Fun to find treasure. Higher quality than most resale clearance centers. That reflects high quality of items offered in their non-clearance stores. Really low prices are by the pound!

A big shout out to Bobby and Mike from Desert Hot Springs August 27, 2025 for doing such an amazing job helping us remove our gently loved furnishings and decor. They were speedy, friendly and polite. Can't say enough great things. And to those who purchase our donations, I hope they provide you as much comfort and joy as they did for us!!!

Fun place if you have time to kill. They frequently switch out the bins, like every 5 mins they bring out new stuff and it's kinda like a game, you can't touch anything until they say 'Go'. So even while you're shopping the items are constantly changing. However it's pretty dirty inside the bins, wear gloves kind of dirty, also maybe a facemask cause the amount of dirt flying off stuff as ppl dig around you is enough to make you blow dust out of your nose for a good 2 days ? overall super fun place and fairly decent prices ...they definitely need to do better with the hard item prices in my opinion..... and everything is sold by weight of your items. So by the pound - clothes separate from hard items but both under 3$ a lb

This was my first bins experience! I found a few fun items, but the overall quality of stuff was quite bad. I know there's some debate about whether the bins are unsorted new donations or stuff that didn't sell at a thrift store. It seemed like a mix, but there were a lot of items with Goodwill tags. Everything was pretty dirty, and one of the bins smelled like pee. There are no carts, just plastic bins on tables. So as you go through the large bins, you claim a small plastic bin and put all your finds in it. I recommend going when they open and accept that 99% of people there will be ravenous resellers.

For local resellers, this place is a dream since we don’t have a local Goodwill Bins. I’m not sure why people are upset about the cleanliness; it’s a clearance center where you pay by the pound. Beggars can’t be choosers and all thrift store clearance centers operate like this. Here are a few tips: 1) The center closes at 5pm and the workers start putting items back in the bins at 4pm. That means if you have a shopping cart filled with stuff, you need to get in the checkout line immediately or will lose everything you searched for. They don’t car either; they tossed my IKEA bag in. Thankfully I found it and the other items I searched for. 2) Don’t grab a shopping cart that already has items in it. If you wouldn’t do that at Walmart or Target, you shouldn’t do it here either. 3) They’re just aren’t enough shopping carts here, so consider buying your own so you don’t have to worry about getting one.

This place looks worse than a homeless shelter dumpster and the staff aren't much better. Everything is just piled on tables with no rhyme or reason to anything. Dirty and disgusting! Stay away and don't waste your gas, time or energy on this pathetic excuse for an Angel View establishment.

My wife needs dress shirts and blazers for work and we found some gems. I'm a little confused why there are so many negative comments. Sure, it's a little dirty in there but it's dirty in every thrift store, it's just not hung up or organized on shelves. Great prices and we will be coming back. The staff treated me well and the customers minded their own business.

This places management is horrible. They need new staff. I had to give corporate a call due to favoritism. Apparently it’s being investigated and the secret shoppers are rolling out. Not sure if anything will actually be done as it’s been an on going problem but I see the amount of customers they’re losing. I use to spend $750 a week here, I’m down to $0 and not coming back until it’s cleaned up.

I am a senior And I sell clothing online to supplement social Security. The mornings they roll out the bends, and it's tough to get good product because people would pick through it before they'd opened it up. Recently, they've changed that by covering it until it's time. And now everybody has a chance to get quality items. Congratulations to the management for coming up with new System

Amazing gem for a tourist to find 30 mins before closing! Amazing sunset from the parking lot after closing.

