This place had every part I needed for my 2015 Chrysler 200 I went to Oreilly’s and was sold the wrong parts. I came here they had the correct hoses and the correct thermostat for my car. I definitely recommend checking this place out before waisting money at places like Autozone.
I've known this company for about 20 years and I have bought several motors and items here. Esteban, Big Ray and Larry have been holding it down and I was pleased to return for an item that, once again they had. 95 caravan a/c bracket. 30 year item and still getting supreme service. I bought a used motor for the same vehicle 13 yrs ago and still going strong. 455k. I have watched this company survive and they deserve longevity. Thanks always. Topcat.

They told me prior that they door would come with all attachments door panel etc with no extra charge if was attached then when I got there tried to charge me $75 extra false advertised I bought door anyway since I drove an hour to get there definite disappointing

I purchased a transmission from them over the phone and they sent me the wrong transmission And they didn't want to give me my money back and were super rude to me, calling me all sorts of names because I wanted my money back worst company and ever to deal with
My experience was all around positive and pleasant. I purchased a used motor with low mileage and it worked out perfectly. I’m back on the road and am truly grateful for the service the guys provided. They went above and beyond to help me as I am a female and not too familiar with vehicle parts. Thank you so much! Esteban was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about parts for Dodge. He was able to get my part and get me in and out quickly. Also the part together has was in immaculate condition (rear driver tail light) saved me a ton of money and time ordering a new one online. If I could give this place zero stars I would! I purchased an engine from this place, and the engine was bad from the firs time I purchased it and installed it. When I called the company to inform them about the problem, they asked me to send it back to them as they would "fix it". Once I sent it back to them and received it back after being "fixed" it was still giving me issues. I had to send the engine back more than 3 times and they could never fix it right. At the end I asked the company to give me my money back as I no longer wanted deal with a bad engine and this bad company. When speaking to the manager at the office he refused to give me a refund, and gave me an invalid excuse and refused to give me a refund. This company has no integrity, don't hold their mechanics accountable but instead will blame you and your mechanic when you ask for their support.
I also emailed corporate office up to 4 times, and they never responded to any of my emails.
The purpose of me writing this review is not to talk bad about anyone, I am just trying to warn others from making the same mistake I did. PLEASE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE, AVOID ALL THE STRESS AND HEADACHES THAT COME FROM SHOPPING AT THIS PLACE, AND TAKE YOUR BUSSINESS TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO WILL VALUE YOU.
It was the best experience. They had the part that I need and they were able to assemble it and spoke to me with such good manners and kindness I was absolutely delighted. I wish I could find a repair shop with people who behave the way that the staff and owner did toward me. It was a real blessing!
Five star, I called the dealership and other parts places. No one had the part for my wife's car for a reasonable price. I paid a good price and the part fit the way it should fit.

I Called this company for a set of wheels for my durango. They verified that they had them. I purchased them and when they didn't show up as promised, I called to see where they were. After talking to several people that didn't know what was going on. I finally found out that they sold they to someone else and never bothered to call and let me know. Absolutely unacceptable behavior! I will never call them again!
I bought a real nice hood for my car for a great price better than all the other places that offered me a hood online, and I had like over a dozen offers. I'm glad I went here. It's gonna be my go to spot for parts for now on.

Can't say enough about how great these guys are. I've used them twice. Both times their prices were way below the other places I checked. The last time I was there I left my wallet on the counter and left to go back to THoe. by the time I got home the owner found me on Facebook and let me know he had my wallet. It had several hundred dollars in it. I told the owner to please take $100 for himself and send the wallet to me. He refused to take any money and send me the wallet and a headlight I needed. It was in my position the next day
Larry was totally cool and helpful in getting the part I needed. Price was fair as well. Dealership was 3x what Larry quoted and the part was on back order 2 months at the dealer...

Looking for a cold air intake and this place had it. I am so happy. And the part was use by was in the car for couple of months. It was a good part too. I was looking for a use part it was like new. And it's not a knock off. It was a mopar part and he let it go for 60 dollars. Part like this it like 200 dollars and up. So happy. Just can't wait to get it in my car and see what's up.
I'm all the way down south in San Diego area contacted Escobar for an ECM unit for my 2000 Dodge Sport after searching all over San Diego county with nothing and in minutes he not only hand one available but I didn't need to flash it, plug and play, and the amazing thing no driving around 15 bucks and it was at my front door the next day. Best place for hard to find parts for Dodge and Chrysler vehicles. Sometimes not the cheapest but they have the part and can tell you the condition of the vehicle that it came off of. Needed a transmission for my 2001 Dodge Durango, they had in great shape with relatively low miles...almost 3 years later still going strong

Installed it, a few tweaks,was running smoothly ,Carl desk technician said you may have to have the ECM reset, if the engine light comes on and random code show up, 1 month later random code did show up,my mechanic was frustrationed, the engine light would come on every other day,he also said not all shops have the tools to update, took the car to the dealership,they update and reset ECM, it been two months no codes thanks Carl
i have purchased parts here many times over the years, from motors to taillights; they truly go out of their way to help. These guys are a great vendor.
