Gave me wrong part and insisted they did not was going to make me lose $165 saying that it was not Thier part

I needed an axle nut in a rush and to borrow a torque wrench capable of 250 ft lbs. Axle nut was in stock and torque wrench was available my job went smooth and fixed my car thanks . Brought back the torque wrench and was promptly refunded my deposit in cash. Good job Precision teamwork.

Cesario was great on the customer service. Everyone had smiles and was helpful. A pleasant experience.

I had a really rough day today broken down but Gerald helped me calm down and gave words of encouragement. I really appreciate it, he gave me what I needed and got my family home safe. Give this guy a raise or extra break or something.

We went into the store last weekend on Easter for my friend looking for a part to repair his RV tow cable. We were helped by Darrell which was a great customer service experience. Darrell was more than helpful in getting the part figured out and reassembled and we were out of there in no time at a very fair cost. Thank you O'REILLY DHS!!

I needed a water inlet for my car. Online, it was priced around $15, and O'Reilly had it for $36. But they had it in stock already, and besides, I didn’t have time to wait for a delivery. Jesse was very kind. He helped me find everything I needed. I am very happy with the service I received and I would certainly recommend this location to others.

Just moved to the area and found what I was looking for. Rene was patient and helpful in finding what I needed and very knowledgeable. He was the only one to greet and assist me. Even helped bring items out to my vehicle.

We came in today 2/12/23 and Ramiro was friendly and promptly attentive as soon as we walked in. Had a knowledge in the job we were performing as well as double checked to make sure all the parts and quantity was on point. Don’t see that often. Every now and then a man looses a bolt and a couple NUTZ as he chases down riches is this world. May be you haven't lost your nuts but my nuts need to be replaced ALOT. Shake shake bump bump there goes another nut. So I love stopping by O Reilly for replacements. They have nuts that stay tight. Thank O Reilly for selling the nuts I need.

Called 3 x rang endlessly. Went down there soon as I hung up, to find, 2 guys standing around laughing and joking. Not a customer in sight. Too busy to answer the phone I guess !! I would give them 2 stars, can't change it !! Sorry guys you suck.

I like O'rielleys over the competitors because they generally have more knowledgeable employees. O'Reilly's customer service and policies favor the customer and you could be confident that their parts are higher quality than AutoZone, and they will gladly price match.

I believe the persons name was Carlos that helped me install my battery. He was so helpful and so kind, when Auto Zone turned me away. You have an awesome employee and I wish there was a way to reward him for helping me and my family get back home safely. If there is a way to do so that it still stays with in your stores guidelines, could you please notify me. Thank you again Carlos for going over and beyond for someone in need.

Quality parts, good service and dependable timelines. I do light duty Diesel Repair (Powerstroke,Duramax,Cummins,Sprinter,MBenz), and I get most of my parts from O'reilly. They stand behind me, with the warranties I give my customers. There parts have a minimal failure rate, not the Amazon Junk. Love the guys at O'Reillys. I prefer to shop here for my car vs.autozome or pepboys. I find they are more personable then their competitors. It always has had a feel to it like my grandpas garage. Good people, knowledgeable staff, great prices and always open when i need them to be. Love these guys!

I don't see how you guys can lie to people say my alternate is bad and when I ask to see the machine to make sure you refuse I will be taking my business to AutoZone from now on y'all are a waste of time and money and your manager is very unprofessional when I call to let y'all know about it you say well what the hell am I supposed to do about it. The evening crew working on sunday on 1/28/18 just just really helpful! My trucks lights went out while driving and they went above and beyond to help diagnose the problem and come up with a solution to get me home safe! Martin was a life saver!

I have always had a good experience here. The tool selection is of a much higher quality than the other local auto parts. When I got the wrong transmission filter they exchanged it no questions asked even though I had tried to install it and basically ruined it.