Today, while I was thrifting for clothes, I go about my business as usual. Find stuff and pay for my stuff and leave with my dad. While I got home, a couple of hours passed and I realized I needed a quarter for something, and that’s when I lost my wallet. So me and my dad have an argument about it and a couple of hours pass by, I don’t find it. And by then I decided that I was gonna let it go and accept defeat and renew all of my important stuff. That’s when just not even 15 minutes ago, a security guard from that Angelview drives by my house and gives me my wallet back. Stating that she’d found my wallet in her cart and knew that something was up once she found money and my ID and debit card in there. So I literally thank her so much as this as I relieve the biggest sigh of my life, thinking that somebody is gonna take all of my money or SOMETHING. I couldn’t be so thankful for this woman till right now ??? thank you so much you’re such a sweetheart

Do you like to hunt for treasure? Find items that you didn't even know you wanted or needed until you saw them ? Then this is your kind of place ! I've found so many quality items for dirt cheap. Suede Tony Lahma boots. A snowboard, leather Harley Davidson pack pack, beautiful comforters, brand new horse gear, quality stainless steel pots and pans , collectable books. And last week ... Oh my goodness.. A 20 ft high inflatable dragon decked out in Christmas garb !!! And I paid less than 100 for everything I just mentioned plus a full shopping cart of clothes and jackets.I am HOOKED on this place !!

This used to be a nice place to shop until resellers started coming, they are rude and pick before they say open. Not to mention the employees pick expensive items for themselves such us designer bags and expensive items in general. Also the employees miss match the shoes pairs so they come back and buy them themselves. Another thing I saw is that the employees pick the good items for the resellers that come from the south of the border and give it to them in their hands such as bikes and TV's so we never get a chance of this items because of this resellers and employees handing out things

Used to love this place. Items were decent price, find some promising products. But things not only got expensive, their products became real low quality. I could forgive all that, but today they have requested for all carts not to be in the aisle. My almost two year old son was sitting in the cart. I wouldn't leave him at the end of the aisle and trying to shop with him out of the cart is near impossible. Unfortunately will not be coming back, it's a shame though, the place used to be a good spot to explore.

It’s certainly not a retail shop, it’s like a junkyard for clothing, housewares, media, appliances, and so much more. From shopping at this clearance center I have found so much clothing I love to wear, and so many movies and music CDs, for dirt cheap! In the past, I have found an unused camera, a portable stereo, a tower fan, and more. You never know what you will find, but you always know that you will find something. Bring gloves and be prepared to get your hands dirty. There are clean bathrooms so you can wash your hands after digging. It’s also a goldmine for resellers. Just be aware that you have competition, and sometimes the other searchers are not very friendly!

First let me tell you that this location (desert hot springs) isn’t a retail shop with racks etc. This is a large open building with giant blue bins loaded with the junk that doesn’t get pulled out to go to the retail shops. So if you go with the mindset that you will be digging through bins of broken junk and clothes you’ll avoid shock and disappointment. If you enjoy a dumpster dive or junk archeology you will like this place. Be warned that the bins near the far back corner are where they load new stuff coming in. It is like sharks to blood in the water over there. Not for the feint of heart. That being said, I found two very nice tennis rackets and a fantastic cook book which after they weighed it cost me 1.02 I call that a win. Others in my party did not like the place. Like I said, not for everyone. I enjoy the hunt. Use the free hand sanitizer on the way out.

This discount store is like nothing you have ever seen in your life! Proceeds from this store and Angelveiw thrift shops in the area go towards programs, housing and jobs programs for people with cognitive disabilities in the Cochilla Valley area. This store sells items by the pound (yep. By the pound!) There are large 10'x5' tables filling the floor of this massive store. Tables contain piles of clothing or a mish mash "hard items" (books, shoes, sporting equipment, lamps, figurines... you name it! ). Your job, you heartened shopper you, is to paw through the contents of the tables and find those treasures you cannot live without. I know teachers who come here to find schools supplies. I know people who buy whatever interesting clothing they can find to repurpose into materials for quilts. I think many shoppers come here to stock up on items for the flea markets to sell. Once you have your items the tellers weigh them and you pay. The bottom line costs are very low. $10 would equal probably more than you can carry. They also have misc items that are priced such as large art pieces, some furniture and today a motorcycle! One last thing... you want to witness the moment they bring out freshly restocked tables. Immediately there is a feeding frenzy of shoppers picking at the new items. It. Is. AMAZING to watch!

