Luis at Alfonso Towing pulled me from Beaumont to Colton. He is curious, kind , of good nature and respectful. The manager approved of helping me out with my AAA and spared me a cascade of problem. I am truly amazed on how Luis put unloaded my RV with awesome precision.!!! They are the best for towing!!!!

Danny towed my Jeep when I popped the tire after hitting a curb! He was there within 20 min! Great communication, friendly and a clean truck that smelled fresh! I use Alfanso's on a regular basis and all of the drivers are gentlemen, I feel safe riding with them 10/10 highly recommend!

Quoted $123 by manager and card charged $133. When I asked the guy who spoke minimal english why I was charged ten dollars extra they said because it was because I used a debit card. Most modern companies use a card reader and they took my debit information down on PAPER. When I spoke with a manager they said Zelle could have been used for no extra charge. The guy who towed my car did not inform of this and blamed dispatch- who I never spoke with.Bad communication , go else where.

Very recommend this Towing company!!! My car was stop working in the middle of the highway just in front of the exit120 Indian Canyon and I was on my way to LAX to catch my flight and really thanks to Mr.Luis to take me to where I can get the uber and he even wait there until the uber come. waited over 2 1/2 hours for them to show up and say that they were not able to tow the car because it was on a dirt road and they didn’t even attempt to try and help me whatsoever even after I said I would open up the gate so they wouldn’t have to be on the dirt road. do not recommend whatsoever I would give them zero stars if I had the opportunity to

BEST TOWING COMPANY OUT HERE. Our Tesla got stuck in the dirt and sand on a huge incline. Luis Sr. was AMAZING. So kind, offered us water, offered to drive the car if we couldn’t. He even stayed back to make sure we were good. Price was better than we could’ve expected as well!

Never had a good experience with a Towing company until this one. The night I got into my accident, Luis was there to provide great customer service and did such a great job taking care of my car. The owner was generous with pricing and provided great customer service too. Both were generous through the whole process and provided additional support/service for locations to fix my car. The gentleman that answered my call was kind, professional and had someone dispatched to me within 20 minutes. Amazing service... Called for a 10 mile tow, gave me an estimated time of 1 hr. Called me back within 5 minutes to confirm my vehicle and was able to dispatch a different truck that arrived in 20 min. Alfonso Sr. Showed up and was professional with a new truck and saved my butt. Best price in the Coachella Valley. Family owned with an amazing story! If you need a tow here in the desert, call Alfonso towing 1st. What a great experience! I called ahead and spoke with Luis to coordinate having my car picked up. He showed up on time as he committed! He was friendly, incredibly respectful of my vehicle and knowledge in working his equipment to secure my car to his truck for the tow. I felt comfortable every step of the way! Josh was amazing and I would definitely call them again. I had an issue with my vehicle recently and I called my own towing company that i pay for annually which is Triple A I had 3 different tow trucks come from them and none of them couldeve helped me without telling me my vehicle will get damaged or scratched in the process. I just used Alfonso Towing to move my 1974 VW on a flat bed truck from Palm Springs to get it serviced at a shop in Yucca Valley. They had a vacant slot so collected it 30 minutes after I called. The driver (Luis) was very friendly and efficient. Charged $150 which i think is pretty reasonable. Very satisfied.
