Engine i purchased had more miles than what he said when I asked for vin of vehicle it was pulled from and checked service records it was over what he said. Then when the install was canceled they refused to accept the return unless I went online to their site spoke to someone and could only get store credit for their crappy little wrecking yard with nothing I need. Thanks for nothing be weary of shady wrecking yards like this.
Worst customer service and they overcharge you for parts. Juan should find another job, he extremely rude and unprofessional.
Scammers! Beware! Business is shady - As other customers reported. We bought an engine and paid core fee. Drove 2 hours to get core credit but was denied. Unbelievable! I’ve been in auto business 25 plus years and I know shop charge core fees because item is high demand and they need core to rebuild it but this place does it to make extra profit. They place hurdles and obstacles to make us work extra hard to core credit. Save the stress and money. Steer clear of this place!
