The store manager, Frank, was very polite and very helpful when I was trying to get prices for a suspension part for my husband's truck while he couldn't go to work due to his duties. He also took the time to speak with my husband over the phone. Great customer service!

Great store and the employees who work here are amazing. I came in needing some help with my battery and they immediately took care of me when my car broke down the street. They gave me a Jump with their jumper box and then I drove my car to the store and then they sold me a quality agm battery at a great price with a 5 year warranty. And they installed it for me. Thank you to everyone at this store for being so helpful and nice. I will be coming back here all the time. I will never go back to Oreilly's again!!

Place is awful So slow Terrible service Wasted my time

I’ve never been treated poorly the way I was at this Autozone. If I needed help with finding details about my car they are usually nice enough to help. Instead this place made me feel dumb for needing help when I was unsure of specifics of my car. Walked out and I won’t be back!

don’t go to this autozone if you don’t wanna end up having to do their job for their lazy ahh. i got my car towed in front of this store wednesday november 12 around 7-8pm. asked the two workers if they can switch my battery out and one guy says “if you can drive ur car a little closer to the store i’ll do it for you” like he didn’t just watch my car get DROPPED OFF BY A TOW TRUCK because IT CLEARLY WONT START. i told him it won’t start and the tow truck couldn’t put it any closer for liability reasons (im sure tow truck driver wouldn’t try to drop it off near other parked cars). my car wasn’t even too far from the store either, it was just dropped off away from other cars. he proceeded to tell me he can’t go outside and leave his female coworker alone because it’s late at night and handed me the tools to switch my battery out myself because apparently it’s better to keep his female coworker who is safe inside but would let a woman work on her car outside late at night— mind you, it’s their job to switch your battery out for you so don’t let them tell you that you have to do it yourself. luckily my boyfriend was with me but i didn’t tell the workers i wasn’t alone, so he made an excuse not to do his job because he wants to keep his work wife safe while letting a woman do it alone had i been alone. absolutely braindead and lazy.

GREAT SHOP TO GET CAR PARTS AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Mixed up my online pick up order so when I wanted to return it later in, didn’t let me refund it. Makes sense but they made the mistake and I’m suffering from it. 70 bucks short now since I need to drain my transmission fluid again because they gave me the wrong one

So today was one of those days where life is testing your limits. And I had to go in to get a part for my husband. As I walked in I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you; and when you’re having a bad day it makes a world of difference. I asked for the part and they didn’t have it but Kenny was very helpful and looked for it near by . He ordered the part and went far and beyond to make sure I got the part that I needed. He may not know but his act of kindness made a world of difference to me. I have been coming to this AutoZone for years and I can gladly say I’ve had no issues in getting the parts or exchanging if need be. Thank you to all the AutoZone employees especially Kenny. ☺️

In this place u can find almost anything que se nesesitan to fix ur car. Tienen folks muy intelligent and capable of helping anyone. I was helped by this lady Iliana such a nice person very talented, kind, and charming.

I recently needed to replace the battery for my car, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of assistance I received from the staff. They were not only knowledgeable about the different battery options available but also took the time to understand my specific needs. Their patience and willingness to answer all my questions made the whole process much easier. I truly appreciated their help! Will recommend!!

Horrible costumer service, refused to help us after we didn't want to buy the windshield wiper provided by the employee.

Stopped here on my way to California on a road trip because an “engine maintenance required” alert popped up on my car. They plugged in the diagnostic reader thing for me & no issues popped up but they were thorough to help look under the hood to make sure I wasn’t low on any other fluids. Appreciated the care they showed.

Alma was awesome she went above and beyond to help me install my air filter in Tacoma Kenny was awesome as well helping me get the correct parts and Sandra was very friendly and fast to make my check out easy and showed me how to place a review for the first time

Had a wonderful experience today in Auto zone, Karla the store manager in the Beaumont store #2882, help me... some how l misplaced my receipt and l honestly believe she went above and beyond to provide me with great customer. May l note, seems like all the stores have done away with such a service....but Karla did provide me with the best customer services since before the Pandemic...hats off to Karla for helping me resolve my issue...

Great service by Doug . He checked my battery and put in a new one. Very nice gentleman and helped me get back on the road with a new battery.

I went in last night to ask about a certain part but the guy didn't know what it was. I went out and took pictures, but he still didn't know. I asked if he could come out and see for himself, but he said they close in 20 min. That was at 9:20, I said I thought you closed at 10, to which he replied, oh well 40 minutes but we still have a lot to do. Huh? I thought helping customers was something that you had to do. I felt very dismissed and disappointed ?

I wish I knew the gentleman's name who assisted me. Very helpful and nice. It seems every time I purchase something this man ends up installing it for me. From windshield wipers to batteries. Always cheerful and with a smile. A very pleasant experience.

Samuel here at this location helped tremendously. Great customer service. Even was able to move between customers and still managed not to forget completing the job started with me. I say that’s pretty impressive. If you see this Sam, don’t lose that genuineness my guy. ! Peace

I can't stress how courteous the staff is. Very respectful and they love what they do, continue to do what you do everyday. If possible give these magnificent individuals all a raise.
