O'Reilly is my go to place for anything having to do with cars. Their service is really good. I only gave them 4 stars today because they didn't have exactly what I was looking for but they did help me find it!

I want to give a big thank you to Janai for her amazing help at O’Reilly. She went above and beyond to help me replace my headlight around 8:50 pm, just 10 minutes before closing. She was kind, patient, and super helpful. Employees like her make a huge difference, she definitely deserves recognition.

Talk about excellent service. I went to purchase an item for my vehicle. Janai took care of me and went the extra mile. Management you're very lucky to have an employee who provides service like that to your customers.

I'm beginning to like this place more than the autozone. About that same distance but they seem to have more parts in stock for my Ford F-150 5.4ltr. then autozone so shop@Shucks-O'Reilly auto parts.

They advertise free batteries installation on not-complicated cars. Mine is a Benz ML320 with battery open on hood. The support technician went out to inspect and confirmed it should be an easy installation. Then the manager/owner came out and said no, that he could not waste one of his employee on maybe one hour job. I offered to pay for the installation labor, but he refused. Of course, he has to refuse because they advertise free installation. I went to American Tire Bay next door and got a new battery installed in 15 minutes. What an amazing staff - especially Janai! My mom had a burnt-out taillight, and it was stressing us out. We're not exactly car experts, and the thought of trying to replace it ourselves was daunting. Thankfully, we found Janai. From the moment we spoke with her, Janai was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She didn't make us feel silly for our lack of car knowledge, and she explained everything clearly and concisely. She quickly diagnosed the problem, got the right bulb, and replaced it with impressive speed. efficiency and with the most loving personality ? What could have been a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal was made so easy thanks to Janai. Beyond her technical skills, Janai's customer service was outstanding. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us. She went above and beyond, even checking the other lights to make sure everything was working perfectly. My mom left feeling relieved and confident, and I was so grateful for Janai's expertise and positive attitude. ✨️

The owner of the store was surprisingly rude when I waiting for her store to open. I got there about 10 minutes earlier than it opened and she kept asking for me to leave. I hope she understands that's how to lose returning customers.

I am absolutely thrilled with the level of customer service I received from the staff at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Fountain Valley. In particular, I would like to commend Shawn for going above and beyond to help me with my purchase of Bosch window wipers for my BMW 328i. I was pleasantly surprised when Shawn offered to install the wipers for me, which was a tremendous help as I would have struggled to do it myself. His willingness to take on the task without hesitation really stood out to me and made my experience all the more enjoyable. Shawn's friendly and helpful demeanor was truly refreshing, and it is clear that he is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. I love this place because they're very friendly and helpful. I bought a few things like car battery and windshield wiper. They even installed it for me for free. How cool is that? 5 Star customer service for sure. I highly recommend coming here to get all your auto parts. Their prices are fair to.

It all started by me shopping for parts on the phone... after calling a couple of places I called O'Reilly's in Fountain Valley. I called back a couple of different times for several parts & each time I had a very courteous and professional person named Lindz answer the phone promptly. I ended up choosing this parts store because they had the best price than others in the area. Also when I went in person Lindz was very helpful with everything I asked and she was well informed and professional that helped me a lot ? I highly recommend this location and O'Reilly's in general.

Convenient place for most auto parts/supplies being located next to SAM'S Club gas station. Generally have what I came for, and prices are ok overall. Employees are always helpful if questions arise.

Friendly, efficient service at reasonable prices. The employees are eager to look up and order parts for difficult to obtain auto parts. Also, the staff works well with local mechanics and can line up installation of batteries and other parts. Convenient hours as well.

Young man, wish I could remember his name. Very helpful and professional. I had a hard time understanding the instructions on how to put on my windshield wipers and he came out and helped me. Because of that service I will always shop at O'Reilly first and reccomend O'Reilly to other drivers.

These guys are great! Went in and told them I just put a 9000 rpm roller cam in my truck and thought I smelled antifreeze, but didn't want to clog the thermostat. I told them I just need Alumaseal. They didn't try to oversell me and knew just what I was talking about. That's rare! If you have a problem these guys are definitely smart enough to figure it out and help you! Tell them the guy with the 9,000 rpm roller cam in the one ton Chevy van sent you.
