These guys up here always got me right everytime i came through..they always conduct honest business, the energy there is always welcoming and friendly ,they always got good quality parts avalible, i never ever had bad experience or was not 100% satisfied with any visit...i dont understand how its possible anyone could rate anything less then 5 stars...
The folks are kind, but they sold me a transmission which broke after two months and told me that they would have a new one to me within the week saying they had one that they were gonna inspect and ship but later saying they didnt even have the parts car yet, its been over 2 weeks and i have called about 6 times and i still have no transmission nor an eta and am without transportation and their warranty will not cover the labor on diagnosis or repair. Given they could not have known that the transmission would go out, it was still under their warranty and im still out a couple thousand dollars and have been expecting to have transportation for over a week now due to false eta.
If there is half star, I will rate this as a half star. I inquired about f30 tail light, left quarter panel and left trunk. Priced for $150 including shipping out and paid right away via Zelle. Email received was for e90, called them and said they will rectify the problem and for f30 as ordered. Was promised that it will be shipped the following morning, I asked for tracking number and was promised in 20 minutes, called back and promised again before the end of the day. Following day, called back and promised again that it will be emailed. Called back again on the 3rd day and was rudely answered that I keep on calling for 30 times. I said only if you kept your promises of sending the tracking number, then there is no reason for me to call back. 5 days have passed now and still no tracking number yet. I am simply blinded of what is going on and likely will lost the money I paid. DISHONEST, RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL DEALING. THIS STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED FOR GOOD. I WILL REPORT THIS TO BBB.
Sooo many bad reviews on these guys, and they seem to have excuses why the customer is wrong every time! (What are the odds!?) Don’t get scammed by these people. They will give you bad parts. They are dishonest and have an “F” rating from the better business bureau.
Consumer Beware AVOID THIS BUSINESS QBM AUTO is a SCAM and the Owner PAUL TRUNYAN is is a CROOK. They are not in any way a reputable business. They have an “F”’rating from the Better Business Bureau for a reason. They sold me the wrong part and took my money, then promised a refund on the returned part but have not refunded my money. Repeated calls to the business have proven what a Scumbag the Owner Paul is. He stonewalls and refuses honor his promise to refund the amt. I see other people have been ripped off by this POS. I am following up with a lawsuit and reporting QBM Auto to the BAR, BBB and CA Attorney for follow up and corrupt business practices repercussions. If you’ve been wronged by these criminals too I suggest you do the same and petition Google to delist this criminal organization. .
Paul went above and beyond what he had to, to help me find a part at another business he didn’t have. Called me back and everything. Very impressive customer service and very thankful for his help. I didn’t buy anything from him and will be going to someone he recommended but In the future he’ll always be my first call.

Gave me the wrong engine for my tundra and are unwilling to refund me my $ after trying to charge me more for the correct engine after having me wait months to locate the correct one. This is not a fake account or review, extremely upset customer who will be pursuing this matter legally. STAY AWAY!!!!
Dishonest in both sales and with their online presence. From my personal experience this company cannot be trusted with your money or your parts needs. Every 1 star review on here they either blame the customer or claim that a single person is making "fake" account to leave poor reviews. Maybe in the future they should focus on providing trustworthy service instead of blaming customers for their failed scam attempts.
Overcharged, they damaged a part I needed but gave me a completely different replacement, an item I paid for was left behind on the counter. Yeah, just don’t come here.
First red flag when I heard, “it was damaged but we sold it expensive to him”. (Them referring to a different customer)
They deserve ZERO STARS! This is the worst, most dishonest and disloyal business that exists. Don't believe me? Call ANY other business on Recycle Rd and ask them of their honest opinion of QBM. They are professional scam artists, calling you brother and looking you right in the eye while straight up LYING! No shame whatsoever! Selling motors advertised for 100k or less miles when in reality they all have 250k+ miles! Straight up garbage. I had the worst experience I've ever had with any business here, having paid for a motor over the phone after seeing the ad online. When I went to pickup, it was NOT as advertised! Owner agreed to allowing a return, they unloaded the motor and then said what return? LIED to my face. They took the motor back AND took my money. I spent almost $1000 and got NOTHING in return. These guys are not men, they are a pathetic excuse for business people. Unreliable, lying, con artists. Technically I should have credit for other parts at the very least, but thats out the window. I challenged the charge with my CC company and it was declined since they once again wrote lies in response to my request.
Do yourself a HUGE favor and AVOID this place AT ALL COSTS!!! This place should be long closed, i dont know how they are still in business. -10/10 stars, the worst business to exist. I wonder why they change their business name every few years...hmmm. Look up BAP - BMW Auto Parts...they had 1 star reviews all around so they CHANGED THEIR NAME! Talk about CON ARTISTS!
They give me a bad engine. I took it to the shop to replace my current one and they told me that it’s a bad engine. I took it back to QBM and they replaced it but when I took it to the shop again they said it was bad aswell. I went all the way back to QBM once again and they said they can only give store credit and CHARGE ME FOR A RESTOCKING FEE. I told them to either give me a good engine or pay me back in full. They became very unprofessional and started slurring at me, saying how they aren’t going to give me anything, took the bad engine that I had bought, and told me to get out. I had to call law enforcement and I tried to get the engine back since I had paid for it. The shop told me that they won’t give it back unless I got rid of my bad review. I would never recommend anyome to go to their shop due to them being so unprofessional and scams!!!
I don’t know much about BMW’S and Paul and Mike helped me out a lot with what i needed. They were very knowledgeable and persistent to get my car in working standard. I highly recommend this place. I will be back again.

