I bought a used right side headlight for my 2017 Hyundai Santa fe as it was advertised with a photo of advertising nobody could tell that the headlight assembly does not have a lens si without lens it's worthless to me and they knew what they were doing I am sure this is not their first time and when I called them to get a return table the guy was very unhappy and asked me why did you buy it I said you didn't say in your advertising that the headlight doesn't have a lens and that my friend is a form of lie so I am sure they have done it for long time don't waist your money buying parts from these people they are very dishonest

My Forester has that problem. You know the one... passenger seat "SRS System needs checked" issue. Years I have suffered with that annoying alert every time I drive. Subaru made it so the entire seat needed to be replaced instead of the sensor...
Well, thankfully, I found these guys! Nice and clean seat for $150! Thank you! Had nice replacements for the taillights, too! Thanks even more! And then we were on such a roll, I showed him this random trim piece a windshield replacement had damaged. Guy goes into the yard and pops one out for me! You're the best!
What I liked most was he had high res pics of all the parts that he showed me before making my decision. We even talked about my reservations buying a used seat because Subaru and YouTube made it seem like a big deal. He must deal with a lot of us weekend warrior types who second guess, because he was no nonsense about the topic. Don't let a gruff pride in his own expertise throw you off. Trust this guy. He has sold many over the years, so he knew it'd be fine. And he was (of course) right. It popped in and worked like a charm!
I'd rather work with this guy than a suck up. Show him some respect like I did, and you'll find a great partner for your efforts to keep your vehicle going affordably.

I purchased a non-working part and paid $270 for its installation at a shop. The part was broken, and I received an invoice from the service center for its replacement. When I returned the part, they deducted 30% of its cost because they did not approve of the receipt from the shop. As a result, I lost a total of $270 plus 30% of the cost of the part.
Carlos must have had a bad day because first thing out of his mouth was you don’t want it you can leave. I was surprised because I didn’t give off any complaints or bad energy.
I asked for a Kia optima wheel, agreed to his price because I was expecting to be clean because it was more expensive than 20 nearby guys that have it. But it was scratched up, and I mentioned that.
Guy must’ve woke up on the wrong side of bed, talking about what he has to deal with. DONT TAKE IT OUT ON YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I declined after his smart remarks and I decided to leave. Still running his mouth I said if you’d like to “release some steam” we can go outside, “I won’t take it personal” because I was convinced he was having a bad day. THEN HE SHUT HIS MOUTH, that’s when they knew better. And I left (: PLEASE SHOW THE FOOTAGE, you will lose all your customers.

Mike is a good sales agent at this company. Not only he was efficient and resourceful but he goes out of his way to provide the precise parts that I needed for my vehicle. Also went to an extent to find the exact color I needed. Appreciate the effort and making it easy for me.
Sadly, the transmission we bought here was mechanically unsound. The time has passed to return it and we are stuck with it after paying $1,300. to have it installed. If anyone has an '03 Subaru transmission, with a 1 year warranty, I need it please!
