From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The layout made it easy to browse the different models available. The sales staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. PJ, my sales representative, did a fantastic job answering all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. His expertise and patience were greatly appreciated. I was looking for a specific model, and Stadium Auto had a great selection. They not only had the Acura ILS Sedan 2016 I wanted but also offered alternatives that fit my criteria. This showed me that they truly understood my needs. The test drive was a great experience. STAY AWAY! Anytime we buy a car we generally buy from actual name brand dealerships. As every parent tells their children, "Stay away from these types of used car dealerships. They'll pretty up the car just long enough for you to get off the lot before it falls apart. Just wait until another car pops up for sale." Well we didn't listen to my parents. I saw all the bad reviews for this dealership and their shady tracking device they try to place on people's cars that they sell and then have the nerve to upcharge you for it. We didn't listen to the bad reviews. Instead, we fell in love with a 2016 Honda Odyssey on their lot. Little did we know the horror that would ensue the following months. We bought our car in July of 2023. After going back and forth we were able to negotiate them to remove their tracking device that they try to charge customers for. The salesman was actually very friendly and he is the reason this gets 1 star instead of 0. Over the ensuing months the car was in the shop more than we could actually use it. We had to replace: Door locks. The car battery. All 4 tires as they were almost completely gone although they were nice and shiny in the dealership. We had to take the car in for multiple engine issues that were said to be caused by aftermarket band-aids. One problem after another. We put $10,000 down on the car, took an auto loan of about $11,000, and spent $5,400 in mechanic repairs on this car from July of 2023 until May of 2024 when we finally had enough and THANKFULLY, were able to sell it to another used car dealership for barely enough to cover the loan we took out on this car. Our final straw was a another engine repair that was going to cost $2,400. Never again will we buy a used car from a lot that is not a name brand and looks like the type of lot that would slap lipstick on a pig with their in house mechanics just for it to fall apart later. Sadly all this happened after their VERY generous 250 mile warranty! Lesson learned. Stay away from this dealership. The one time we used this type of dealership it bit us in the butt. We spoke with a lawyer but this shady dealership gets to escape a lemon law lawsuit because the cutoff for the Lemon Law was used cars from 2017 and beyond. Lucky Stadium Auto! STAY AWAY!

Very " Matter of Fact" attitude. As in "As a matter of fact our advertised price is the best for 500 miles around . Lie. And insurance is YOUR problem." End of story. End of offer. There's the door. Don't let the door hit you where the good Lord split ya!

Amazing customer service! No haggling and I got a great deal on an amazing car in excellent condition. I also got a great value on my trade it. Best car dealership experience I’ve had. Easy and stress free.

Best car buying experience we have had. Called 10 minutes ahead asking to see car. P.J. had it out and ready when we arrived. Test drove. No Pressure to buy. When we decided to buy he took us to finance guy. We told him we wanted to use our bank and he said no problem. Did a purchase order to take to bank. Never tried to push another lender on us. Fees were not bad. Only dealer fee was for gps system. Nothing else. From time we arrived to driving away with car was 1 hour.

Best dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Kept every promise and went above and beyond. Just had my first service on the car since I bought it (oil change) and the mechanic said it was in mint condition. Highly recommend.

Recently bought my 2019 Honda HRV here. The service was great. I worked with Ray he was very knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy at all! A week later my key FOB broke and I went into to see Ray he tried fix it but couldn’t. That’s when Harry the manager stepped in and get me a brand new key! Top notch service. Huge shout out to Ray and Harry!!

They were very professional and honest. After talking and test driving our vehicle we fall in love we the car and it took us only 45 minutes to get the paperwork done. I was very impressed with how clean and detailed the car was when I went to go test drive it. The car was what I had been looking for and was fairly priced. I had been looking online for a couple of weeks for a new-to-me hybrid to replace my baby that was totaled in an accident 😭 without much luck. With inflation up and a chip shortage, this is seriously one of the WORST times to buy a car. But Wilbur and Harry made my experience quick and easy at a good price. I spoke to Wilbur ahead of time confirming the vehicle was still available (almost ridiculous to ask, but another dealership had told me they had a car and I drove over an hour to find out they had already sold it the day before 😤) and at the listed price (no dealer add-ons or markups). When I got there the suv was ready to test drive. I was happy with the condition and the finance application was quick and easy. Very happy with my purchase and to be done with the rental car. 💯

I bought a car from Stadium auto a month and a half ago. Initially I left a review with 5 stars. I can’t find my review to update it. Today I’m dropping my review to 2 stars. On my very first car payment I was charged twice. Had to go to my bank to dispute the 2nd charge. Also, today my car is now sitting in a repair shop. They sold me a car with bad brakes and now the rotors have grooves in them. Also, the wheel lock that came with the car is the wrong one. They said the car was fully inspected before they sold it to me. On their site the car said it is certified. All lies!

Having purchased 14 cars in my lifetime, I have never had a dealer be so attentive, honest, friendly and efficient as this dealership! I purchased a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid yesterday from them and I was more than impressed! The car was priced perfect, the car was in spectacular condition, so much so that my friends thought it was new when they saw it in person. Financing was a breeze. Great Experience All Around! Starting from first contact; Kait answered and was very helpful, answered all of our questions, got us scheduled for an appointment, and was very pleasant and welcoming. Arrived to view the vehicle; we were instantly greeted by Harry who showed us the vehicle and let us take it for a test drive. We were so pleased with their customer service (Joe rules!) as well as with the great deal and the great car we bought. Joe was so helpful as we also had to retrieve one small part of the back seats from the previous owner and they were also very nice about fixing something else we noticed afterwards. The service at Stadium Auto California was WELL beyond my expectations. Joey & Michelle were awesome. I can't thank them enough for making me feel so comfortable and welcome. Both were very friendly, and very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Going into a used car dealership for the first time ever (have always bought new trucks) my expectations were not very high. You see 2 weeks ago my 2007 Toyota Tundra Crewmax Limited with less than 80,000 (bought it BRAND NEW) was T-Boned and was not repairable. Unfortunately my circumstance would not allow me to buy a NEW truck! But lucky for me I found this GREAT used car dealership. They defiantly changed my mind about buying used. Joey was very upfront with me on what the fees would be, what the sales tax and total out the door price was going to be. NO hidden costs, No BS, just the honest truth about the truck. They fixed the few things i asked them to, put new tires on it and paperwork only took about 15 min after that I was driving away in my 2015 4x4 feeling very confident that I got a great deal and this buying experience was FANTASTIC. I felt very welcomed and truly enjoyed the company of the associates of Stadium Auto. John, who accompanied my wife and I on the test drive, was courteous and overall very down to earth. I was looking for 06-09 Prius with leather, navigation, backup camera and low miles, I looked for months and finally found it at Stadium Auto, called and spoke to Dave Martinez who was very polite and professional on the phone and was told the car was still available..2008 Prius, in close to showroom condition as you can get, everything I was looking for and for a great price. I had a few questions about financing and Mr. Martinez was straight forward and was able to find me the lowest interest rate I have ever paid when buying a used car with my average credit. The purchasing process was probably the easiest and most pleasant I have ever experienced, I have purchased dozens of cars in my life. Once I test drove the car, the actual process took less than 30 minutes and I was out driving my car home, I couldn't be any happier. I don't understand the few negative feedback, I was treated respectfully and would definitely buy again and would recommend to friends and family. Lastly, I was looking for a Prius, but all of their cars looked brand new and flawless, Thank you guys for making buying my car such a great experience Jorge
