I went to autozone on tuesday afternoon , between three and six , matt was a guy that helped me and one Juan G and another girl, but they all gave me great customer service.Especially Matt, help me with everything I needed testing my battery and got me.My alternator i was very satisfied with customer service and the help they gave me.
came in for oil to top my car off until my oil change. juan s took me right to the oil i needed and offered to do the top off for me. super friendly and knowledgeable! appreciated his help!

Juan S helped me so much finding a car cover and wiper blades. He even put them on and gave me some tips on car maintenance. Would definitely return for all my car needs in the future.
Came in on a busy Friday and David M was so helpful! He's so knowledgeable, quick, and efficient! He was currently busy with other guests yet still took time to help with my issue. I had going on with my battery and just other car stuff I really didn't know about but just needed to be checked! Don't know his name, but the gentleman at the cash register helped me get my phone number going so I can actually receive points too since I spend so much money here! Wonderful staff.
I had a great experience at AutoZone today! David went above and beyond to help me. Even though the diagnostic showed everything was fine, he took the time to listen to my concerns and helped identify the real issue! My coolant was empty!!! He also helped me install my windshield wipers. I don’t know much about cars, so I really appreciated how patient and professional he was in explaining everything and genuinely looking out for me as a customer. Thank you so much, David!

Can’t thank enough to Mr. Juan S. for helping me and my daughter today! AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE of a person/worker with lots of knowledge in what he does! We are very grateful to him so much! With the help he shared to us, which was changing the cabin air filter and filling up two things in the hood, one was the wiper fluid, can’t remember the other one, but he did it for us. juan s and Juan g. was very friendly and professional. I was stuck in a dark parking lot having alarm issues with my car not wanted to start. Both of these gentelmen went the extra mile to help me and get my car started. I am very proud of the staff at this auto zone location and they saved me hundreds from calling a roadside side assistance. Thank you guys so much !
Juan S. Has always been of good help at the location, hard worker and very knowledgeable. Mario General Manager was also helpful I had an issue with a warranty and they figured it out. If you need any help they got you.
This autozone has always helped with any questions I had. I recommend them if you need some parts or oil and have some questions. Mario helped us at the front desk and has a great sense of humor, made the buying process fun.
The staff is really nice and helpful. I didn’t catch the name of the girl who helped me but she had glasses and dark hair. Will be coming back to this AZ for sure.
I had a break light out and went into AutoZone- Juan was very kind and got me the light right away, Ryan B was very nice and helped change my break light. I try to offer a tip but they refused. I am so grateful for the wonderful service - we should be able to tip these gentlemen they work very hard.
I purchased wiper blades in early September, but during this recent storm they didn’t perform well—they were dry and created a lot of resistance when clearing the windshield. I called AutoZone to see if I could exchange them, and the team was very helpful. They issued me a refund for the old blades, and I purchased a new pair.
A big thank you to Juan G., who kindly installed the new blades for me. Everyone at the store was friendly and accommodating—great customer service!
