The best service I have ever received! We were able to get in quickly & get our leak fixed right away! The guys here were amazing & had great personalities to go with their expert knowledge & professionalism! This is the only shop I'll be using for my RV needs!
It was a claustrophobic mess there was stuff everywhere it was amazing I loved it!
They have everything you could ever want and more it's just a challenge of finding it and be prepared to get a little dirty That's okay though.
I asked for a roof rack out of stainless steel or aluminum. What I got was metal pipe that rusted in 3 months. Have called and left messages as well as emailed with no response. I had to remove the rack so it doesn’t cause rust marks when it rains. I even offered to buy the aluminum rack and they install and we’re even. No response. :(
This place is barely able to stay in business let alone stand by their work. You’re better off going elsewhere.

Came all the way from the east bay for this window off a airstream argosy and it was worth the drive. Can't remember the name of the gentlemen who helped us but he was friendly and very helpful in getting the extension cord to reach where the trailer was located. Thanks again !! Although I sadly left our aluminum stool behind :(
Although they have new items for sale, most of their stock consists of hard-to-find used items at a great price.
They carry items that are no longer available for retail at other locations or online.
The staff is incredibly helpful and patient.
Very accommodating people. Injoyed my time there and they had all but one thing I was after. They will be my go to place for MOTOR HOME PARTS. Prices are reasonable also.
This guy gets most of his RV for free or next to nothing but tried charging me $1200 for a 1970's trailer then said the stove was brand new along with some other appliances then said the things he just list would be removed once I purchased the trailer.. He also acts like he cares about the community & or the homeless but in fact he does not even like them & even has a video blog that does interviews pretending to care or be concerned but really to shame & to me seems as to be making fun of them in a way plus the captions before or during the videos assist my beliefs of him being a fake devil but no1 makes complaints about him having people live in rvs on his property I'm just wondering what the difference is that then a homeless person in a RV bias and 1 sided but it's gotta be something in North Sacramento water supply cause these people in North Sacramento are a different type of "uck"!!
This is truly a hidden gem in the city. Any and everything to do with RV'S new and vintage, thus is a one stop shop. If they don't have what you need they will guide you to who/where does, these people are approachable, respectful and I love doing business here. All things Rv's new and vintage this is the place.
Buys RVs cheap than resells. Good experience overall but my RV had the generator yanked from it and I didn't know till after sale. My mistake for not doing a total inspection.
Billy and the other guys at RV Dr. George did and awesome job on putting on a new awning and fixing my generator and checked all of my appliances. Thanks so much @
These are really good people. I called about my dad's RV and we received great customer service from Eden in the office. She even exchanged emails with me after hours because the matter was somewhat urgent. When we arrived, Billy, the owner, came out to look at the RV personally. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with my dad. The tech that came out to inspect it was very helpful as well. They provided great service and were very easy to work with. I will definitely be reaching out to them again when the need arises.
Excellent service, reasonable price, had a professional repair & replacement of failed refrigerator unit today on my 2018 Forest River- David Smedstad came by same day, promtly found affordable replacement unit and got the job done to my satisfaction. Even hauled away the broken old fridge at no extra cost.
This place is a RV owners dream store. They have almost everything there for most Motor homes and travel trailers. Most of their stock is used items still in relatively good shape and they also have a good selection of new items.
Make sure you know exactly what you need for your RV. The workers there just don't have the time to try and find the right parts for everyone projects. Thats on us. Take pictures, better yet, bring in what ever parts you need replaces and find the exact item you need.
Their prices are a little high on some items. I consider it a convince fee for us because we need it, they got it.
The owner didn't have the right sheet metal I was looking for so he called a local business owner down the street who had exactly what I needed and sent me there to buy what I needed. That was really helpful and he earned my future business for sure.
I love going there, there's so much variety to look over. I have to make sure to stick to my list so I don't go over budget. One item I would like to see more available there is freezers. Can't seem to be able to catch up with the days that this store has them in stock. One employee said they go fast when they do get a shipment.
Although they couldn't fix our brakes on our trailer, they did tell us what was wrong and gave great advice. They were helpful but couldn't due the job due to the lack of parts and the limited availability during the Labor Day Weekend! They gave us life saving tips by warning us not to drive on it until it's fixed.
As a victim of the Camp Fire, we had a trailer my family was living in that needed some repairs. RV Doctor had what we needed and was awesome at pointing us in the right direction where it was. Selection looked to be old and new parts. Gave excellent advise over a battery issue we were having. I know I'll be making the drive back down when I need something for our trailer.
Very responsive team and honest estimates! Came in with 3 issues and the repair team along with manager were able get me out of there less than one hour.

