Needed a part from a scrapped car. Didn’t want to pay for new, these guys had it. Shipped it out same day at an amazing price and it arrived a day later and I live on the east coast. Henry & Sean (Or Shawn) y’all rock. If I ever need more parts I’m gonna come back.
I was looking for a windshield wiper motor because a new one was on back order until March. It’s been snowing and raining here a lot. Ours just broke during our first big snow storm here. It is pretty impossible to drive without working wipers in this weather. The communication was excellent. The part came quickly and very carefully packaged. It works perfectly. Thank you.
After going to mutiple pick n pull locations for a driver seat & ending up with multiple seats that were messed up from the elements, I finally found exactly what I needed & it was in perfect condition. I was led up stairs to pre inspect the seat before paying for it & there it was exactly as advertised on line & under a covered area protected from rain & mud with a pretty big selection of other seats.
The staff were helpful & honest. I definitely recommend AH.
Super helpful in getting me a part I thought I needed and very accommodating in leaving it for me to pick up after hours. Ended up not needing it and accommodated a refund.
Drove 70 miles to pick up the part and the part discussed over the phone was as advertised. They went over in detail about the part to make sure the fitment was correct. Also, they were very clear as to their return policy so I felt confident if there were any issues that it would be resolved amicably.
I didn’t want to have to write this, but here we are.
I strongly suggest not doing business with this company. They had more than enough proof that they sold me a faulty part, yet still made excuses not to return my money. Nothing stops them from boxing up bad parts and sending them to unsuspecting customers.
This is a zero-integrity company.
I purchased a catalytic converter from AH Parts that was defective. Despite providing video and written confirmation from a certified Subaru dealership, AH Parts refused to issue a refund because I no longer had the part, leaving me out of pocket for the purchase and installation.

We ordered an HVAC Airbox for a Lexus and it was packaged well with no issue to the packaging, however the part was broken. AH Parts acknowledged they shipped out a broken part to us. They only offered to refund $120 of the $250. with the shipping we paid a total of $450. So their screw up but I am paying for it?
I should have ordered it from them on Ebay where I would have had some protection.
I ordered a part & mistakenly thought it included another part I needed. When I received it & realized my mistake, I contacted AH for help. Shawn contacted me back promptly, apologized, even though it was my mistake, & shipped me the extras I needed at no cost! Amazing customer service.
I got hooked up with a battery. Good price no problems no issues with transactions. I had a great experience with Roman and I placed the battery in my ride and started up fine. It was a busy day while walking in but was taken care of in a timely matter. I would definitely do business here again. Ordered a transmission. Gave them my VIN they confirmed it’s compatible and even mentioned on the website that the part was compatible for my vehicle as well. Placed the order and the next day they tell me it doesn’t fit my car lol
Order received and it fit perfectly. Because it was exactly what I needed I was able to replace my broken camera in less than 5 minutes. You guys are great and if needed I will recommend and buy from AHParts again. The part you sent works great!
I bought a 2019-2020 Honda Civic Temperature Ac Heater Climate Control - 79602-Tba-A91zb this company on ebay. I never received the part. The company refuses to give me back a refund, eventhough it's clear the part was never delivered to my address. RIPOFF SCAMMERS
Why should I pay for something that I clearly didn't receive? USPS.COM tracking and delivery information clearly shows that it was delivered to the wrong address.
Don't blame Ebay or USPS.COM, do the right thing because you also denied my request for a refund via PayPal
I purchased a door, fender, and mirror. Received it with damages that wasn't mentioned on door and major damages on the fender that was considered a dent. I called to see if I could get a partial refund because now I'll be losing money to fix these repairs. They ended up either blocking my number or disconnected their number when I tried to follow up with the number I've been texting them with the next day. So, I called their business number and spoke to them. They did not want to give me any partial refund back. Mind you it was going to take around $700 to repair the damages and I was asking for only $250 back. Sean was the guy that helped me out, he was great with everything, but he said management wouldn't approve the refund. Would not buy from this company again. Horrible customer service when it comes to making things right.
Fantastic customer service/phone representatives. Answered quickly, easy to hear, friendly and professional. They were quick at verifying part availability, gave me a fair price, and if they dont have your part, they were happy to search other businesses inventory and help you get what you need. Will come back again!
This is probably best experience I have had to date with an Auto Parts supplier. Stumbled on them thru eBay and realized they also have a storefront. Was able to source add'l parts for my mothers 2021 Outback. (problems solved)

