If I could give a 1/2 star I would just because they were open for business. I just had a crappy experience with these guy's HUB Auto/NAPA. Been going to HUB SINCE THE 70'S, NO LONGER!!!

I bought a sensor today, took it too my mechanic and it didn't work, took it back and they said no refund on electronic stuff, you buy it you own it! That's not the store I grew up with, of course HUB Auto took back items that didn't work, not now, corporate GIANT'S and peon employee's don't care anymore. Guess what, stupid me for buying a Chinese crap product from a retail GIANT who doesn't give a crap!!!!! See photos!
The first and foremost positive thing about NAPA auto parts is the incredible prices and affordability of their products. The employees there treat you with kindness, courtesy, and respect. Not that I should have a favorite because they're all great, but I do secretly have a favorite (Juan). My husband and I have only been there a few times (so far, as this is now our official spot for auto products) and he remembers our car, he remembers things that we've told him while making chitchat while checking out, we even brought our dog in once and he loves when we bring her in or show him pictures of her. He's always smiling, laughing, and has a positive attitude.
The store is always clean and organized, offers great customer service, and again you can't beat the prices. What more can you ask for?

They look different from the outside but still great customer service inside. They saved the day when I needed a replacement part for my RV. We had to come up with a solution that wasn't the standard.
Great service. ALWAYS has been, all the time it was HUB AUTO. Call to see if they stock the part you need. You might save yourself some money too. I have been a loyal customer for a very long time. Friendly, helpful. The guys behind the counter, actually provide great customer service. From the female mech, with the black truck.

I was searching for a radiator to an older vehicle, although they weren't able to get me the part through their network, Matt took the time to help me with my search and located the part with a different vendor, and got me all the other parts for a low price lower then online. Thanks!!!
