Good first time experience. Troy assisted me over the phone two days prior to me makin it there and explained what he needed from my bike so he could find a replacement since most vendors seem to not carry the part. He pulled it from the same model used bike from the back and sold it to me at discount. Kickstand foot for free. The little things. Very helpful. I'll deff be back.
Great service. If they didn't have the parts for my bike in stock already, they would order them for me, and always made sure to call me and let me know they we're ready to be picked up!
Great place tones of bikes and parts , super helpful staff let me dig through carborater bins told me up front prices , it's really refreshing when you find that cool guy/girl behind the counter that know what your looking for offers suggestions and we're you on the right track
This place is one of a few real motorcycle salvage yards. Lots of parts and lots of bikes for sale also. Staff is knowledgeable and pretty personable. Not the easiest to find the right driveway in time but worth spending money there.
Was in search of a few hard to find parts for my 20 year old blazer. They had my parts in stock and had them pulled and in will call by the time I got there. The price was very reasonable. They even helped me load my parts! Great guys! Very personable and happy to give me advice on completing my project. Highly recommended!
Thought I'd try this place rather than buy off craigslist for some used parts for a project bike. I'll start out by saying that the staff was very courteous and helpful, despite it being a holiday weekend. (I'd be grumpy if I had to work!)
Between them, the staff knew the inventory pretty well. They didn't find what I needed right away, but after some conversation between themselves and a few trips to the yard, they did locate exactly what I needed.
Negotiating price wasn't painful either. I had done my homework and knew walking in what a competitive price was for what I needed. When I asked "how much?", I was prepared to ID a couple of places where I could buy it cheaper. Then they named their price...which was right in the ballpark and exactly what I was prepared to pay for the part!
I'm sure I'll need need more parts as I continue to work on my project... and, based on my visit yesterday, I'll stop here first to buy them.
The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, especially when it comes to parts. They're very hands-off unless you ask for help, which I appreciate. The only downside worth mentioning is that the prices can be high sometimes. You'll pay high dollar for something with a salvaged title, which will have a very low resale value.
Overall the selection is pretty good. The store is about as clean as a motorcycle shop with linoleum floors can be.
I contacted this place via email looking for used Honda xr650r parts. While they didn't have what I was looking for in stock, they were willing to order what I needed from Honda..I would have given a higher star rating if they had offered some assistance in locating what I was looking for locally , but they did suggest ebay; a simple direction or idea of who offers, or who may offer used parts would have been fine with me
And, tho I felt slightly put off that I wasn't offered ideas for businesses that offer what I was looking for, I give them credit for having answered answered my email in the first place (and my follow up email, as well), suggesting eBay for a used parts search, and, though it did take a few days for them to respond to each of my emails, I do appreciate having received one.
Enduring poor customer service for many years. It seems to be their policy to not be helpful and to charge new part prices for used un-guaranteed parts. Occasionally you find yourself in a jam and you bite the bullet as there are few places to buy moto parts but I really try to avoid giving them my business. Order online if you have the time.
All you have to do is price the part to be a believer.
They have everything for older bike rebuilds or just whole bikes to boys for reasonable prices. This is a great place for finding hard to find parts that are no longer manufactured.
I went by in November and they had the engine I need. I paid $1100 and they never delivered the engine. I called over and over. The manager said they sold the whole bike to someone else after I had already bought the engine! He said he found another one in Fremont and was having it shipped to me. After months of calling and being told one story after another, I found out the manager was a liar and they had fired him. Now they have a new manager, he said there never was an engine in Fremont, and they would look for another engine. They said they couldnt find one after another month of looking (I found several but for more $$$$), now I have requested a refund, was told it would take a couple days.... a week later, still no refund. I should be charging them interest for the 7 months they have had my money.
Two guys behind the counter with absolute 0 personality between the two. I didn't even get to talk to a person. Just "interact" with a rude blob that was sitting behind a computer who's best response to "thank you" is "ok". And I was just nice and a good customer with a couple simple questions.
There are my go-to guys for the hard to find stuff. I'm on a classic bike and sometimes parts are tough to get when I really need them. Usually I call when I can't even find it online and they don't beat me up on the price. For those complaining about service, if the big bad motorcycle shop guys hurt your precious feelings, perhaps you aren't exactly cut out for motorcycle culture.
Great service with knowledge to back it up! I had even driven from Livermore and was $4 short for the part I was after and they let me slide on it! That doesnt happen everyday. Not down in Hayward at least! It is worth the extra drive to have quality service.
Very helpful in finding a 16” motorcycle front wheel. I was looking for a Pacific look of Wheel to put on my Vw trike . I did not know how to explain it to him but he was able to understand what I was looking for very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the parts that I need I would recommend them to anyone and I will use them for many projects
I have only been on the website, but wow they have got deals. Nice looking bikes with a big selection to choose from. If your looking for either Kawasaki, Yamaha, Honda or the King of all bikes Harley Davidson they have it.
They're great they take care of you real fast and I know exactly what you need when you tell me what you need I've been going there for years for motorcycle parts and now it's a Chevy place so I really loved it now

Got my 1997 honda cbr from them and runs perfect. Been about 2 years and I still love it. Great customer service, great price bikes, and Always helpful with questions in my experience.

Bought a KDX 220. Runs perfect. Only thing it needed was the front fender to be straitened. I have had no problems, but will update when I go to DMV. I have heard many people have problems at that point. Anyways, they are a great place to get bikes, riding gear, and some accessories. 11/10 would recommend to a friend.
Super quick I asked for an air cleaner cover and it was like he was waiting for me lol and the guy also has better prices for engine swaps than the near by locations, super helpful great guys
I love coming here. My fiancee James Douglass brought me to buy my first bike. Pt it on layaway... Yes they do layaway bt cs he got me a Infiniti 2007 I decided to take my bike off layaway and get the one he truly wanted. An guess what he has no idea its a surprise nxt month. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I could be in 5th s store all day. I love the set up. The bikes look good practically new. They have parts you need thet even order thm for you. He got his leather seat repaired looked new. The best 5 stars..www
Perfect service, they told us to wait 1 hour and a half to get the parts, but they just took 40 minutes. They ask you specific questions so you can get the right parts , love that
This business is convenient! It's like a Pick-n-Pull but they already pull the parts for you you just go in and pay for them. I would recommend. A little costly but the work.
Have all the right parts that I needed for my a v65 magna I looked all over the Internet and couldn't find the pieces that I need and I called them up and he was able to order them for me right away took about three days awesome great job you guys thank you
High prices for beat up parts, rude, arrogant and they act like they dont want your buisness. Fortunately for them they are one of the only shows in town. If you call for a part make sure they tell you the condition, allright means cracked and scraped.
I bought 2 bikes from them. They told me I could easily register it in Nevada. Far from easy and still not done. I go to Nevada DMV, wait all day spend gas and precious time. The paper work that Rancho gave me was screwed up in 3 places, DMV sent me back to Sacramento with nothing but a list of corrections to make. I went back to Rancho to return the bikes, they refuse rudely, and blame the DMV ladies with cursing and then finally realize the DMV was correct. No apology no compensation. They say they will correct the paper work and mail it to me. It's been 3 weeks still no paperwork. I'm left with a bike that isn't registered months after purchase. They seem to not care about losing a customer. I didn't read the reviews before purchase, wish I had. I am writing this to help another human avoid dealing with very poor customer service. Makes me want to spend my time on craigslist instead of a so called dealer.
Sold broken voltage regulator. Will not return or exchange due to their policy. I would urge you to stay away from this seller as they will always find a way to screw you over.
