I was having a hard time finding a cylinder head for an old 4cyl Dakota, I looked at local shops and junkyards but they were asking for to much with no guarantees. I found premium used auto parts and was helped by John. He was courteous helpful and very knowledgeable, he was able to get the part out to me asap which was a huge relief. Very courteous, professional, and informative sales representative that took care of my needs immediately! Found the exact part for my BMW, and assured me that He would pick out an instrument cluster with no damage or marks on it even though it’s coming from a used car. I was very impressed with the service I just received on the telephone. Will use for used parts.

Ordering from this place was exceptionally easy. With superb service &John quickly responded to each of my multiple inquiries . Cathy also assisted with prompt, helpful responses. The high in Demand_ part I needed, a driveshaft for an '07 Chevy Silverado 1500, was double checked, re-confirmed, "shipped at sellers expense and arrived with no problems. Overall, the entire experience was a relief. I will certainly use this Business again when needing vehicle parts.

I WOULD NOT do business with these people. I ordered and paid $995 for a remanufactured steering column for a 1984 Chevy Scottsdale C20. The man told me it would be shipped the next day. Well, a week later, they shipped it which tells me that he lied about having one in the first place but he took my money anyways. When I first received the steering column almost three weeks later, the key was bent in half in the ignition. It was packaged horribly. When I went to straighten out the key so I could pull it out, the key broke off. I called about that and they asked me to send pictures and they would replace the ignition with new keys. I sent the pictures as requested and never received a call back, a text, nothing. Luckily, the key for my old ignition happened to work. Looking at the column after I got the key out, it looked weird to me, like the blinker switch was too low. I got it installed and sure enough it was. This has been a horrible experience from the first time I called and I absolutely regret purchasing this column from this dishonest business. The blinkers have stuck since I’ve had it. Now, when I turn on my blinkers, my wipers come on. I shut the wipers off then my blinkers stop working. Needless to say, they didn’t help me with this issues either. Talking to them on the phone is a bad experience as well. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They take your money and then they are done with you.

Complete dissapointment on every level. I ordered an insterment cluster that they said they had 4 to chose from on 01/26/2023 so i was expecting one to get shipped to me shortly. They texted me a week later.... Wednesday 02/01/2023 showing me 2 broken clusters -to chose from at full price. I requested a lower price for the damaged part, they said no, and I said no to full price broken parts. By the way it looked like the parts were broken on removal. Then he asked for one more day to find a cluster, I responed by saying call me tomorrow. He didn't call the next day so resumed my search for a cluster, found and ordered one. My newly ordered cluster from another vender arived on Monday 02/06/2023. Premium Used emailed me a tracking # on Monday 02/06/2023 with no other communitation, thats 5 days later - not one day.... I Texted them that monday saying that is not what we agreed upon and not to ship and refund my money. He then said that they would process the refund when the part arrives. The part shipment arrived a week later on 02/14/2023. I didn't open it and notified Premium Used fully expecting them to process a refund as they stated. I texted them on Monday and they said refund in process. On Wednesday 02/22/2023 they texted back stating, ship part back at your expense and with a $75 restocking fee. I order from Premium Used and paid a Premium price because they had one, and they were closer than others.... I paid them $175 with shipping.. I one that orderd elsewhere was $90 with shipping. Overall Premium Used missrepensited what they had, took a week to respond, wanted me to pay full price for a broken part and wait 3 weeks for a part that they said they had.... VS $90 deliverd in 3 days..... I'm still battling for a full refund.
