I went here for a tire. They didn't charge me to go in for that, which was nice. The employees told me where to go for tires and let me know that the tires are all $10 - wow! The tires are well organized by rim size. I found the one I needed that even had quite a lot of tread left, and I was out the door for $11.39. The employees were kind and helpful and I couldn't believe the great deal I got. I'd highly recommend this place for tires!

Extremely frustrating experience. My husband and I have been going here for years and have never had a problem until now. They were going to come pick up one of our cars we had just bought from a guy but turns out we aren't going to fix it cause it needs a new engine, front end was smashed and whatnot. We send a photo of the pink slip to the representative who's helping us out and they say this pink slip isn't going to work because there's an error. We ask what error and they say it's because the signatures of buyer and seller look similar. That we would need to go track the seller down and get a written note and I'm assuming with his signature, however, his signature will still look the same. Like should I be taking a video of him signing the note to prove it's his signature? Also, from my experience, most men's signatures are scribbles. Even looking at the sign in book at iPull-uPull, it's a bunch of scribbles, not to say there is anything wrong with scribbles. I even tried to tell the lady how there are multiple differences between my husband's signature and the sellers signature, even said we can bring in stuff he's signed from years ago proving this is his signature but instead the lady said we were being rude and didn't want to help us. All because a signature looks likes another, they are not the same signature at all but because it looks similar, they want us to go to DMV to register it in his name and pay for that just to get the car to a salvage yard. Doesn't make sense to me.
