Ray has always taken the time to explain what's going on with my Mercedes in a way that makes sense, never making me feel pressured or taken advantage of. I’ve been going to Ray for over 15yrs for my Benz AMG. He is the most honest and genuine guy who will take time to inspect your car and show you everything that needs work before doing. He’s not about upselling you at all and makes you feel comfortable going into an auto shop. It’s hard to find someone you can trust in this line of work and Ray is the only one that I can rely on. Definitely recommend this place for great care and service!
I just had my MB S550 serviced by Ray and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I was impressed by how clean and well-organized everything was. It's clear that Ray takes pride in maintaining a professional workspace.
Ray demonstrated genuine expertise with Mercedes vehicles and he explained the cost and the time frame in which the work would take to complete, which was much appreciated! He was thorough, efficient, and clearly knows his way around German automobiles (there were several vehicles being worked on in the garage). The quality of work was great, and my S550 is running well.
What really sets Ray apart is his fair and affordable pricing, and most importantly that he is trustworthy. Getting quality service on a Mercedes can be expensive, but Ray's rates were very reasonable without any compromise on the quality of work. It's refreshing to find someone who provides honest, transparent pricing for my vehicle service.

Went to have a safety inspection with oil change and was assured all is well. Fortunately, I have MIDAS checked it out again and the gas was leaking like crazy from the gas pump. Totally untrustworthy.
I had a great experience at the autobahn mechanic garage today. Setting the appointment was easy, and they completed the work within the promised timeframe. While the price wasn't cheap, it was worth it for the quality service I received.

Took my 2018 Mercedes Gla-250 in for service and the staff was so nice and friendly. My car should have taken a few hours, the job was complete in an hour and a half. The fee was reasonable. The dealer's price was $900 and that was to start. I will be back for other services! I recommend this shop if you need service for your Mercedes.
Ray is the man, awesome customer service! They will take care of you. Had issues with my Porsche Cayenne hybrid. They found the problem real fast! Will be back!

Wow! I can't even begin to tell you how awesome the owner, Ray is. I bought a used Mercedes and after going to different referred shops by my friends, I found Ray's via Yelp and Google. He called me immediately to tell me that there was a line that was glued and leaking and I needed to fix it asap, as it was dangerous for me to drive around with. After going to 3 different shops who didn't catch this, Ray and his team was a Godsend. He was able to find the part, get it shipped and Ryan put it in for me. I originally went there to get something else fixed, but because of my budget, we went with what mattered first and what would keep me safe. Anyone who is contemplating coming here, you need to go! When it comes down to service and quality, Ray has got it down. And he will even take care of the rental car if you need your car to be there for a day or two. Thank you so much Ray!!
