Well, Well, Well. Where do I begin. Lets start with the fact that I have a 2016 Nissan Murano that was in good condition until spending 5k on so called issues with MIdas in West Sacramento (never again). When I got my car back from MIdas it drove horribly. I needed an o2 sensor because the one they gave me was bad, car was running hot, started losing power when driving and finally all within 3 weeks my transmission went down.
and i was without my car for a few months.
Finally I saved up enough to begin looking for another transmisson and lo and behold I was brought to these magnificent people at H&M. Greg, the owner found me a used transmission from his yard that had 50k miles on it and charged me something verrrrrry reasonable. I also found out that they could install it for me at their shop at another reasonable fee.
Not only did they fix my car, but Greg gave me a new motor mount, and fixed my driver side door that wouldn't close tightly. Greg fixed those extra things out of the kindness of his heart and didn't charge me.
It's not even the fact that he didn't charge me that has me so grateful; it's the full package. The entire shop is full of smiling faces. They were honest, respectful and very professional with me. They finished my car ahead of schedule and my car literally RUNS LIKE NEW!!! I am so happy that I found this place. I will never take my car anywhere else in Northern California. This company saved me thousands and has my car running perfectly.....You can't even tell it's on. lol. I love them. Definitely take your car there. I have been buying parts from this business for decades... through 3 or 4 different locations out in the auto dismantling area. They are helpful, efficient, and straightforward. I have always felt they price fairly and go out of their way to help me find a vehicle if they don't have it to pick. Great source for Miata parts!
i bought a car from them. they told me the registration was payed for on the car and it wasn’t i went into dmv and they said the registration was started but never finished. i came to get my tires balanced and the cords in the tires were exploded and im having to replace two tires on my fourth day of having the car.
I’ve been coming here for close to 15 years now. I am on my second Mazda, and I’d rather make the drive to come here and get the parts then purchase them new. You get quality parts for a fraction of the price. I highly recommend this business, very few businesses still exist that offer excellent customer service and this is one of them.

Girlfriend's 2016 Nissan kicked a timing chain at 71,028 miles. Needed an engine asap. Spoke with Sergio at H&M, whom was very friendly. Got me a great deal on an engine with only 19k miles and offered car fax/vin to show proof of the mileage. I just installed the engine and she runs perfectly! I own a repair shop in Loomis and this business will be my first phone call if I'm needing another engine, transmission, whatever they have that I need.
well, I just want to start off saying how thankful I am for these guys, not only did I need a new engine but they went out of there way to replace my drive belt also, with no extra charge just as a courtesy . I expressed how this is my only vehicle and Greg went above and beyond to get it beck to me QUICK! I mean as a customer that means a lot . The compassion he showed to my situation was extremely nice and I will always be thankful of him. So thank you very much Greg!!

As of 10/5/22 H&M auto parts is hands down the best place in town for miata parts and accessories. They also carry a plethora of import car parts like Honda or Mazda. My experiences here have always been positive and the crew working are always helpful and make you feel welcome
I have only wonderful things to say about this business. The person that helped me his name was Greg. He found my part sent me a picture of it to verify it was the correct one and then sent me a picture of the package ready for shipping with the tracking number. Absolute professional service. Will definitely give this place more of my business in the future. You should as well!

Greg and the other guys at H&M Auto Parts were so helpful. I was recommended by another auto parts store in Rancho Cordova and I am absolutely thrilled with the service I was provided! They had plenty of options for me to chose from and I am pleased with my purchase. All the questions I had were answered and the customer service was great!!!! Wish I could give like negative 10 starts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered 3 Pieces of glass from this company on April 20th. First they took a week to get me the glass. then one of them the moulding is broken. so I send it back and they said they have another one and will send it out immediately. I wait a week and havent see it so I call the guy Sergio who I was talking originally wasnt there and I found out that they didnt send it out. so the guy that told me that said he would take care of it... I wait two days and then call... Sergio is there. Tells me they still haven't sent it out.... So He says it will get sent out that day.... I call a few days later and GUESS WHAT..... IT STILL HASNT LEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I start calling Sergio every day. On 5-15-18 He gives me a tracking number. I wait until the 16th to track it. GUESS WHAT..... It didnt leave. So I call Sergio and he tells me It will leave that day.... So I wait until the 17TH. and GUESS WHAT.... the tracking number still says the same thing.... SO I call and he said "let me call the shipping company and Ill call right back".... Hours go by.... NO call its almost 5:00pm which is when they close so I call him... he tells me that it will be here today 05-18-18..... I call back today (05-18-18) and of course Sergio isn't there... Gary answers the phone and tells me he needs to go check something and he would call me back... he did call me back but told me that they dont have another one and never did and had to refund my money...... I mean seriously..... you couldnt have told me that to begin with..... That is what you call HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.....
UPDATE
So the owner of the company contacted me and apologized. He gave me a full refund offered to send me the other one for free and let me keep the other two pieces of glass. Even though it was late it was very much appreciated.
Greg was awesome! I showed up and asked if they carried two items, one for my Honda and one for my daughter's. Greg checked quickly and confirmed they didn't have them. Immediately, he called the local dealer to check to see if they had them and the prices. After confirming with me that I wanted them at the price quoted, he offered to have them shipped to H&M. Greg gave me quite a deal. The parts worked and he even installed one for me. The customer service was amazing and I'll be back to H&M for anything I might need for my Hondas. Thank you, Greg for all your help! You are great!
