I just wanna give props to Jesse that works at this store. He let me in even after they have closed by two minutes. I had called ahead to confirm with him that I was five minutes away and he said come on in and I’m glad he let me in to purchase OZIUM AIRSPRAY he was super friendly. He offered me this product after I told him that my friend smoked in my car. I’m glad he pointed me in the right direction. Thank you, Jesse

I came here to get my battery exchanged after 6 years of having it, it finally died on me. I ordered one online at this location and came to pick it up. The store had a few customers and regardless of that the staff member that helped me out was kind enough to exchange the battery for me and replace it on my vehicle as well. Very kind and I absolutely appreciated the above and beyond service. My only regret is not taking note of his name so I could give him my praises and gratitude for helping me out on a pinch. Thank you!!!!!

Always have what Im needing for the car. Great staff, answered some tricky questions for me and got me on the right track. My smog test failed , the mechanic told me it would be nearly 300 to " fix " the problem. The clerk here suggested replacing the gas cap...13 dollars later my car passed the smog test...

I've been a loyal customer of AutoZone for many years and have visited many of their stores. I would not return to this store because of the horrible service and lack of knowledge amongst the employees regarding the products and tools they have in their store. I was looking for all the options, supplies, and equipment to flush and clean the AC system I am installing in my '91 Trooper. None of the sales associates had any idea what I was talking about or looking for, and the one that was holding the phone suggested I go to a shop. One of the flush gun tools they showed me was missing critical pieces and they did not understand that the cleaning solution was consumable and sold separate from the loaner tool. Since they did not help me find any products for cleaning inside the AC lines, I could not use their loaner tool, but the guy still asked if I wanted to "rent" it. There were other aspects of this visit that were frustrating and wasted a good deal of my time, but this is sufficient to explain why I will never return to this store and may buy more stuff from Amazon instead.

stopped in here earlier this evening asking for some help with getting some fender liner clips or even some kind of tape to help temporarily fix a part of mine that started to come off my vehicle due to running over something on the freeway that halfway tore i off. I had a very long drive home ahead of me and was just in the area for the day visiting my grandmother but just needed some help to fix it enough to get home safely/ without worrying about the entire thing coming off while driving. AutoZone employees are usually very helpful and happy to assist with all of my car questions and concerns, but unfortunately this time was so different. When I asked about the clips and tape and explained my situation, the man working said he hates when people come in asking for things like this and he isn’t a dealership or auto repair shop and he’s sick of people coming in needing help. He was very angry and annoyed and continued to talk about how he’s so glad he’s retiring soon and won’t have to deal with people like me. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life. It takes no time at all to just be a nice person and help share some knowledge and help me find a product to fix my issue. At the very least, even if he didn’t know how to help, he could have given an apology for not knowing how to help and sent me on my way with kindness. I wasn’t asking for him to fix anthing, I just asked about fender clips or some kind of tape and he was very angry and triggered by my questions. I Guess since he’s retiring soon he’s already checked out & doesn’t really care to work and help a customer out anymore. Might as well just retire now…Shame on you AutoZone, I’ve never been so disappointed. Luckily I was able to make it to another location and they helped me out with a quick temporary fix 10 minutes before they closed with a smile on their face & wished me safe travels ( how customer service should always be!)

This has to be one of my lest favorite places. As someone who’s novice when it comes to cars, I wish staff was more helpful and friendly. I came in and not once did any one greet me or even bother to ask if I needed help. Even when it came to check out. I stood in line waiting for someone. I had to use the self check out. Don’t bother coming here. These guys obviously hate their job and they hate helping customers even more.

Kirk at his assistance was absolutely wonderful & amazingly informative upon details to where battery corrosion can lead, being new battery wires at cost that would be repair which Kirk's phenomenal expertise delivers awareness on maintenance onto saving your expenses, even the courtesy of ensuring clean terminals was a wonder. Great service always at this AutoZone

I went in with a dead battery. Ramon refused to warranty it out. I'll never shop this location again. Wasted my time and my gas coming here. Went to the autozone in costa mesa and they took care of it no problem.

The employees at this store are absolutely wonderful! They are very friendly and helpful. Each visit, I'm greeted with a smile and ask if I need help. Being woman and a recent widow now having to deal with fixing car stuff the staff not only gave me good recommendations they also helped me to understand how/why a part works which is a blessing. The camaraderie with the staff was fun especially with Grandpa, I felt right at home.

I'm trying to get a k&n cabin air filter cleaner, and they had on stock on the app. Came over, and there's nothing on the shelves. I asked a guy, and they said yes, we had on stock but come back tomorrow cause it's still in the palette. Wth! I'm not gonna come back here. Nice service. They need to hire a more reliable person. 0 stars

I went to the store yesterday to buy a t-shirt with a flag for the 4th of July. I politely asked a heavily tattooed attendant if I could check the size. He said no. Then I asked if I could exchange it if it didn’t fit, and he responded, "I don't make the rules; you can't exchange it." This is outrageous! I will never go back to AutoZone. This is against commercial laws, and it shows a complete lack of professionalism and competence. Zero stars!

Had a battery that was on its way out. Ricardo was more than happy to help test it, to figure out if it was time to replace it, and it was. We discussed multiple options and one I chose the replacement he even replaced it right there in the parking lot. Very great experience… really help turn what seemed like it was going to be a bad day into a day with a slight inconvenience.

I had a car battery that died right when I parked at AutoZone in Fountain Valley, CA. I was helped by Brandon who was so kind and professional. I purchased a new battery from him. And then he took out my dead one and replaced it with the new one. The whole thing took about 1/2 hour. This is the second time I have come to this store and received help from the staff. They are quite competent and I will definitely be back for any other auto needs. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I thought my battery was on the fritz so I called and the guys were super knowledgeable and quick to help. Was able to get my car to start and high-tail it down there and for sure that was the issue. Props to Elliot for replacing it for me quickly and easily. Other places required an appointment and I didn't have time for that. Thanks!

David helped me replace my battery in the dark and was super knowledgeable and the manager Elliot was super customer service and honest. He was working with another customer before me and took the time to answer their questions and offer advice/guidance before extending me the same courtesy. David was honestly the best experience I've had with someone helping me on my car and I really appreciate him and his time.

Shout out to this location!!! I can’t remember the last time I had such great service! I went in to get a thermostat coolant. The associate George went above and beyond assisting me with this part. He convinced me to buy the life time warranty part vs the dealer part. He also went above and beyond and offered to assist with the installation. When I came back to get help, he came out with such a great attitude. I appreciate the level of service this location gave me. I appreciate the store Manager Elliot, for having such a great staff who are willing to go the extra mile. This is a representation of who he is and how he manages his store. Even the cashier Nick was so friendly. Bravo to all employees. You should be proud!
