I recently purchased a transmission for my BMW E46. On the plus side it was shipped promptly and was the correct part. It seems to be running well. The issue I have is that they said it had 41,000 miles on it. I decided to purchase it based on the mileage and confirmed it with them. The actual mileage turned out to be over 90,000 miles, twice the mileage they told me. I'm glad my car is running fine for now but didn't get what I paid for.

I bought a transmission for my 2010 Prius Hybrid for $865. It turned out that that was not the problem. I called to return it and they told me it’s better if I sell it on eBay. They said I would have to pay two shipping costs and 25% restocking fee. Worst company to buy from. Save your money. Don’t even trust them. Now they post and lie about what they claim to have told me. WOW and from the Owner.

Cathy made the deal for a part for my ABS. The part came within 10 days. It was wrong part that I had ordered. Cathy gave me the info to ship the part back. I sent back the part via UPS that day at my cost of$46.57, on September 11. I talked to the warranty department three times for their specialist to check out the part. I received my refund today, only after Cathy followed up with warranty department. Today is October 3.

I purchased my used Toyota Tacoma 2010 model with 150,000 miles on it. At 190,000 miles the transmission which if maintained, It said to be indestructible. At 190,000 miles I lost high gear. I contacted premium used auto parts by luck, filling out a Request online. Jordan called me immediately And we came to an agreement on a transmission with 53,000 miles on it. I had it shipped to a local mechanic and when it arrived, the mechanic told me he wouldn't receive it unless I gave him $2000 cash upfront. A rip off! I refused and sent it back to the FedEx warehouse. I called Joordan and Jordan made an arrangements for me to pick it up the next day Warehouse. I had a mechanic install the transmission for $856. I have driven it and it drives like new.! Jordan's responsiveness in helping me with the Transmission was perfect. He was polite and responsive. I will be doing more business with them in the future.

I purchased a transmission from Premium Used Auto Parts on 6/19/25 for $1,600. At first, everything seemed great, they were very nice, gave prompt responses, and had very good customer service. But once the transmission went bad on 9/17/25, it was like a ghost town. No one was available, and although they said they would return calls, no call ever came. I had to repeatedly call to get help. I spoke with Cathy, Capi, Leo, and Lisa. All failed me. They told me to get a diagnostic from my repair shop, which confirmed the transmission pump wasn’t building pressure. Premium Used Auto Parts never contacted the shop for the results like they promised, so I had to call myself. On 9/19/25, I spoke with a warranty specialist named Capi, who said he needed to talk to my mechanic. I even tried to set up a three-way call, but after leaving me waiting a long time, he came back too late and the shop had already gone back to work. When I called back again, the only thing they offered me was $50 because “there’s only 4 days left on the warranty.” That is unacceptable. A warranty is still a warranty, whether there’s 4 days or 1 month left. I paid $1,600 for a transmission that failed in less than 3 months, and they refused to stand behind it. They seemed professional before the sale, but when there was a problem, the customer service disappeared. Do not do business with Premium Used Auto Parts. Response to their reply: No, I reported my issue on 9/17/25. As you can see in the invoice I added, it’s dated 6/24/25. At no point did anyone explain that the warranty started before I even received the item. How can a 90-day warranty begin when shipping alone takes 5–10 business days? Buyers, beware of this hidden warranty clause.

After a terrible experience with an engine from New York that arrived a month late, I found Premium Used Auto Parts. They were a complete contrast. I sincerely hope everyone that starts to order something from this place reads this.. I ordered a complete rear end/ differential for a 94 F350 truck. So they wanted the ven # so they could send me the exact replacement for that truck. Was 1800.00 to have it shipped here. When it got here and got in to have it put in absolutely nothing was the same. Completely different it was even 2 and one half inches longer than the one that came out of it.. So they are supposed to have a warranty bahahaha that’s a joke. I called them and told them it would work and they said the would get back to me the next day. They didn’t. Now won’t answer my calls. And the part was beat up and they had spray painted it to tying covering it up. Be cautious about ordering anything from these people.. WOW after they read this review they call me wanting me to take the review down. But they do not want to compensate me on anything on that completely wrong part Very nice right

I was looking for a transmission and found this "company" among the first options with supposedly "good reviews." Trusting this, I decided to contact them. Initially, the service was good; they offered me a transmission at a reasonable price, and on July 24, 2025, I made my purchase. They assured me that the order would arrive on Friday, August 1. However, that afternoon, they delivered the wrong transmission. I called immediately to report the error and request a replacement, and they promised to resolve it. From there, the problem began: they kept me on hold, said they would return my call but never did, and generally offered no concrete solution. On August 5, they removed the incorrect transmission, but never sent the correct one. After several calls and false promises, they assured me that I would receive it on Monday, August 18. Nothing ever arrived that day. Due to this lack of compliance, I requested a refund. At first, they didn't want to return the entire item, citing shipping costs, which seemed unfair to me. Finally, they didn't issue a full refund until August 19, 2025. It was a very unpleasant experience: I lost valuable weeks, received unprofessional treatment, and was left with a terrible impression. The reason for this review is to warn other customers: be careful before buying here, read the negative reviews carefully because they reflect what really happens with this "company."