This is a scam business. They take your money, will give you the wrong parts until you give up. Don't go here don't buy anything from these con artists. Specially over the phone.
Great guys! I went in for a seemingly insignificant "grommet", but without it my fuel door won't lock. They pulled it off a vehicle and gave it to me, for free. It doesn't seem like much, but that is great customer service and earned them a loyal customer.
This is a business run by kids who don't care too much about operating in an honest fashion. Very shady place to do any type of business with. After selling these guys a car which they swore would be dismantled, I began receiving red light tickets, and parking tickets for the same vehicle. When I called them to see why the title wasn't transferred, they swore up and down they had transferred title and dismantled the car. I said I knew they were lying because I had been receiving red light ticket with pictures of my vehicle and some guy driving it. After releasing they had been caught, they said they would submit the proper paperwork and pay all the fines I had accrued. A month and a half goes by and I receive more red light violations and not a penny to cover the tickets incurred by whoever they gave the vehicle to. Stay away! There are plenty of other auto dismantlers around that exact area that I have had much better experiences with.

This is the place! I got 2 e46s one low milage other one on its way to 300k miles been swapping parts out slowly and nothing from heres ever failed me. Bought a transmission 2 years ago for my e46 from here and has been running strong since. Parts at a reasonable price and if you have any issues they take care of you good if youre good enough theyll let you borrow tools to get off what you want when there a bit packed. Thank you again

I'm not the one that go around wanting to give someone a bad name; but after visiting this place by recommendation of Google I tried. It Was not good business received the worst service after they received my money I asked for a return authorization number I was denied but was promised something else will be coming never came. They talk to you rude and treat you like you are confused in the never give my money back.... please anything you want no hear not friendly not helpful in their con artist in good at it please take my advice shop locally in somewhere else it is not worth the stressful nasty mess. If you don't live in their town they really will take advantage of you if you just want to save a but you're not look into somewhere else or another junk yards maybe they will treat you much better.
If you need BMW parts and even some other makes. This is THE place to go. Huge selection, amazing staff, lowest prices, best service, and warranty on their parts. I cant say enough.
By far the WORST experience ever. I live some 2,000miles away and dealing with this business has literally drained me of all energy. I gave a clear description of my vehicle, both on the phone and through email. I needed an engine wire harness. I verified when I called that the part matched, wasn't broken or repaired. They ensured me it was a correct fit. I received the part and not only was it Broken (several plugs) the package was sent in some home depot box ripped open like my neighbor sat it on my porch. My biggest concern was having the correct part. I called and spoke to Paul and he said someone would call. after a day I called again. I spoke to Mike. Mike he was shipping overnight. I called back a day after to get a tracking number. Mike then says "this is a delivery service they don't give a tracking number" ?? that alone didn't seem right but I still tried to be understanding. Every time I spoke to mike he said " its there and out for delivery". At this point the business is not open on weekends so Monday is here and he telling me this same LIE. I say lie because I was then told Sam the "shipping" person was at a funeral. Sam comes back and say we have to pull the part. So mike was lying about shipping the part with a delivery service. and not only that Sam lied saying he had the part. I then speak to "Joe" the manager, who says he's gonna call the next day in the afternoon at this point its clear to me not only am I not a priority but they don't care about quality. I have been super nice but this has been a two week process costing me money to rent a car each day. I literally HATE this QBM. I believe MAYBE if I lived near by I and would have been in person interaction things would be different .. potentially. I would never never never use this place again. I ended up sitting on hold for 30+ mins each time I called. DO NOT use this place. youre better off going to a local junkyard or ebay
I was very impressed with these folks. I bought a new transmission for my 1998 BMW 540i. Of course I was nervous buying such a part three thousand miles away. But they were great to deal with. They warrantied it for 6 months so I pulled the trigger.
When it came unfortunately it was the wrong transmission, they apologized rectified the situation, and sent me another transmission.
My mechanic said it was in great condition and put it in my car. I've been using the car for dally transportation to my job for 3 months now, and it runs perfectly!
I recommend them, and will buy additional parts from them.
