These guys are the exactly what you would expect. They say one thing and do another. I paid for a part 4 days ago and they said they would have it off the car when I picked it up. Of course I get there and they make me wait for nearly an hour while they pull it.

Terrible service I bought an ABS from a Prius mechanic installed it programmed it didn't work I went there to return it they didn't want to refund my money I called the police. And I will put them to justice.

Bought a door for my Prius, they told me it had no damage on it and no scratches, when I picked the door up they loaded it to my car and I didn’t even see that part of it was covered with tape. I removed tape when I got home and it had bunch of dents. Now they don’t want to do refund to me. Do not recommend this shop to anybody! Plus they tried to rip off the price, over the phone it was 200$ when I came they said 350$

Rancho Auto Dismantling is the worst company to ever do business with. I purchased a transmission from them on 11/17/2023 and was advised of their 3 month warranty. The part was delivered to our mechanic and the transmission was installed and coded correctly to the Nissan system. After the transmission was installed the next day we went out of town and the transmission failed after approximately 250 miles. We had to rent a Ford Truck, hitch, and tow our vehicle back to Sacramento from Tulare. Our Technician had to run the codes and determined that the transmission was faulty and needed to be replaced. My husband went to their location and spoke with one of the sales reps who advised us to take the vehicle back to the shop and be sure the programming was correct, and to provide the codes to them so they can exchange the part. We took our vehicle to a second mechanic who is an Infiniti specialist, who advised us that the issue isn't with the coding but with the transmission and provided us the error codes. At this point we're 60 days in and the warranty exchange is due to expire on 2/17/2024. My husband goes back up to the location and was advised that we needed to get the transmission out of the vehicle and return it to them now that they see the codes to do the warranty exchange. At this point we're approximately 5 days away from the warranty exchange expiration date. On 2/15/2024, I call Ranch Auto Dismantling and a guy by the name of Mayuk answered the phone, put me on hold, then hung up on me, then denied my phone calls three more times and finally said "I don't know what happened I guess we got disconnected." I advised him that the transmission is out as requested and asked if he could send us a return label. He advised me "we don't do that so you need to figure out how you're going to get the part back to us and hung up. I called back approximately 15 more times with each time now going to vm because they refuse to answer. I finally call from a different area code and Mayuk answers the line. I asked him for the information to file a complaint and he said "i'm not the complaint department to call the Sheriff." He finally said call my supervisor if you want. I called Mohammad and he advised that he would call me back. My husband soon reaches the location and he was video recording each one of them and was advised that they will go pick up the vehicle, and replace the transmission themselves. However, we needed to pay for the oil and filter which would cost about $200.00 my husband said that wasn't going to happen. We shouldn't have to pay for anything at this point. The Supervisor Mohammad then walks in and advises that they will in fact pick up the vehicle from the shop and replace the transmission, oil and filter free of charge. On 2/16/2024, my mechanic advised me that he still hasn't received a call for them to pick up the vehicle. I text Mohammad and he advises me to give him the mechanics phone number and that he will arrange the pickup after 5pm. My mechanic already pulled out the transmission as advised by Ranch Auto Dismantling and needed to be paid since they now wanted to pick up the vehicle. I then call Mohammad after speaking with the tech and he advised me that he wasn't aware the transmission was out. I said "Yes, you did because I advised both you and Mayuk." So, when are you going to pick up my vehicle to be repaired. He said let me reach out to my tow guy and get back to you. Ever since 2/16/2024, Mohammad or his team refuses to answer anymore calls, texts, emails, etc. I have now been forwarded to vm and had no other choice but to file a lawsuit against Rancho Auto, LLC. This is so disheartening that there are companies out there that refuse to do the right thing. Please save your money and find a more reputable company. These people are not honest people. Unfortunately, the next time we will see this company will be in court.

They're scammers They sold me a transmission that didn't work Cost me $2300 3 times because they kept saying the transmission was good So I spent another $185 at a second mechanic Whom confirmed the transmission was bad Kept giving me the run around for 3 months Then tried to say my warranty was up. Horrible experience Horrible service

They are not very nice. They sold me a car that had some other cars license Plates on it .. I had no idea got pulled over like I was in a stolen car! Placer County Police treated me like I was in a GTA and subsequently...now I have a new case!!! If these guys had been honest with me from the beginning I would have never even bought the car...oh and just found out I am responsible for a break and light inspection which is $230 on top of the $340 I have to pay for Registration and title transfer on top of the $7,000.00 I paid for the car!!! They are not honest and they don't do clean business. Don't trust them....I bought a2013 INFINITY G37 FROM THEM AND THEY NEVER TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO DO ANY OF THIS TO HET THE CAR INY NAME AND NEW LICENSE PLATES!!!???!

These guys are cheating people !!! They promised 2017 good Hybrid Battery but after checking it was older and worse. It’s time to complain to the Trade Department . If you have any problems with the shop , go to government and complain , complain, complain..

Be careful when buying from these scams. They sell you broken equipment. When you take it back, they will tell you this item is not returnable. I would never recommend these Douchebags.
