Waiting 3 hours for service, they never came,called dispatcher for Eta couldn't give me one he said just cancel the tow so i did.very rude and unprofessional, i recommend dont use them ever.
This place is shady. Do not do business with them! I have been dealing with Paul and he refuses to give me a receipt for services that were never rendered. He claims he dispatched a tow truck to pull me out of the mud, but I am beginning to doubt that he did. He had me zelle $600 to Angela' law firm. He blocked my calls and is refusing to cooperate with me. I need a receipt so that I can submit a reimbursement form to Triple A. His places listed do not exist. Please don't do business with this towing company!
AGP towing came to our rescue on Tuesday, November 26 when our rental car broke down at 35th and Atlantic in Long Beach, in the number 1 Traffic Ln., not only do they expedite getting to the scene the drivers professionalism demeanor was outstanding. He gave us a ride back to Avis rental car where we had rented the car from at Long Beach Airport. We cannot say enough about the professionalism of this company highly recommend.