Went there once last year near Christmas time. It was very crowded and the parking lot was packed. I was appauled by the poor quality of the merchandise. In other words, all broken down JUNK. Junk piled up in bins for people to sort through. No organization whatsoever. I saw people with baskets full of junk and couldn't figure out why. Never again!

This is not your typical thrift store--it's much better! But it's definitely for hard core bargain hunters. Sure, you might get bumped into by other eager shoppers, but just relax, dig around the bins and find those treasures. There are lots of resellers but most specialize in certain items. Toys are very popular as are shoes. When new bins are brought out, pick your spot and wait for the "open" signal and dig in. Or you can wait for the intial frenzy to be over and then calmly search for your special item. The clothes bins are not as frantic and again, name brand items can be found. When you go, an open mind is required but finding something that suits your needs is a great feeling.

Ever been pushed and shoved ,Reached over and had items thrown at you? Well you might be missing out on the fun! It’s an absolutely antisocial rage grab going on at the Angel View overstock facility ! Bring your gloves and be ready to dig through massive bins of obsolete treasures .. but be careful or there are others trying to grab the same items as you! Definitely a fun way to find interesting used items, Books, electronics and cloths. Bring a date !

It's like a taste hunt- you never know what you'll come across, and clothes? You can't find something for every age and size and pretty decent stuff, too. The only thing is you buy based on weight. Furniture is inexpensive, too and decent quality.

First time coming here but my mom comes often. There are some good finds, especially if you are here a few hours. My mother has found some expensive bed sheets and blankets that were really cheap. She even found a brand new wireless speaker set (for $7) that retailed for over $100. Good experience and will definitely go again.

Where do I begin....this place has truly ruined my ability to shop at other thrift shops, shops in general. They price by the pound so anything you find is really on an equal playing field. It’s the best treasure hunt experience with items ranging from soft koala sweaters, Reidel wine glasses, to ice shaver, camping cookware, to a sewing machine. I truly walk in here saying I don’t know what I need, but I know that I will find it here. The bins are endless, it’s really fun, be prepared to spend a few hours digging thru things, and try to be careful- there is a lot of broken glass in some bins

It was an interesting experience. It's very crowded in the afternoon though. The cool thing about this place, is everything is cheap. Expect to spend a few hours going through everything. The volunteers are constantly removing items that don't sell within a few hours and bringing out new items. Very friendly staff. I enjoyed talking to them, while waiting for the products to be put on the tables and shelves. Just like all charity organizations, one mans trash is another's treasure.

A detailed description of my experience is quite difficult considering how many items and people were present at this location. One might characterize this Angel View not as the view of an angel, but a distorted glimpse of the underworld through the eyes of a sinner fallen from earth. Made offer on vintage soda machine but was told it was NFS!

Large flea-market warehouse. Great finds and deals, deals, deals of second-hand stuff. Best to be there when they first open, but even throughout the day, they bring out more stuff!! Plan on being there for awhile...the more you dig, the more you find. While searching through stuff, can get dirty. Staff is wonderful and helpful. When furniture is purchased, plan on taking home the same day. SOMETIMES staff is available to help lift and load heavy items onto vehicles.

Love Angel view clearance center, always always always the nicest and most helpful employees! I never leave empty handed. Prices are low, store is kept clean even when customers can be messy, truly the hardest working employees! Will continue to visit often! Best time to go is first thing in the morning!! New stuff put out all day long! Hours are convenient. Worth the drive! Approximately 8 minutes of the 10 freeway!

This is by far one of the best thrift stores! It is a bit out of the way but so worth the drive! If you like taking time to look through many piles of clothing, you will find amazing little gems! Every time I am in Palm Springs, this store is a must to visit. Take your time and don't rush and you will be rewarded greatly.
