Walked in, was greeted politely and the gentleman at the front helped me find the part I needed for my car. They actually specialize in all makes and models according to the owner. I will definitely be coming back to this place because of its prices and customer service!
Beware! They charging your credit card before they show you the parts than give faulty part (scratched or cracked) when asked for money back they charged 25% restocking fee. Will NOT recommend to do business with them at all. Not honest guys. Ask to see the product before you pay if you still want to purchase from them. Buy from elsewhere. Bad customer service. Very rude with no respect. He said I'm waisting his time when he wasted my time and money. Will not do business with them anymore.
They sell part to you and take payment but after 2 3 days they says that the part was broken so i cant sell it to you then they say we will refund your money today. I say ok but its almost 7 days i haven’t received my money back
I highly suggest dont with these scammers they are trying to use someones money and play with it and high risk of not giving money back

I urge EVERY customer to tread carefully at this business. The owner is a scam artist. Purchased a Jaguar motor from this “company”. Engine arrived seized. Crank would not spin in any direction. Sent the engine back, they did whatever they did to get it to spin. This engine takes over 25 hours to install and we did not feel confident this motor was good. Regardless this being less than 24 hours and a defective engine, owner didn’t want to refund the money and insisted to install it anyways and threatened us with a 10% restocking fee. He guaranteed if it does NOT work he will refund the $4200 we paid for this bad motor. Spent the man hours to install and it has a terrible rod knock. Took the motor out to return and he says its been too long and he won’t refund for the defective motor he sold.
Guess what buddy, we’ll see you in court. Thanks for wasting our time.
Excellent customer service from all the staff and the best prices of any wrecking yard in Rancho Cordova by far! Highly recommend this place! At first it sounds like a foreign car wrecking yard, but they actually carry just about everything and if they don't have it they'll send you to where they will have it so you're not wasting your time.
We bought Engine 1998 Subaru Legacy. They give warranty for labor and parts.
We put the engine on.
Engine have problems making bad noise.
Low compression.
I called will return the Engine have issues.
They saying it’s no warranty for any thanks.
These peoples lying and deceive to the customer selling bad Engine.
Scam! total rip off!! do not give these people your money. No stars. This company is the worst company I have ever done business with. We order an engine from them with details of what our customer needed. They sent out the first engine and it wasn't what the customer ordered. The second engine was shipped without us giving them permission to send out and it ended up being wrong again. They went out and picked up the wrong engine for a second time but only after we had to sign paper work accepting less than half of what we paid for the engine. We wanted to take care of our customer and wanted this process to move faster than it was. so we agreed to the refund. They have their engine back and we signed the paper work agreeing to the unfair refund amount on 8/9. Today is 10/11 and we still have NOT received any refund. We call everyday with promises to get this done and still nothing has been done. We are a small business and well as them and this treatment is NOT right. When we call they talk to us as if we are the problem and all we want to do is take care off our customer. This company has had my funds since April 2018 and is refusing to refund my money that is due in full. Buyer beware, save your money This is a Scam!
Given about a week before, I had contacted the facility to initiate a purchase for a new transaxle for my 2012 Fiat 500. The representative was always prompt to reply and willing to bear with me in terms of being unknowledgeable of the accessories needed for my exact make. I had a few pieces from the blown transmission, but this company was phenominal in identifying the differential gears in a picture I sent. I got an invoice and paid for the amount in full. Whats awesome is that the freight came in way faster than the dipicted estimated time of arrival!! I will return for more parts if needed! Highly recommend!
Ordered a part online thru eBay from this place. Waited a little over a week and received a different part than what i ordered. Meanwhile my car sits at a shop longer being charged daily...
I cannot explain how easy it was to get parts from this place. Talk to them Friday and I’m putting together my car on Monday. Great service. Will definitely be back.
ordered a door from ebay, they lied about the condition, in addition it arrived damaged. they promised to make it right but then they took the shipping insurance claim money and lied to me repeatedly until i could no longer leave negative feedback.
This shop has exceeded my expectations!!! Also was a one stop all shop I needed repairs replacements and paint. Moses is very honest and didn’t take advantage of me being a single female by overcharging.
The saying is; 3 strikes you're out. BUT, for Euroline and Karl, from my perspective, it's 3 out-of-the-park! Three times I've called Euroline searching for parts, three times they've had exactly what I needed at a fair price. Three times I've had them in hand almost before hanging up the phone! Great place, highly recommended if you're in need of a hard-to-find part that WON'T cost a ton!
Bad experience with damaged side view mirror. I asked them before hand if there was any scratch or damage. I contacted them today and no reply from them. Paid $198.13
