to worry about going to the bank to cash a check. They have a onsite ATM that they utilize for quick payments Thanks Amy for saving me a trip to the bank

Sttaff is rude the prices are extremely high but they had the part I needed. Got home and the part was defective they would not exchange. I went to a shop that pulls it for you and it was cheaper then having to pull it my self. I definitely would not recommend .

I spoke with this same company however two separate locations. I first spoke with receptionist located @ Stockton CA. Very professional and great customer service, all around 5 stars. I was very disappointed in contacting this same company in Sacramento because the front receptionist was very rude and lazy. I’m a repetitive customer who usually buys from the Stockton location and I was interested in a part on one of the cars in the yard and the lady mentioned she couldn’t assists me on any info it the Mustang in the yard was automatic or manual. It is a shame to have to take my business elsewhere under poor customer service, I hope this issue gets resolved with better customer service. Especially to those who are commuting from a distance to receive parts, best of luck to this business.

Today is 11/19/2024. I came in a little late today at around 4:07 to grab a door for a Honda Accord. I was able to take the door off and onto the wheel barrel at around 4:45, that's when a skinny Mexican kid in a black hoodie with a bullhorn blaring the emergency siren while at the same time, kept on telling me to grab my tools and leave repeatedly. Mind you I had already taken the door off and onto the wheel barrel and all I had to do was head to checkout, it would've been the easiest $100 dollars they'd make. The kid was standing maybe 20 feet away in the same aisle I was, bullhorn still blasting away while repeating the same sentence over and over and over again. Its kind of comical now that I think about it. Frustrated and super annoyed because this idiot was standing so close to me with the bullhorn while staring at me struggling to position the door onto the wheelbarrow. I finally made the decision to abandon the door and leave. I'd figure if these employees are more concerned about getting off work on time than helping a customer complete his purchase then I shouldn't be giving my hard earned money to people who don't care. But ultimately its the establishment that gets punished for their behavior, sad part is they'll get a pay check regardless of my purchase. On the way out I was greeted by a older white lady who wanted to check my bags and I told her about the idiot with the bullhorn, her reply was "we are trying to leave on time." I looked at my watch 4:53.... 7 minutes left before actual closing time. On the bright side, their incompetence saved me almost $100 bucks. Thank you.

I went here for a tire. They didn't charge me to go in for that, which was nice. The employees told me where to go for tires and let me know that the tires are all $10 - wow! The tires are well organized by rim size. I found the one I needed that even had quite a lot of tread left, and I was out the door for $11.39. The employees were kind and helpful and I couldn't believe the great deal I got. I'd highly recommend this place for tires!

I went to iPull-uPull Auto Parts Sunday afternoon on Stockton Blvd. I signed up for the membership and the tool raffle, the employees were very nice and helpful. They gave me a free car wash coupon for Quick Quack Car Wash. I also got to spin a wheel and won a very nice straw hat. The parking lot was clean and looks to be restriped,it really makes a difference. Also there are new signs explaining how the new auto parts center works. As I went home I received a phone call saying that I was the winner of a tool set. I drove back and received a 103 piece tool set with the case, I was very thankful. I did want a Tshirt, although I believe they gave them all away before I was able to get one. Looks like a great place to shop for Auto Parts, I will go back again in the near future.
