0 star i want to pick up car, that was taken from me, called 7 times lady said no record of car so I'm like sheriff and cho not telling the truth told her i had no keys to carry she finally said oh car is here, I ask if I can go get my things out , I don't no if if damage, she said yes and I can pay for it if I going to take it, waited 15min man came up said what u want he said no thys not going to happen being very disrespectful said lady didn't tell you. On of this .y daughter said yes sir he said I don't care , I'm loke what you talking about he said she told you to go get a key i said no she didn't i told her i had no key he said 27yrs I'm doing this i said let's walk back and ask her he said no she gone " he said you pay we closing now and walk off
Do NOT leave your vehicle in the hands of these people. They are thief’s and so unprofessional, they stole personal items from the car and denied everything when confronted over the phone. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Do NOT RECOMMEND!!

Harp was fantastic! He saved our butt after my husbands truck broke down at the Sacramento airport right in the middle of the parking lot. I'm so thankful he was able to get there quickly and talk with the airport in order to go get our truck.
They are straight out criminal. I paid them the full amount of $2000 for the tow and storage of my dad's RV and they refused to take it out of the yard or refund my money.
You're right it is incorrect, you aren't Chima's but an outside company that doesn't check it's fact's. No they didn't give it back to me and it's still sitting in the yard. After you said that you said they gave it back I called them and they offered to give me 2 more days to get a licensed tow truck to go into their yard and get it out while charging extra storage fees. But I couldn't find anyone that could help me just get it out of the yard. But because of the way they treated me I texted to let them know as much as a couple wanted to help me they weren't called for one reason or another. He tried to call me after my text and I ignored him because being called a liar and threatened, I couldn't talk to him again. And not being able to get help I finally broke and gave up. But then he text "if I tow it where do you want it". But by then I couldn't do anything except cry and try and keep the chest pains away. I couldn't look for a safe place out of their yard because I'm in the north area not South area, couldn't call my insurance for my roadside tow or even get a ride down there for the 3rd time. And this whole time being sick from the heatwave. So don't believe any of their replies to reviews they just get paid and don't even check the fact just try and give them more good publicity not actual company. And I hope you do try to sue me for slander like you said.
These are scammers who will keep your car for as long as possible to collect money from you. my car was towed on Saturday, I contacted them and asked for a list of documents in order to pick up the car, they replied that I needed registration, ID and details of the company who would pick up the car. I provided them with everything on the same day and received approval that I could come. As soon as my towing truck left Los Angeles and had already driven 200 miles, they started talking about some kind of permit. They hung up and didn’t want to talk to me. Although by law they must return the car at any time of the day based on the documents that I provided! In the end they didn't give me the car and I just paid the truck for a 700 mile trip. Saw this guy turn on a “no turn on red” and blocked traffic in the middle of the road. Pretty sure I saw him flip the bird to a homeless guy asking for money as well. Outrageous. Scandalous. This needs to be investigated.
Mr. Harp Chima's was very knowledgeable of his duty. You can tell that he was a Family man. He greeted myself and my sister with warmth & heart. He took care of our family vehicle with care, pushed it himself into our garage & shares goodbye hugs. We need more people like him in the world.
I know dealing with a towing company is not always.the most positive experience but here it's different, The 3 employees I dealt with were friendly and proactive but the Shining star was James! Knowledgeable, patient, and very service oriented he actually delayed his lunch break to help us! ( who does that nowadays) James is a big guy with a big heart. Just on this experience alone I highly recommend Chima's towing service. You can feel safe and secure with this company. True professionals
I would give 0 stars if I could. My truck wasn’t even there for 2 seconds, absolutely unempathetic, heartless. I had to do an emergency move since just getting out of the hospital and he didn’t offer any sympathy to my situation and charged me $637 for 1 mile of towing and not even a second through the gate.
The worst tow truck service I ever received, driver was extremely rude upon arrival. Then suddenly left saying he had a long day. Never got my vehicle towed...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
The tire on our rv was shearing off. We were in the middle of nowhere, and AAA refused to help. We called everywhere and Chima's was the only one that answered. Prompt and professional. Even sent an extra truck to give us a ride. THANK YOU CHIMA'S especially Aaron and James
Dispatch took my info quickly advised 40 minutes. James arrived in 25 minutes, 15 minutes later he had my car up and ready to go! Dropped myself and my little blue car off at home. A positive experience! Thanks James!
This place towed my car then refused to give me a receipt and refused to look up the record and is saying they never towed my car. They were extremely rude and drivers and worker in office were very hostile when we came in to resolve the issue. Drivers literally told us they would not look it up because they don’t have to. I will be filing a lawsuit.
Update** 2 weeks later - now that the attorney called them for the receipt of tow, the receipt magically appeared in their records. the reply to my review was a lie to make them look better because I did not remove my review once the attorney got the receipt from them. And no this is not getting taken down. Please work on your customer service
The person who answered the phone today 1/26/2022 at 12:30pm was very unprofessional. i asked her question regarding private towing, she argued that it did not belong to me. it's my property and i know what i'm talking about. i asked her for her boss name, and she refused to give it to me. Will let every one now in indian community how mis behavior she was.

Buyer beware, shady company! Looked at a lien car for sale, employee Matt quoted me a price of $1500. Went and picked up the cash from the bank and was told by Matt, that the owner now wanted to charge $3000.00 when I returned. Very unprofessional. Save your money and avoid this scam.
We hired them to help our customer, took them a little more time than expected but they helped our customer and we are grateful for it. They were always available for updates about service. Both dispatchers who answer our call were polite and helpful.
The tow truck driver was already in a bad mood so I sent him on his way. I rather deal with someone that has a better attitude . These guys are in the wrong business .
I was informed of a payment arrangement to pick up my towed vehicle could be worked out with one of the employees. They took my information; driver license, contact info, additional person for contact. I followed up later in the week to complete the process with a rude lady named Monica and she was the most disrespectful and unhelpful person I've ever experienced. She should be fired.
If there was a, “NO STAR” option that would a be compliment to their service. They deserve so much less! The level of disrespect shown by this company should be illegal. Calling for a quote shouldn’t leave a long lasting distasteful impression. This company couldn’t probe for the information to produce a quote without displaying numerous counts of unprofessionalism. When you as for a supervisor you expect a turning point or some type of redemption to salvage the company’s name. Unfortunately when I spoke to a supervisor his words without a greeting were, “ What are you expecting from a supervisor? “ I can’t speak for everyone, but if you’re calling for a tow you can imagine the reason why maybe extremely stressful. In conclusion, save yourself from an added stressor and inquire services elsewhere.
A courtesy call from when driver leaves the yard to be charged for that time should be done by Chima's dispatcher. Drivers needs to learn customer service as they are representing the company.
I would never use this company. I had a customers vehicle who's brakes were locked up. Vehicle was 4 miles from my shop. The customers told the tow guy to put it on the flat bed but instead he put it on the dolly on the back of the truck. When vehicle showed up to shop the brakes were almost on fire. Rotors were glowing red hot and brake pads were melted. I told the tow driver the vehicle now needs new rotors and pads and whatever else it would need when I got in it. He said " you're an idiot they'll be fine when they cool off." called the main office to talk to a manager before I even think of paying the bill and they said stop calling us. So sheriif got involved. Needless to say I will see them in court. $90 tow bill for destroyed brake system!
