The manager named Chavez sold me a transmission for a nissan titan here and it ended up not working when I came to return it he had an aggressive Attitude and didn't want to help us with the process and he had the same attitude with my mechanic over the phone this is bad customer service all the way around we waited a very long time which the return could have been done in a couple of minutes if it had not been for the boss being there, it could have taken longer!!! ( if you buy from here dont deal with Chavez he is to aggressive with customers )
I had an amazing experience with these guys. Starting with Jerry over the phone, he promptly supplied photos of a truck bed I wanted to swap onto my truck. They also worked with me on the logistics of driving out from Utah and accepted my old bed as scrap. Pricing was very fair- $500 for rust free bed with Retrax bed cover. Well worth the drive!
I called in and was placed on hold for 5 minutes (COMPLETELY FINE - being in c.s. I understand first come first serve) , when the employee answered after 5 minutes of waiting he gave me about 30 seconds of his time , I gave vehicle details he said they didn't have it BUT THEN asked what part , before I could even answer he put me BACK on hold for 3+ minutes . Needless to say great attitude (nice attitude genuinely a nice guy) but being on hold a second time shouldn't happen unless you're looking up the part or briefly putting someone else on hold .
It should be first come first serve to customers whether in person or on the phone . I def didn't appreciate being asked for further details of what I was looking for and being cut off and placed on another hold ~ I hung up and will be looking else where atp
I called to inquire about a car part and asked about the color, since I needed it to match my vehicle. Instead of answering politely, they were extremely rude and simply hung up on me. Very unprofessional attitude. I do not recommend this place.
Had the part I needed (8hp70 transmission) at the best price I found by far. Drove from Reno to pick it up. Transaction and pickup took approximately five minutes tops. Loaded it in my truck and I was off!
I really love this place. The prices were the most affordable pieces ever. I got the best service ever. Dont even get me started on the people who worked there they were the best and sweetest people ever they helped me no matter what and they were really patient to talk to. I am a girl and they still gave me the same prices that they gave to anybody and didn’t take advantage of me. I would recommend this place more than 1000 times and I’m definitely coming back.
This was the best auto dismantling store I have ever been to. The store was affordable and the service was exceptional. The people who worked there were very sweet and nice and also very patient with me.

Do not EVER buy from here! Sold us a transmission that didn’t work then we took them the car and they told us to add more oil. They then told us they’d send us another transmission since they don’t do cash back and that we wouldn’t have to bring the car back since we had to pull it back that way. Now they are saying they will not replace the part. Pathetic people to buy from!!!
We had an engine shipped to the bay area from SAD and what arrived was unusable (water in cylinder, cracked motor mounts). This shouldn't be an issue but... For months I called them and was told either I would be called back (never was), another engine was going to sent (never was) and that we were finally going to be refunded (didnt happen ). I'm mid 50s and have NEVER filed in small claims, but this business seems clearly incapable and or incompetent to honor even the most basic business practices and for my first time we finally filed suit; time will tell. I'm surprised others have had good experiences. Ed gives good phone (says all the right things, promises to take care of whatever, etc) but nothing comes of it. Buyer beware. :(

