Sold me the wrong part then made me pay the difference

Terrible service. They don’t know anything about automobile parts. I will never come to the Oreilly banning location again. Rude and your prices are too high compared to Autozone. Please do better..

Got exceptional service from Cathy at the store. I needed a new brake caliper. The broken one had a lifetime warranty, but I couldn’t find the receipt on my online app. Apparently I didn’t update my phone number. She found it for me and order the new part. Very helpful and great to work with.

The senior lady taking care of front desk is rude and no help at all if you ask something her answered is don't know get it yourself really bad attitude shouldn't work there stay home

Charles was great battery was acting dumb had to buy a new one Charles had me in and out and even put the battery in timely manner he was nice and quick just how I like it

You have criminals working at this store!!! I tried to warranty a part that I paid cash for & it turns out the employee did a "Receiptless return" & pocketed the money!!

One of the only 2 places in the area with knowledgeable, friendly AND helpful staff. And while you need to watch which brands you pick, they can almost always order you the actual best brand for the type of repair you are working on.

Have been a long time customer in other cities… however this Banning location is TERRIBLE!! Called ahead and made sure they had the Auxiliary battery for Toyota 2015 Prius plug in. They looked up part number and it was in store I asked if they would install it and that it was in the trunk. Being older and physical problems, I sai great and then jumped the car and drove 3 miles to store. Upon arrival, the same person said they could NOT INSTALL IT due to store regulations. He then told me he could could give me places I could go (duh, with a dead batter). This store was empty with employees standing around but wouldn’t help me. Said because it is a hybrid they can’t change the auxiliary battery?? At any rate, they lost a customer for life.I have them 1 star for answering the phone

I recently visited O'Reilly auto parts and was impressed with their selection of high-quality parts at fair prices. The store is easy to navigate and has a wide range of products to choose from. I enjoy going there for all my auto part needs. However, during my recent visit, I asked an employee for assistance in looking for an air filter, and instead of helping me find it, he simply printed the part number and told me to look for it in the filters section. While I appreciate that he gave me the information, I would have appreciated some additional assistance in finding the part. On the other hand, when I go to AutoZone, the employees are always friendly and willing to help me find the parts I need. They are familiar with the parts and where they are stocked, so they can quickly grab what I need to speed up the process. Overall, I would still recommend O'Reilly auto parts for their great selection of parts and good quality at fair prices. However, I hope their customer service improves so that they can match the level of service provided by their competitors.

It's like a circle K...convenient and prices are moderate to expensive. Some items are a good bargain but it'll never be the way it used to because of inflation

The guys there were really good..they came out to my car to look under the hood to see it they could help me...most of these place the workers don't even want to help you in the store let alone go outside to help...

Doesn't get better than this. AC wasn't blowing cold as usual. Stopped in off the highway and they set me up with the correct tool for free (loaner) and sold me the right can of Freon, charged it up right the the parking lot and it's good as new again! Super nice folk!

I was really impressed with this O'Reilly store. The staff was professional and even installed wipers and fuses. There woman and they rocked it in service . I highly recommend them! Excellent job ladies!

Cathy, Isaiah, and the rest of the team have been so kind to us. The store is new and very organized!They were able to place an order for my Superior Products Quick Wax EZ Shine and had it here in 2 days!! They found out how to get this (order only) product from the Distribution Center! Way to Go!! Come check them out. GOD BLESS !!

We were broke down in our motorhome...needed a new alternator. We were told by other local auto parts places that it would take days,maybe longer. In 3 hours we were back on the road!! My husband and I can not thank the team at O'REILLYS enough for going above and beyond the call of duty for us!!! Call this store first!! THANK YOU!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!