Ordered airbag for 2006 Vibe . 2 weeks to arrive but then I didn’t need it. Problem was clock spring. Agent proposed return item less freight and restock fee…. Or keep item and get refund. I chose the latter option. Got refund in 2 days. Delivery gets 3 stars BUT Lisa gets the 5 stars because she promptly issued refund as promised

I purchased a instrument cluster for my 2008 Toyota Matrix from this company. Fred is truely an exceptional person! I was informed and updated on my purchase until my order arrived yesterday. When I opened it I was in shock! The instrument cluster looked brand new! I installed it and everything worked perfectly! No scracthes no chips nothing!!! DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Fraudulent and unethical. Ordered a CVT. Failure on install. PUAP requested a litany of proof, including a "video of the CVT being installed." Weeks go by. They claim my mechanic never got back to them. I had proof that he did and they'd responded that they had what they needed. Weeks go by, they still claim my mechanic never got back to them. They tried to say a "dealership" needed to install it (obviously, a used parts store would know dealerships don't install parts from unknown suppliers). Months go by ... March to June (ongoing). They tried to tell me the mechanic never responded multiple times. Tried to claim the "warranty" was up a month sooner than it would be, even though it's irrelevant because this is a "guarantee" issue, not a warranty issue. Only when I filed a grievance with the Better Business Bureau, after two months, did they even attempt to send a replacement. Even then, they tried to extort the removal of my BBB grievance in order to get the replacement. Also, they refused to verify the mileage on the replacement was commensurate with the one I paid for. I demanded a refund. They would send a refund only if I took the Better Business Bureau grievance review down. When I told them I'd amend the review once I got the refund, they insisted on the part being returned, which they knew would cost me 1/4 of the refund, at least. At this point, I'm instigating litigation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I got the best part from them — the engine for my Chevy — and it was in excellent condition! It was delivered quickly, even faster than I expected. They promised it would be in top shape, and they absolutely delivered. If you’re looking for the right part, go with them — they’ll get it right. Plus, their customer service is super fast and helpful.

She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most helpful. I recommend this company for parts that may not exist in your area. Avoid Premier Used Auto Parts — Bait-and-Switch Scam I was sold a 2020 Ford F-150 engine with 19K miles, guaranteed by their sales rep. What arrived was a 2019 engine with 85K miles — a clear bait-and-switch. Their reps used fake names, dodged my calls, and offered no way to verify the engine beforehand. It was shipped straight to the shop for installation, intentionally bypassing inspection. When I contacted them, they offered a partial refund that didn’t even cover the mechanic’s costs. I reached out to the owner directly — no response. This was a fraudulent and deceptive transaction from start to finish. Stay far away.

My car has been without a transmission since March the 27th I had three previous transmissions from another company and none of them worked. I stumbled across premium used auto parts on-line. I spoke with Ronald! I was very skeptical because it seemed very sketchy however Ronald came through! He walked me through all of the paperwork. He sent me a picture of the transmission before he sent it. Then he expedited my transmission from California to Florida and now my car is running perfectly thank you so much Ronald for all of your help your wealth of information and not steering me wrong. Amazing Company! I spoke to Ronald about a Transmission for my Nissan, and he very quickly gave me the exact one for my car and took time to explain all the details. And I Also spoke to Lisa that helped me with the payment process. She made it very easy. They also called me back with a follow up. I found out about this company from a coworker who Also needed a Transmission. He is very happy with all the service and how the car runs now. I've never in my life experience such unprofessional in a business as I did with this part place. When talked to them on the phone, he reassured me he had 3 rear defferential for my car that would work. Come to find out after paying them 858.00 they did not a d I'll repeat that DID NOT even have it. After 8 days of having my payment in full and not one word from them. I had to call for them to tell me they would be sending a tracking number by end of day along with pictures of part. Again not one word from them for 2 more days...... when I text them I was told my order would be canceled and I would get a refund. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