My husband is out looking for parts for our vintage trailer and says we will never, ever shop at RV Doctor George. He parked and walked up toward their door where someone working there was talking to another person. As he approached they finished their conversation and the worker shut the door and locked it. The sign says open but clearly they are not interested in providing service. We are long time customers of Allied Trailer Supply who recommended we check with this place for some harder to find items. And businesses wonder why so many people only shop online anymore.
First off they are rude and dont want to talk to you. If you need a part get ready to dig threw their whole shop and waste 2 hours of your life just to find out they dont have the part and if you find the part youre paying big bucks.They upcharge like crazy just because they have it in stock. No thanks id rather wait 3 days and save 200 dollars and have a brand new part. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS ITS YOUR LAST OPTION.
Nice folks, Very friendly!...Not a huge selection of "Good" RV's, but does have a decent amount of parts/accessories. It appears that they've been in business for awhile, so I'll bet he's a Good RV Doctor as well!
Down to earth guys. Dealt mostly with the service manager, forgot his name but he was great. Gave me a great quote for the damages on my toy hauler. Fast service too. I will call them first next time I'm in need of service.

Came to buy a small trailer that was listed for $400 online. When we got there the same trailer was listed for $1500. The owner, who was there (after showing him the ad that brought me down there) asked me if I can take off the lot now? I said No, but can buy it and pick it up in a bit. He said to come on back in a bit with a truck and it's yours. So, I came back and it is listed as $1000 this time. Sales lady said their was an issue with online pricing .The young lady then tried her best to explain to me that people were hacking into their FB account and changing the prices. I looked at her thinking... WOW. She couldn't get ahold of the owner, couldn't find the title either. But said it was $1000 if I still wanted it but he might go down on the price. I just walked out the door and wasted an otherwise perfectly beautiful day. Poorly ran business with sketchy business ethics.
Was not impressed as a first time visitor. We were not greeted and had to seek out assistance. The person in the office was in a hurry to leave (she told her coworker in another office this, in front if us and another customer). We showed her what we wanted and she told us to go out back on the left side. Again no in was outside to direct or help us. We then come inside after not finding what we were looking for and finding a small vent to buy. The only person to now help is the former lady from the back office. She wasn't able to ring us up because she didn't know how to use the cash register and the person in charge was still on the phone chatting with someone about health coverage, on the speakerphone for all to hear. I'm sure we could have found a lot more to buy if we could have just been helped properly. Disappointed we no plans to return.
Not even sure where to begin... contacted them to fix or replace the two levelers on the back and a few random repair jobs. Won't name names but the guy they sent would only take cash so he wouldn't "have to claim it". They are now claiming he is not connected to their business but yet he said he was. Was a bit creepy - kept telling me how easy it was to break into RVs and how he had a key to anyone's RV. Didn't finish the job and actually left with one of my tools. Kept lying to me about when he'd come back day after day then called and started acting crazy talking about my roof (was never one of the jobs I wanted him to do), promising me someone would be out in the morning to finish the job. No one ever showed, guy still had my tool. Contacted the office again who said someone would be out in the morning, then they said in the afternoon, then around four or five said the guy would probably be leaving shortly - surprise surprise never showed. Original guy had been installing locks on my storage bins and literally left the back bin with the latch removed and no lock put on so I couldn't even close it - even though I already paid him to complete the job. He also lost one of my locks.
The owner finally came out, seemed like a decent honest guy. Promised to do all the work for free, including things I never asked them to do (I also never asked for free work) and starts messing around with my front levelers (I hired them to do the back levelers) has to bring in a welder for some reason. Owner is now annoyed he offered to do this for free so he tells me to find someone else to finish the job and backs out of his previous offer. Never even fixed the knob/lock his guy broke, although I finally got my tool back. With all of their messing around I am more unlevel/wobbly than ever and my back levelers - the ENTIRE reason I contacted these people - have actually buckled now and are completely not functioning. The owner sent me a text referring me to a "legitimate" service shop... so apparently even he doesn't think his shop is legitimate. This business is going under at this rate, take your money elsewhere. You literally can't even pay them to complete a job.
Great talented guy. Only RV repair who was willing to help me get my 1986 Class B Conversion RV's electric system fixed. And because he knew it was "home" for my son and I, he expedited the process! Wonderful human being!!
We bought a travel trailer over the weekend and was told we had a space for it around the corner someone lied to us so we had nowhere to park it. All we could do was park it on the street. The staff was so nice about it we were totally in their way and they put up with us for 2 days. Even moved us to the side of their building. Great folks!!!!
