Although they charged me $480 when my car wasnt even there a full 24 hrs at least the customer service was great. They wer r very cool and professional the whole time. Everything went very fast & smooth!
I can't speak to everybody else's reviews all I can share is my own experience. My car was recently totaled in a bad accident. Statewide Towing was used to take my car off the freeway. They were extremely patient waiting for me pictures of my car as well as waiting for me to offload my belongings. I had to come back the next day to the tow yard to gather more of my belongings out of my car and they were both kind and very patient while I did so. I understand most people aren't happy when their car gets towed so you may not see a lot of positive reviews, but I feel like they did a great job and treated me well
Rude front desk guy is charging 660 dollars to take out a motorcycle that was towed there 1 hour ago. Adding on crazy fees, will definitely be contacting a lawyer. Taking them to court to get my money back.
If I give negative stars I would. They are crook and thieves. Don’t ever let them tow your vehicle. I was in accident on the highway. CHP called them. I was forced to use them. I should have put my foot down more I said multiple times I would pay for my truck to be moved to my house or auto body shop.
So they tow my truck to their yard. I went to check on my truck twice during 6 day period it was there. Nothing was broken or touched at that time. My insurance picks up the truck on six day. I meet up to see my truck at the auto body shop. At that point I noticed they tried to steal things on my truck. But couldn’t instead they took a dust cap messed up my locks on the truck. I try to resolve it but they get defensive. Come to find out when I called the cops on them. The cop said there has been multiple complains on statewide towing of similar issues. I thought this was end of it.
Nope not the end. They put a lien on my truck for 1,200 when my truck worth 60,000. I call them they said I quote “ don’t worry about it just ignore we took care of it” I didn't I called the DMV lien department and the DMV lien department said no the lien was still on it and they didn’t file any papers. Would have gone to auction online. So the guy at the DMV took care of it and removed the lien and the DMV guy was in shock that the truck was not in even in their yard to make a claim of lien on the truck. So statewide towing is nothing but thieves and lairs! Beware!

They gave me a quote of $212
I’m not sure what’s going on, but I would never call these people I would rather walk
Or push my car uphill I think that’s pretty close to $50 a mile these guys should be ashamed of themselves, highway robbery and crooked all the same time
