I was calling and no one answered the phone. I already had the release paper for my car and no one answered. I left a message and no one returned the call. It was an emergency. They will never answer. I was waiting outside the Arco Towing place and it was very windy and cold and no one came out. Bad service.
Terrible Service, They will not take care of your vehicle. Do yourself a favor & call Alfonso Towing Instead. Cheaper price & better service! I promise you!
This is a great company, would definitely recommend. They arrive within the suggested time and are really kind and respectful. The whole process was easy and fast. I am really grateful I chose them to tow my car.
My Toyota Tacoma required a tow today and Aarco Towing was the responding company. I don’t recall the tow operators name however he was a younger guy, he arrived promptly and did a good job, he knew what he was doing and I appreciate his assistance today. Thnx dude! You rock 😎🤙🏻
i had a flat tire the other day and the tow truck was there in just a few minutes. ron helped me so much. he was patient and very nice which calmed my nerves. it was a very good experience for a stressful situation. he was friendly and empathetic to my predicament . thank u ron.
my car died on a late sunday night and I was literally in shambles trying to figure out how I was going to not only turn it on, but open the door as well! the young man you came to hep was well equipt and knew exactly what to do. definitely call them up if you have any questions or need their services
Outstanding customer service to dispatch and driver who assisted us on 4th of July. Our vehicle ended up breaking down on the way up to Morongo Valley, called AAA who ended up dispatching the tow call to an out of the area company. We waited for so long, ETA kept of getting pushed back further and further. I ended up calling Aarco Towing, who confirmed they are contract with AAA. Aarco dispatched a driver and in less than 30 minutes we were assisted, all with a smile. I highly recommend this Tow truck company. Big shout out to driver, I did not get his name but he was extremely charismatic and knowledgeable.
Ricardo is a complete failure as a tow truck driver and casts shame on this company and is an embarrassment to his profession. He left me stranded at midnight on a dark road in the middle of the desert, all because he couldn’t figure out how to do a basic tow. He really should be fired and banished from the industry.

I desperately needed a tow today and they were to me within 30 minutes or so. They got me home and safe! Unfortunately I didn't catch my drivers name but he was great! Very compassionate, which is what I needed. Thank you kind sir! Whoever you are!
Alone and broken down inside a storage facility is not my idea of a productive Sunday THANK GOD for Aarco. Ron was amazing, arrived super quick and was super professional, prepared and knew his stuff in fact his general auto advice has just managed to save me money! Thank you Ron. So grateful.
Calling for the tow turned into a major headache but once the lack of communication was addressed the process ran smoother. Once the tow truck arrived the driver was very pleasant & professional. He was also very apologetic regarding the mess with the dispatch.
Nice Tech, but don't always rely on the meter saying battery good. We encourage to try new battery to rule out the car being completely dead, horn and key fob.As soon as new battery placed the car came back to life, key fob and horn.. AAA responds was fast and had batteries with him.
Wonderful customer service! They really are helpful and understanding of people's situations and definitely go out of their way to do whatever is possible to help you. This has got to be by far the best tow company I've dealt with!!
Showed up in time, driver was very friendly, took good care of our vehicle and delivered it to our mechanic as ordered. The tow rate was very reasonable. We always use Aarco and have done so for 30+ years.
We needed a car taken from DHS to Los Angeles. Ray from Aarco Towing arrived promptly. Very professional and pleasant. Got the car to its destination with no drama. We were extremely pleased with his service. Will use them again!

Tammy gave such great customer service don’t see a lot of people willing to help out like that anymore these days. This company is fantastic. A group of women from our church on a trip had a breakdown and they very quickly got to them, towed the vehicle for a reasonable price, and even gave one of the ladies a ride to the rental car place so that they could rent a car before it closed. Truly an unexpected level of kindness and service. Thank you!
Absolutely unbelievable company! My brother is a marine and was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire and no Jack. They stopped and helped them at no charge, knowing what the military pays them. I am floored at their kindness and want everyone to know what kind of people are running this business. Thank you so much!
They were amazing! My daughter got 2 blowouts in a very bad spot on the 10 Frwy. They were there quick and took care of everything to get her out of there. Totally recommend them and they are with AAA on top of it. 5 Stars!

Wheel bearing went out on our transport vehicle... AARCO- dispatch and Ricardo did an excellent job finding me quickly, loading up our Big truck, and letting it down off the truck right where the mechanic can work it!
