I would give zero stars,but to review i have to at least give it a star, I bought an engine and it DIDN’T WORK, THE COMPRESSION WAS BAD, I DROVE IT A MILE AND IT BROKE DOWN. The worst part was that i try to return it or get my money back or work something out. ALL THEY DID WAS IGNORE AND SAY THAT IT DIDNT HAVE WARRANTY. BUT WHY WOULD I GET WARRANTY TO SOMETHING I WAS RETURNING THE SAME DAY EXPECTING IT TO WORK, WHY WOULD THEY SELL SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T WORK. So if you buy something from there make sure you let tell them to show you that it works because they will not mention warranty and if it DOESN’T WORK THEY WONT TAKE IT BACK EVEN IF YOU RETURN IT THE SAME DAY.

Unprofessional and dishonest. they send the wrong part and instead of apolagizing for it, they put the blame on you and try to milk more money out of you.
They don't care if they waste your time. They told me they had a part over the phone, and that I had to come in and pay before they'd pull it for me. Drove out there and they didn't even have the part.
I don’t recommend this place for anyone ,it’s the worst shop in this whole sunrise. You will be regret if you even visit.they show you one thing and you will get something else instead.
I bought a transmission from this place for my Nissan pathfinder I drove from portland oregon to pick it up It got installed it only lasted for 4k miles. Dont shop they sell bad quality parts I lost $1600 just for the part not including labor and other items include with this type of service and I'm currently out of car again they did not try to help me out. I just want to make sure people dont loose their hard earn money like I did.
Called and was sent to a text line to send a picture after giving my specific size and model number on a rim. After 5 hours of waiting I sent a message to remind them. I got a reply of "no" with no referral or additional help. Not worth the time wasted.
My friend is on a fixed income and needed to have a busted out window replaced. Being that every dollar is so important to her I searched hard for the best value.
I was blown away that the cheapest price wasn't from Pic-N-Pull but Rancho Nissan Auto Dismantling instead. Besides, I really wasn't looking forward to walking around the Pic-N-Pull yard hoping to find what I needed, then if I was lucky enough to find what I needed, removing the door trim and the glass as well.
Not only that, anyone who has been to Pic-N-Pull knows that they are not known for customer service.
You can bet your a$$ that I'll be recommending this place to anyone I know that can use it.
Amazing customer service, came in needing some parts for my car and left with the biggest smile on my face. They gave me the best price I could find out of all the shops i’ve been to and even made sure that they fit. I highly recommend this to everyone, don’t go anywhere else or you’ll regret it. Best prices in Sacramento and quality in Sacramento, not to mention their delivery service, I will most definitely go to this guys from now on. I bought a transmission from them and it was not only the cheapest but it was the one with the lower miles in all the places I called. They have definitely earned my business.

The prices are good, the guys are nice, but I order a right rear quarter panel, that had the bumper bracket, and the tail light and I did not get the bumper bracket and I had to find a different place to order the bumper bracket and pay for the item and the shipping, and of course had to spend more time to find a place...

Low quality, way overpriced. Same quality as pick and pull for 5x the price, was expecting better quality for what they’re charging. Wouldn’t budge on broken part they were selling me ..instead gave me a 15% discount or $10 off. No Thanks.
These people are crooks. They have no shame in doing a bait and switch on their customers. We agreed in text mssg. on a price and when you get there they still want to charge you more. Buyer Beware of these crooks.
I would not do business with these people. I had a horrible experience. Talked to Mike and ordered a complete used engine. When it was delivered to my mechanic, it was a stripped down engine. My mechanic called, and Mike told him I ordered a long block which was a lie. Mike told me upfront it was a complete engine. Front and rear crankshaft seals were leaking. Was told they would deliver on a holiday. I asked twice if that were true and was told "Yeah we work that day." On day of delivery (holiday), manager Roman said "no delivery" on holiday. Had to wait four days for delivery. Gave them specific info to call my mechanic one hour prior to delivery and they didn't. They didn't even have a crank arm to lift the engine out of the delivery truck. My mechanic had to supply his. I called the manager and demanded a full refund. That's the only thing they got right. Untrustworthy. Unprofessional. Don't waste your money!
Called this place a few times for same car. Service guy said he had parts there come and get them, so i tell him i'm on my way, when i get there they don't have some of the parts we discuss. wanted to send me some where else to get them. didn't like that at all, felt like i was mislead.
I have called this place several times for parts for my Nissan Titan and have been misled, lied to, talked to disrespectfully, called a liar and hung up on. The parts are over priced for an auto dismantler, barely under dealer prices for new parts and that's if the even have the parts. I would not recommend doing business with this place.
Although I would have liked to conduct business with these guys, I was highly disappointed after incurring $1000 in labor costs, not covered, for a transmission that wasn't even tested. Although I did get a refund, I had to return the part myself. And in case you don't know, a transmission is not only big, it's heavy and messy. Painful and costly experience.
Horrible service they sold me a part in perfect condition before even looking at the part. after waiting for 30 minutes they came back and said they didn't have it. Their a joke. they did the same to 3 other people there said they had it charged us then come back and said never mind waste of time !!!!
Been here for an hour now (excluding the 2 hour trip I called on prior) and only a few people have come through but still cant get the part I asked for which would take a second to take off the car. I understand you've got some calls and prefered customers, but come on now
Horrible customer service and exaggerate that there store is the best which is not! You can easily go around the corner and find the same parts for the same price. I bought a couple of parts from them and 3 out 5 of them were messed up and they refused to exchange them instead they wanted me to buy the parts! Scam !!