Blown away by the great customer service and professionalism of this company.
Purchased a used item and could not tell by the pictures if the item was usable or not. The item arrived within 3 days and unfortunately the rubber on the mount was cracked and was useless to me. I reached out late on a Thursday night with pictures of my concern and received an email stating the part was refunded first thing in the morning on Friday.
Used parts can sometimes be hit and miss especially anything that uses rubber. This was my first time using this company and I will be sure to use them every chance i get after this hassle free experience.
They can't take this one off like they did on ebay. Beware to buy from this place. I bought a part for $118 and when I sent it back they gave me a $68 dollar refund. Their policy says a possible 20% restocking fee but they took more. They stold $50 from me plus they have the part. Buyer beware.
The shop has all you want for Acura and Honda automobile parts. It's all in their name, I was opportuned to get Toyota parts from them also. Check them out today.
Order a part for my vehicle the part was damage, so I called to returned because I didn't want the part they said they will give my my money, but after they received the part they lie by saying some of the part was missing and they charged me 25% restocking fee and the shipping as well.
I do honor the fact my mechanic might had missed to put some of the parts in the box when he returned it but you guys sold me a damage item to begin with.

Even though AH Parts sent me the wrong part, they sent it to me fast and in plenty of bubble wrap. And when I explained it to them; they realized their mistake and offered me a full refund with no obligation to ship it back to them. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of Google reviews. Any business that I want to leave less than 3 stars I won't, I just won't return. Admittedly I'm not the easiest to please. AH Parts Dismantlers has been amazing to work with, either through eBay or directly through phone call. Top that off they are in another time zone. Caleb (the last 2 times) and the staff have been so helpful every time I have dealt with this company. Still waiting for parts that I just ordered, but I know once again by the professionals and communication of the past I have nothing to worry about. I have no problem recommending them as a trustworthy company for your used parts.

Very easy finding and ordering parts online. Great customer service and awesome prices. Received my parts (door panel and back seat) within a week. Well packaged and shipped to Wisconsin without damage or delay. Parts seemed to be priced to accommodate shipping costs. Well worth it and I’ll definitely use them again if my MDX needs anything else. Thanks guys.
I apologize in advance for the length, but this review is regarding the pervasive decline of customer service.
The Good - A wire from the throttle body harness on my wife's 2007 Honda had come loose, and the the dealer wanted over $5k to fix it. On eBay, this company had a replacement for $168, so I bought it as replacement. While I was waiting for this part to arrive, I was able to have the pin soldered back in place, so I didn't need the part any more. I requested a return and they were able to issue me a return label.
The Bad - Admittedly, I misplaced the label and got busy with life. By the time I realize that I hadn't mailed the return it was after the 30 day eBay return policy date. Via eBay, I contact the seller (AH Parts) and after several communications, I received the following, " We're sorry you had a problem with your purchase. However, to receive a refund, buyers need to return the item within the required timeframe after the seller has accepted a return request." This item wasn't returned to the seller on time."
So I decided to call them, and told them, "I never opened the package and I would pay for return shipping." They stated that it was out of their hands and it was eBay's policy....case closed.
How life should be - I ordered some fire extinguishers from West Marine. When I opened the box, I noticed that one of them had discharged during shipping. Once again, I threw the package in my truck and the return period had passed. However, I went to the store and explained what happened.....
The clerk said, "Go grab a new one off the shelf and you'll be all set."
Really??? no back and forth?, no wasted-time?, no hassle?, understanding and being accommodating? = Great Customer Service = LIFE LONG CUSTOMER!!!
These guys have been awesome to work with! Extraordinary experience. Emailed me to confirm part fitment before shipping, and put extreme care into packing and shipping. Felt like a valued customer from the moment I purchased. Had an issue with delivery (at no fault of these guys) but they still went out of their way to make sure I was happy. When the need arises, I will absolutely shop these guys 1st.
I bought some items for my accord 2005 and wish to communicate my experience.
1.) Their web site is excellent and it was very easy to find what I was looking for.
2.) Communication with staff was efficient and very fast.
3.) Shipping charges and time was excellent considering I am in Canada .
4.) One of the used item had a problem and was replaced fast and with no hassle.
