Poor service. When I initially called they sent me to a drop off location that is no longer in service. When I called then back they gave me new instructions and procedures on wo# and where to drop off the phone. Once I got to the new drop off location, the drop off location had no idea what I was talking about. They had to call salvage data and get the info. Then the drop off location said they would deliver fed ex same day no issue. Salvage data said it would take about 4 days to access data recovery. I set up a call with my case worker and called at day 4. Stephen( salvage data) had no record that my phone was dropped off and had no idea who I was. I had to present my receipt from the drop off place. Salvage data called drop off location and the phone was never sent out. I went to the drop off location and picked up my phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This data salvage facility is fantastic; they just finished another recovery for me. They have never failed to recover a drive for me as long as you take the failed drive to them without attempting to repair it yourself. I strongly recommend this company; they have the potential to save your company's life!