Unprofessional on phone. I told her make and model of my vehicle she is still asking me the size for the rims and tires after looking in their system. If you don’t know the size then why you are answering customer calls. She told me find the size first and call me back this was her answer
Horrible people most DISHONEST PEOPLE I seen in a long time . Total liers the counter lady as shameless as her boss . WARNING DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE BECAUSE IF YOU DO THEY ARE GOING TO STRING YOU AND SCREW YOU AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO. TOTAL DISGRACE TO SMALL BUSINESS. I WAS IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 45 YEARS AND NEVER SEEN NOTHING LIKE IT. They think they are doing business in Russia. I would walk 1000 mile before I buy anything from these coyotes. Actually people like these give coyotes a bad name . 250 mile round trip and a tank of gas and almost waisted my time almost all day for nothing.
Quoted me $175, then sends me a picture of a part that isn't even what I agreed to buy. A day after collecting my card information they tried to tell me it was actually $600! When I explained that other places have it for around $170 the rude lady told me "then buy it from them". Stay away from these scammers, I will be changing my card information!
My husband called to ask about a grill for our 2005 Dodge Ram and they quoted him $100. He drove over to pick it up and they told him it would be $150. He told them he talked to someone on the phone and they told him it was $100. They then told him that the lowest they would go is $140. My husband came home and we ordered a brand new one for $120 on Amazon. So much for trying to support local businesses. Beware of this company - they are not trustworthy!
this company is run by frauds. I purchased an engine for an acura MDX for the price of 2650 dollars. a month has gone by and they have never delivered the engine. they also have an excuse every day to not refund the money and are filled with false promises.
they have gotten to the point where we just get hung up on.
bottom line. paid money for a part never received and Sacramento auto dismantlers are attempting to steal the money. will be taking them to court to recover the amount and will be reporting them to the better business bureau
Never, under any circumstances use this company. We had an engine shipped to us that didn't work, it's been over 3 months and we still haven't received a refund. We are out $1,750. Constant run around with these people. Time for small claims...
This is a horrible place. I called and asked if they have parts I need and they said yes, I clearly explained I have newborn baby and I will drive one hour and 20minutes to pick up ( I asked pls check making sure that’s right and good part ) Eventhough I asked, they still sold me bad broken part and I called them back and said it is not working. The guy screamed at me telling the part he sold doesn’t have to be good part. They don’t care about what they sell to you because their policy doesn’t give you money back. If you don’t know about parts, they will play game with you! Basically their goal is to collect your money eventhough they don’t have right part. And tell you, policy is STORE CREDIT!!!! Where is human kindness. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
Be careful buying from this shady shop. When you go in to buy a part they will tell you its a 30 day warranty and you can get your money back. But a week and a half later they will switch their story and say store credit only. It's ridiculously scammy.
so I went in looked at a complete motor with harness everything but the ac compressor and the alternator. asked the guy if it comes with the throttle body he says yes so I paid him said I will take it . So then some old guy who works there starts talking to him in another language seemed upset. They bring the motor out to my truck load it up and when I get it home the wiring harness was all hacked up and the old guy had them take the throttle body off and the water pump . says in the receipt that it was included went back and asked for the parts wait 45 minutes the bring out some old crusty parts that did not come off that motor. They brought out another wiring harness and It was the wrong one. shady people definitely won't buy anything from them in the future.

Best Auto Parts Store To Go To. Just want to leave my honest opinion on here. Needed some parts for two of my car, one was a 2006 Ford F150 fender , they had it in stocked, pulled it off for me quickly. Had another car, a 2004 Honda civic i needed a motor, they had just got the car in, they tested the motor in front of me, and pulled it out the same day just to make sure i was i was a happy and satisfied customer. They have the best prices and they're cheaper then the dealer, The staff members were awesome helped me out with everything and answered all my question.
I drove over 200 miles in one direction to get to this place since they had a front seat and panel for my car. All it took was a few bolts to get out what I wanted. It took them a hour to get me pictures of the parts I was wanting. I waited for another hour then left after they told me they’ll have it ready in 45 minutes I came back an hour later giving them 15 minutes more and they still didn’t get the car off the rack. I proceed to wait longer with them saying they would have the parts in a few minutes, before I left they still never got the car off the rack. Not only did I leave unsatisfied, there were people others that left before I did without getting any part due to not receiving parts by the time they were told. Additionally, the part were pricy, but you can negotiate, but you’ll be luck if you ever receive the part.
I have ordered from over 20 part out places in the past and this is worst experience ever ordering auto parts over the phone/online. Didn't receive all parts as requested. They forgot to ship one of the parts and also lost another. Also the company overcharged me for shipping bigtime, and didn't even have a the correct size box. They literally taped 5 boxes together in order to get items to fit.
What a great place to go. We have been going there for all of our parts for the Honda's and Toyota's. They will sell you literally ANYTHING and at a fair price. The guy at the counter is super fast and very helpful and will find you what you're looking for.
It's easy parking, the store is very, very clean for what they sell. I would and I do go to them first before anyone else for our parts
